This review is for the dog groomer services. We have brought our little dog here a total of 3 times. Service has been amazing. Rachel is very friendly. She has Lola ready in a timely manner. Always looking so clean & adorable.The price point for a bath and cut is around $70 plus the tip.There is plenty of parking.My son loves to stay and look at the animals inside the store. Which is always clean and employees are friendly.

Kind of cluttered. The number of parakeets and ferrets all in single cages seemed like a LOT. I saw one volunteer with the cats but no employees.

2/9/24 10:25 am. I needed nail claw caps for cats. This Petco had them in stock and the employees were helpful. I also love it that they have kitties in the store available for adoption ❤️

Went to the store the other day and walked out with a ferret lol. I was able to get all the supplies that I needed to take with me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience at the store!

Best pet store in town to get racially profiled and/or spoken to like you know 0 English! Expressed my concerns to multiple managers as well, none seemed to care or do anything about it. All previous times I’ve come in the whole staff treating the store like high school hallways, 0/10 would not recommend. Take my advice, take your money for you and your pets to petsmart down the street or any other petco location!

Store seem dark and somewhat confusing. The Staff I encountered were nice. I normally don't shop there but it was on the way home.... But boo they don't carry the brand of cat food my high maintenance cat eats...even though I've cought her drinking out of the toilet....lol

They have mostly everything you can expect to find at other Petco stores, but they're just a little smaller than some other ones, so they don't have everything. Despite that, they have a great inventory of cat and dog food, treats, litter, etc. to choose from so I'm happy with that. I just wish they had more options for pet toys like the larger Petco's.

This place is awesome and while every employee is always nice, I must give a shoutout to Brandon!! He is the best, hands down!!! My wife and I have been coming here for 2+ years and he’s always super helpful, and happy to help with questions and showing us animals. He’s super knowledgeable and just overall an amazing guy.

Our regular groomer retired and moved, so we had to find a new solution. The tech's were wonderful. I have three dogs and they took all of them and gave individualized attention while providing quality care. I will certainly be back.

Amazed by the customer service and how well @cesar_thereal_scoobydoo loves interacting with everyone. Zoe fell in love with this baby boy Ridgeback Coonhound mix and gave extraordinary service. Scooby definitely showed off during our visit which instead of just coming for dog food, left with treats as well.

Store is great overall.• Grooming is not thorough. (Nice people though)• I specifically asked them to make sure to get my dog's paw pads because that was one of the main reasons for going and the end result was about as good as I could do with my kitchen scissors.• Another time, I took him to get his ears cleaned and while they were a lot better, they were still visibly dirty. I almost took a picture that night to take him back but figured somewhere else would be a better option since this wasn't a one time thing.

This is a nice store for pet supplies overall. I really like their so phresh litter and the refill station so you can reuse the litter pails. My only point for improvement would be to better lay out the store and place signs to make it easier to find items for each pet species.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with an employee named Patrick during my visit to Petco, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the store, it became evident that Patrick lacked the necessary knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism expected from an employee in a pet retail environment.First and foremost, Patrick's lack of knowledge regarding various pet species was glaringly apparent. When I approached him with specific questions about dog breeds and their specific needs, he seemed disinterested and provided vague, uninformed responses. It was clear that he did not possess the expertise necessary to assist customers effectively or provide accurate advice on pet care. This left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the information I received.Furthermore, Patrick's attitude and demeanor were far from satisfactory. He appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic throughout our interaction, displaying a clear lack of passion for his work. He did not take the time to listen attentively to my concerns or provide any meaningful recommendations. His dismissive and apathetic attitude made the entire experience feel impersonal and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.In addition to his lack of knowledge and indifference, Patrick demonstrated unprofessional behavior during my visit. He was noticeably rude and impatient when I asked for clarification on certain products. Instead of addressing my concerns with patience and understanding, he responded with curt and condescending remarks. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both Patrick as an individual and Petco as a company.Moreover, the store's inventory and overall appearance were disappointing. The shelves were disorganized, and many items were out of stock. It was evident that proper care and attention to detail were lacking. This lack of upkeep further emphasizes the subpar experience I had during my visit, as it showcases a lack of commitment to maintaining a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.Overall, my encounter with Patrick at Petco was highly unsatisfactory. His lack of knowledge, disinterested attitude, and unprofessional behavior marred my experience and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. If you are seeking knowledgeable and passionate assistance for your pet needs, I strongly advise against relying on Patrick for any guidance. Disrespectful, and causing a scene. Many ways to explain things to a customer, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Then to berate the nice guy that helped me. What a good person Patrick is, guy that helped me out with the fish was friendly though.

Store seemed disorganized, staff was helpful, bathroom was clean the prices are high . Had to stop and get cat treats because I didn't order more in time paid $5 more at Petco then I do online and delivery. Other than that. It's a good store for pet supplies.

Now I can't speak for anything else, but the pet selection here is way more vast and unique than petsmart. There's literally always something new, it's just amazing. Especially for the fish and reptiles! There are such beautiful fish here. Same goes for all other pets sold here. Also, there are holes and grids in the cat adoption space, so u can actually play with and pet the kitties! - versus petsmart's plastic windows. If u are an animal enthusiast but can't get a pet so u js come in here to play with them n dream abt adopting them as a bsf, like I do, this is the place 4 u.

I'm writing about my experience I had at this store the other day. I had originally went in to buy a pet lizard for myself, and was assisted by an employee named Patrick. He immediately came off like he was in a rush to get me out of the store, but when he saw what lizard I wanted, he wouldn't let me go with it. He kept going on about how my cage was too small for him. At this point I told him "hold on now bucko you're gonna make me lose my marbles". After this he knew I meant business and threw me out of the store, I'll never forget this Patrick. All my homies hate Patrick.

This is by FAR THE WORST pet store in Prince William county! The front cashier manager(Bigger Guy) Is very rude! Never helpful! He acts like that he is gods gift to a pet business bottom line is he is a person thatvshould go find abotger job as far from Manassas as he can go!!!! I've gone into this Petco numerous times hoping things would change because it's a convenient distance from my job but today is definitely my last. I run a big business with over 1000's of clients a month that from now on will know exactly how I feel about this Petco, and now they are charging a ridiculous $0.10 perbag that you need! This is not helping our planet they are using this to add profit. These bags are less then 1/4 of a penny, a box of these bags cost around $30 for 2500 or more in a box! That is an additional $250 per box of profit. An extra $3000 a month of profit they are making for a customer convenience so add that up with this disrespected staff Equals a business of failure.SO PLEASE MANASSAS US PETSMART OR ANOTHER STORE FORCE THE CHANGE PR FORCE THEM TO CLOSE AND SAVE US MANASSAS RESIDENCE
