My dog was very well groomed and looked great. April did a wonderful job. April also seemed to truly care about my senior dog stating she would give him a break if he needed one. It is stressful for Zippy so I appreciated April saying that she would give him a break.

I had made an appointment for my dog to get grooming a whole week ago and when I get to my appointment they tell me the appointment was cancelled because the grooming specialist wasn’t going to be here today. I received no call beforehand, no email, nor a voicemail. I find it very unprofessional with how the system works. I asked if there’s anyway that anyone else can see my dog who is a Pomeranian mix and it’s the season where she’s shedding a lot so i need to get her groomed as soon as possible. They told me to call later and hopefully there will be an appointment….as I leave the store I receive a text message and email saying my appointment was cancelled. So when I went in it wasn’t cancelled, they just decided not take me in anymore. I will not be coming back, I never leave any bad reviews on any business. But this situation was very unprofessional and unreliable.

Our dog's cut was extremely choppy and he had a gouge in his side where the clippers cut all the way to his skin. We gave a large tip before being able to see our dog. If we'd seen him first, we would not have left the tip and would possibly have contested the grooming fee.

The receptionist lady is very rude. Not use to see brown skin I guess. She was looking at me top to bottom like I’m some kind of new being or something. Her voice was rude! She said “ I don’t know if it’s not there then it’s not up” and said very rudely.Definitely they don’t know how to greet people doesn’t matter if it a customer or sales rap should show some respect.

Bernard was so kind. He lifted my heavy pitty up on the table b/c she does not like to jump on it. He talked to her the entire time, and had her nails done in a jiffy. For once she didn't look scared to be up there. He did a great job!

Emily is wonderful with my two Min Pins - Samson and Delilah. DD can be a little fiesty but with Emily she is butter in her hands ! Samson although a lot calmer really doesn't like his paws touch, yet again with Emily she can do anything !

The staff's are very rude they neglect and cut the pets and then with a sorry they want to solve everything I think animal control should check them and remove unprofessional people that is working there dogs have feelings like a human they are not just animals before working with pets people needs to love them self to care and love for a pet .
