We have been coming to PetCentre for almost 3 years now and have interacted with all of the doctors. In our opinion, this is the best veterinary practice we have ever been to, my husband and I feel very comfortable bringing our cats here. Recently, we had an emergency issue with one of our cats, this time we had Dr. Johnson who was absolutely incredible. He took the time to listen to our concerns, run some tests, and present us with options on how to resolve it within 35 mins. The cat we brought in is not an easy patient, which makes everything feel a little bit more difficult, however, every single person there made us feel like they cared about helping him. At that point, we had been dealing with a stressful week and a misdiagnosis at another pet hospital and the entire staff at PetCentre made my husband and I feel comfortable knowing he was going to be treated as if he was one of their own, we are so grateful for the way everything was handled.

My pup has been coming here for the past 2 years. We absolutely love Dr. Johnson! He takes his time and truly cares about your dog. We adopted our dog from the shelter and during our first visit Dr. Johnson took extra time with us and was able to answer every question we had!We also had TPLO surgery (pic below 1 day post op). They bring a surgeon in to perform the surgery on site, which was great! We had nurses our dog was familiar with caring for him.Right after surgery we had a 10 day vacation planned to Utah (surgery was unexpected due to a tear). He boarded with them and they took exceptional care of him. During his stay they sent report cards, administered his medications, helped with physical therapy and gave him a lot of belly rubs :)

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I found a kitten this morning and brought her in because she wasn’t walking with her back legs and was obviously in pain. They gave her an x-ray and wouldn’t tell us what exactly was wrong with her because in order to do further testing we would have to pay them. They took the kitten while we were filling out paperwork so we didn’t know what exactly they did just that she doesn’t have a fever and they did the x-ray. As soon as the nurse came in she immediately hinted at “how much are you willing to spend?” just to find out what was wrong!! No diagnosis, just if we decided to keep the kitten we should come back immediately to get her dewormed (which we will never come back again.) We were basically told that if she doesn’t use her back legs soon she’s probably paralyzed and the admin hinted that if she is paralyzed we should put her down and to “not get attached.” Never saw the doctor or spoke with him, just he said she said. An absolutely awful experience filled with very apathetic people. UPDATE: She died today. Two days after we brought her to you and you did nothing. You should be ASHAMED, never in my life have I been so disappointed. We were watching her, taking care of her every moment we had left with her. You did absolutely nothing to help her or us. You all are truly terrible.

Best Vets - Dr. Johnson & Dr. Kirk and staff to care for our German Shepherd Dog. Use PerCentre Animal Hospital for vet care & boarding. Clearly the best place for our Mr. Bingley for long or short stays! Thanks for making sure he is well taken care of & giving us peace of mind for when we travel!

Worst customer service I've seen in quite some time. My mother was in there not long ago. An older Hispanic woman. English is not her first language. She speaks fluent English but has a strong accent. She called in the day before and set up her appointment. Our dog is sick and needed care. When she gets in the next day the receptionist proceeds to berate her and talk about how she never set up the appointment. Apparently there was some miscommunication. Which all could have been figured out quite easily except this woman was extremely insulting to her. I strongly believe that she was treated this way because of the fact that she was a minority. She made many snide remarks, rolled her eyes and audibly sighed several times as if she had somehow been inconvenienced. Excuse us for literally giving you money. The way this woman behaved was so blatant that there is no possible way that the owners/vet or other workers don't take notice. I've seen many other reviews talking about how rude this woman is so I know it isn't an isolated incident. For management to do nothing about it makes them complicit. Either this establishment is run by a group of friends who literally don't care, or this receptionist is the lover of the owner. If you don't mind being belittled by the receptionist then by all means, spend your money here. I have no complaints about the care. But the service is terrible.

This is the best boarding for our dogs. We have an English Mastiff and a Newfoundland, both females and they love going to PetCentre. We love all the pictures and videos they send us during their stay. High recommend this facility.They spend quality time and spoil them.

A bit expensive but Dr. Johnson is the best vet we have had. You can board your pet, doggie daycare and animal hospital. 30+ years of using Pet Center. We would not take our dogs anywhere else.

We love PetCentre!!! I've been taking my pup here for several years now for their doggy daycare program (not really a pup anymore, but still). The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Their facility is large and clean, with an actual outdoor play area that you just won't find in most dog daycare centers. They also send photos and do a write-up of your dog's day. We couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else.

We used this vet for a few years now. Nothing but great things... until this last visit, which has us now finding a new vet. We have used this vet for exams / procedures as well as boarding on several occasions. while our dog was boarded between June 15-22, 2022, we received an email that Kennel Cough was going around and they assured us they took precautions to contain it. However in the process our dog got sick with it and the symptoms didn't appear until a couple days after we picked her up. On first signs of symptoms we called (June 25th)... they prescribed her medications but proceeded to charge us for something that happened while in their care. While questioning why I should be paying for this, the receptionist was rather snarky about it and explained why they are not liable for anything.... even when the dog is in their care while we received the email about kennel cough... So it wasn't like we could do anything / make other arrangements to help prevent this. Long story short, we are out over 70 bucks between the medicines prescribed and are now looking for a new vet that takes responsibility and owning their mistakes rather than forcing customers to pay for them.Sad thing is... we were referred to this vet by another vet that was too far away for us. (even though this vet is an hour away from us) Guess their practice is starting to turn upside down.

I take Ace there a lot and he loves it the staff are amazing with my high energy dog they always give him lots of love and affection and tire him out lol this place is amazing and out of all the places that I’ve looked into or visited this is the only place that gives report cards and photos and videos of what ur pets doing at the end of the day that in itself is amazing every time I go to pick him up I look forward to seeing his report card and sharing it with my wife and son who love seeing what he gets himself into everyday I would give a billion stars if I could... you guys are amazing 🤩

We've taken all our pets here for many years. The staff is friendly and we love Dr. Johnson and Dr. Kirk. We even drop off all 4 (!) of our cats here for lodging when we go out of town. It's expensive but worth it and they take great care of them. We love getting their report cards every couple of days with pics and updates on their health and status.

By far, the best kennel we've used. The staff was extremely friendly. The facility was very clean, and the price couldn't be beat. The individual kennels were large enough to house our big German Shepherds. The large grassy outdoor areas were a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Pet Centre Hospital has been the care giver of our cat for the last 10 years. They have been great to work with and has gotten Jasper out of some rough situations, (snake bite) and helped us keep Jasper with us. I highly recommend the PetCentre Hospital.

Boarded my pup AFTER their announcement of shutting down play care due to kennel cough spread at their facility. They claimed to clean the facility and my reservation was shortly after reopening playcare. She still got sick and took her back for treatment and they wouldn’t waive the exam fee at the minimum. I was okay paying for the medication but not the exam fee. It’s clear that they didn’t do a good job cleaning up or taking further precautions to prevent the spread. I insisted to speak with a manager and they were not understanding. I understand this is similar to child care and everyone gets sick but I did not appreciate that they didn’t do anything else to help the situation. It’s been 2 months and my pup is still coughing after taking the medicine. Not going back there especially with the lack of customer service.

We just picked up our dog from his first overnight stay here and he will definitely be coming back! The staff was very friendly and we received a report card for both of the days that he did puppy playtime, complete with pictures and videos! He normally gets anxiety when we board him, but he just seemed very happy when we picked him up. Thank you for taking care of our furbaby!

Pet CentreAnimal Hospital is the very BEST! I always request Dr. Johnson because he has a big heart towards taking care of my dogs and he has never made me feel like I am just "another client". He has always given us the best advice when a decision had to be made. He has taken such great care of my dogs and honestly I would not trust any other facility with my animals. The staff is great. They are very friendly and always have a smile on their face to greet me and my dog Skip. Friendly from the check in and even more at check out. They always call the following day to check on my dog to make sure he is doing well after any procedure. Pet Centre is not just a "Vet Clinic". They have become a very special part of our lives and I would highly recommend them!

Great place ! Their doggie day care is very good and the send you pictures of your dog at play with others. Also they take dogs over 50 lbs which is unique in this area. Their Vets are GREAT, as they treated my dog for cancer with a new med and now he is in remission ! Can't say enough good things about them.

I have been going here since 2009. They have been great, helping me through whelping and raising 8 puppies from a friends pregnant dog, helping me keep my two dogs healthy for years, and helping me keep them comfortable until it was time for one to cross the rainbow bridge to doggie heaven. They truly care about the animals here and treat each like it was their own! I moved out of Manassas but still make the trip to come here with my little old lady because they are worth it!!

Tucker started playcare there and we are already in love!! He was so happy and exhausted! He was the best pup ever when we got home even the next day he was much calmer then usual. I love that they have outside areas and they send pics and videos which are super cute!! We will definitely be regulars there

I don't know how one of my previous rati gs was only a two star. Must have fat fingerd it. PetCentre is great. They always take good care of our dog. We use them for boarding and vet care. The entire staff cares about the furry patients. The report card and video provided during overnight boarding is a big plus.

We've been using them for years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They seem to always go out of their way to provide you the best service possible. Diamond, our current dog is the 5th dog we have used to care for our pets. 20 + years of using them for our four legged family members and each year has been a positive experience.

Pet Centre Animal Hospital has been a part of our lives for many, many years (well over a decade). They have always been so thorough and caring with all the pets we've ever had. Dr. Johnson has been our #1 Vet there at the hospital. He's the kind of vet that will take the time and sit with your pet on the floor and talk to them and check them out all the while. He's gentle and kind, and has always been on the mark in assessing what was wrong, if anything.We have rescued dogs, and we breed cats, and Dr. Johnson and staff have been there for us the whole way.Can't say enough about them!
