We just got our new fancy puppers on Sunday and Poodle Doodle had a cancellation and was able to get us in on Thursday for his way overdue grooming appointment . He has never been groomed before and is almost 4 months old. To say they were amazing is an understatement. Our expectations were exceeded when we picked up Big Tonneigh. The booking process, drop off, and pick up were all very impressive. He looked and smelled amazing! The groomer explained what parts of the process he did well with and struggled with, they went as far to let us know if his shaping around his face was not perfectly equal was due to him being uncomfortable with something during the process. He looked PERFECT(every other groomer we have used has never said a word and just hoped we didn’t notice). The facility was extremely tidy and well maintained. They had him for a few hours, but explained why that was necessary(We traditionally use a mobile groomer and the time window is much smaller).They wanted to ensure that he was comfortable and not afraid or stressed during the grooming process. Their prices are competitive with other companies but their handling our pup was far more superior(even if their prices were higher we would still come here). As a family that has 4 dogs we appreciate the style of dog handling that occurred. He was walked so he could use the restroom, given treats and logically kenneled based on his personality needs. We have recently lost another puppy and to see how happy Tonneigh was when we picked him up made me extremely emotional. Big shout out to ALL the staff at Poodle Doodle, our pup looked amazing and the experience was well beyond our expectations(we have had underwhelming experiences with other groomers with our other pups). After hisfirst cut Tonneigh is more confident and playful and we are so please with the entire process. They are reasonably priced for good service. My dogs have always looked and smelled great. I can't help but smile when picking them up. They ask me what I want and talk to me about my options. Scheduling has been easy. I have been here a 3 or 4 times and have always been happy.I would give it five stars if my dogs were the only dogs there during thier appointment time, like an in-home business.

Very clean. They worked with me to find a cut that was clean but not fussy. If needed there’s a good almost next door. Price is pretty much the same everywhere I’ve looked. So might as well go with clean, skilled, and responsive. Book ahead though - they stay busy.

First time with our dog. Price was as expected and friendliness of staff fine. Front desk person seems new and there were a few snuggles. The cut was shaggy I must say. Uneven all around the face which we didn’t notice when the dog was brought out. Uneven on the chest as well. Boys and private area ok. Nails were buffed but appeared not to be cut. They don’t have a package list to see which seems confusing to me. I asked multiple times about nails and was told buffing and maybe a yes to cutting but two people talking to me with a bit of a language barrier with one and no actual price list made it confusing. I’d definitely suggest a price list at the desk. Check out easy with online payment, but no call to tell me the dog was ready. I called to check after 4.5 hrs and bc it was almost closing time. One thing I really didn’t like was the dog shedded all over me — they didn’t blow dry the short hair or get it all washed out or something. It was horrible. I’m debating whether to return bc the main person is super friendly and that counts for something! But I’d definitely get more clarification on nails and ask them to blow her out or comb her out or something after her cut so she isn’t shedding all over the place small cut pieces of hair (it’s like a man getting hair cuts and not getting that blown off his neck…😞 )

We absolutely love bringing buddy to Poodle Soodle in Manassas. They do such an EXCELLENT job. They're so gentle they are great with my senior dog and he always looks and smells amazing. 😍 the owner/manager is great she takes such good care of Buddy and is very attentive to her staff and helping them improve their skills.I highly recommend poodle doodle.

We love these folks! They are always very accommodating. My dog sometimes has issues with other dogs, they recognize this and work with us. They are very patient with her. We've not had any issues. The place is always clean, staff is always friendly and smiling.

So my doodle was a complete mess would not take her anywhere do to last person cutting her very badly so took a chance on poddle doodle grooming and was the best experience ever my doodle actually gave the groomers kiss goodbye so I will always bring her here as long as she is open thank u once again

I brought my cavapoo to Poodle Doodle for her first grooming and they did such a great job! She looks like a totally different pup (in the best way possible). I felt at ease leaving her with the staff. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. Definitely bringing my pup here again! I give them 5 stars for i feel they are the BEST!!! I have two pomsky with husky personality. Our groomer understands this and help them to feel at ease during their grooming session.HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Elaine is the best groomer around. She’s been grooming my little girl Jenny for the past 5 years and she’s simply amazing! Prior to meeting Elaine I’ve taken Jenny to several groomers and on many occasions she was cut because of inexperience. During the whole I’ve been coming to Elaine not once was I ever unhappy with her service. I’m a customer for life!!

First time customer and my experience was top notch. To start the customer service is A1! I saw my dog was really uncomfortable and so did Elaine she really took her time with him to get him comfortable while I filled out paperwork and by the time I was ready to go he looked like he was okay. I showed Elaine a few pictures of what I wanted and when I picked him up that's almost exactly what I got. He's 4 mos old and this was his first big boy cut I feel like Hannah did a fantastic job.

Poodle Doodle is one of the best groomers we've ever been too - and reasonably priced! It's tough to trust a groomer but Elaine and her team have always been gentle, kind, and caring with my dogs. They have great availability and can take your dogs at the same time to make it convenient for you. Highly recommend for all dogs, not just poodles or doodles!

They are amazing! I have been going back every month for the past 5-6 months. Every time I pick my pup up, she looks completely different and clean! They are so detailed and make her look the best she can! I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a groomer! 10/10 quality and services, feel safe leaving her at the groomers as well!

They were very unfriendly they wouldn’t take our doodle and looked at her like she was dirty because she had a few knots. Overall very unwelcoming and bad customer service. didn’t know how to communicate well. On top of all that, they set our appointment wrong and said we didn’t have it and then last minute sent a text we had it l. I just wish they would have said they wouldn’t take her in advance or gave more guidance again poor communication.We found another groomer who gladly took her Lovely Pet Salon!

Updated: i dont know why they have a booking system but it takes 5+ hours for my pups to be ready for pickup. It should not take that long to groom a pup. Mine are large and medium but many places take 2-2.5 hours (full haircut + bath + …)… I dont like to think they sit and wait anxiously for their turn. One has anxiety issue and the other one has not been well lately so I really want to get them home as quickly as they are ready.

They are so good to my Harley! He is not the easiest to deal with and they are always so sweet and kind to him and to me. They do a great job listening to what you want done and trying to insure that you are happy with the grooming service before you leave. They are loving and gentle with my fur baby, I totally trust them to do a great job each time.

Elaine is wonderful! I took my 5 month old Maltipoo puppy there today for her first grooming. She’s so shaggy she couldn’t see and wouldn’t let me trim the hair around her face. When I picked her up she looked amazing! She had a bow and everything! The best part was she absolutely loved Elaine! She wagged her tail like crazy for her. I won’t go anywhere else for grooming ever! If you need to get your dog groomed this is the only place to consider!UpdateI have 4 dogs now and I only go to Elaine. I moved to Fredericksburg and still make the drive to get my dogs groomed here. No one is better than Elaine. All of my dogs love her.

They used to be the best groomer in town. Super patient. Now management has changed and the place is louder/busier. If you have a special needs puppy you may need to look for alternatives.

They always do a great job on my dog's nails and his bath. He's a black lab and big. He sheds everywhere but his shedding is decreased so much after he goes to Poodle Doodle.
