This place is amazing. One day I came in and fell in love with the cat they had up for adoption. It took me forever to get cash to adopt him and during it all the employee’s were being so kind and helpful. They were super wonderful and i’m so happy with my experience here!

Friendly service and got exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a screenshot of the food that I wanted and I was helped right to the aisle where the food was at.Also if you bring your pet there is a bowl of water on the front. The dog cookies are super cute.They have a variety of food, toys for both dogs and cats.My dog eats the Just for Dogs food from Petco but we are starting to reintroduce kibbles to mix with her chicken just for dogs food.She use to have a severe rash down her spine and legs and she would bite her paws at night non stop. She couldn’t sleep we couldn’t sleep (she was loud). As soon as we switched her to the Just for Dogs food 100% of the time. The rash and itching went away. It’s been a year and we want to give her 25% kibbles and 75% real food.

The self dog wash was clean & convenient with several shampoo & conditioner choices & plenty of towels. The steps going up & into the tub were really narrow so took my Husky a couple of tries. The store was clean & organized.

Wide variety of food, treats, and toys for dogs. The self bath area is very well kept, clean and organized. The store is very large, and always fully stocked. One of the few PSP I've been too with a bin for clearance, discount items. Very friendly staff as well!

Pet Supplies Plus has great prices which I find hard to beat! I’ve brought my fur baby here for 5 years and Customer Service has always been on point. I have always enjoyed their grooming services as well as all other services. My pet enjoys coming here and feels comfortable by staff.

Today was the first time at the store. I was greeted promptly by the cashier and it went downhill from there. I went to the pet grooming area and a young lady was grooming a dog. I understand that she needed to continue but, she never acknowledged me as I stood there. I stepped over to the dog bath and it was three employees there. Two was grooming a large dog. I asked how can I scheduled an appointment for grooming. The young man said Oh we usually have you do it online or on the phone. So I said considering that I am here, can I do it today. He hesitated and then said ok follow me. We proceeded to the office to set up the appointment. I have a 3 1/2 pound Chihuahua Toy Poodle mix. He couldn’t find the breed. He also wasn’t sure what to call the services I was asking for. Fast forward in came Carmen and I had to repeat everything because it was lost in the system. This is after being there almost 30 minutes. I was quoted a price but was told he was sure because he couldn’t find a Chi-Poo in the system. He said standard price was 53.00. So my question is: All dogs are groomed for the same price regardless of size? Also is this standard customer service ? I was excited about coming based on reviews that I read but that soon changed.

The staff at this store is amazing! Every time I've gone to the store at least one individual has asked if I needed help, and when I have, they are informative and patient. They always go the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied. Without asking, they carried my 35 lb bag of kitty litter out to my car. I could go to a larger chain, which is much closer, but the personal service and competitive (often better prices) make it well worth my time to drive a little further.I highly recommend this store!

$10 SELF SERVICE dog wash!!!Or FREE (with the purchase of a single can of dog food on Friday afternoons until close)Everything you could possibly need is provided - all sorts of shampoos, brushes, towels, etc. Even a dryer!Did I mention that you get a free bag of treats just for bringing your pet in??I cannot say enough about this place.This location is my favorite. They are always so friendly and helpful.I’ll never go to another pet store. Customer for life 💗

They did not have anything for one of the pets I have kinda disappointed and to get anything on sale you have to have to have an account with them . Kinda sucks when you don't live in the area. And never go there

Very clean and well stocked location! We didn’t feel like checking if the local grocery stores had the weight and flavor of our dog prefers, so we decided to stop here. Of course they had it, there is no shortage of variety and the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Joshua was our latest cashier and he was extremely helpful, polite and pleasant! It reminded us why we love this location.

Love that all their fish tanks are clean and the animals are active. The parakeets are obviously very healthy and vocal, whereas the ones at petsmart are quiet and look cold. Lots of cute dog things too. Got pizza shaped dog cookies, adorable.

Great experience all around. The store is clean and organized in a way that makes sense. A very friendly cashier helped me pick out specialty food for my dog with allergies. Amazing selection and the animals in their care seem well looked after.

Bigger selection of pet food than I expected. I went for cat and rabbit food. Found what I needed and paid a lot less. Staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely shop here again.

Prices have sadly gone way up making it not as necessary for me to travel to this store as much.Customer service needs working on. Spoke to the mgr who explained new employees are there and still in training. Also I have a HUGE problem with pet owners not being respective of others in the store and will have dogs on retractable leashes, aka death leashes, and allow them to stretch it out. Very unsafe for both the dog and other dogs in store. You don't know the temperament of that other dog, possibly causing a very bad scene to happen. Keep your dog close to you in stores folks, common good dog owner etiquette!!! (Fyi, I'm a dog owner)

This location sucks. The staff are always rude, especially Joshua Joo. He wanted to argue with me today over their sales price and then refused to hand me my receipt. Additionally the store wasn’t clean, they had chicken feet mixed in with duck feet, the cookie cabinet was gross too. They had no selection of fresh cookies and the shelves weren’t very stocked. 2 items we went for weren’t available. Save your money and shop else where. Like Petco where you can get free dog food and a discount.This is why we haven’t been to PSP Manassas in months, they always have new staff, aka high turnover and they are never polite. Perhaps they all should get some customer service training! Do better PSP Manassas! Get rid of that Joshua Joo, he’s beyond rude and disrespectful!!!

Visited here to get some toys and treats for our new puppy. Staff was nice, and they were having a sale, which is always good! I was able to pick up some sweat potatoe treats and a chew ball for our new pup. Would definitely return!

Although this store isn't the closest pet store to me it's worth the extra time to go here. Their prices are competitive and they will price match. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love the store! The staff and product selection is great. At one point they were greeting my dogs by name! The groom situation however is less than satisfactory and the sole reason for the rating I gave. The only person who can book grooming appointments is the groomer and the groomer and the groomer is only in store when they have an appointment. I called for 5 days and was not able to get in contact with the groomer and thus have been unable to schedule a grooming appointment. I understand if there's nothing to do not coming to the store but there should be another way to schedule rather than waiting until the off chance that the groomer is in the store.

Great prices without having to be in a crowded and impersonal chain pet store. The staff was knowledgeable and quite helpful. They also gave our free sample bags of several different kinds of small breed dog food since I have a picky eater. After returning home, I checked out the online pet stores and Pet Supplies Plus was far cheaper than any of the other Pet Suppliers.Overall impressed and will be shopping at Pet Supplies Plus.
