I have been taking 4 of my dogs here for over 15 years. The service and attention provided was always superb. I highly recommend this place. New veterinarian, Dr. Praveen, and of course, the long running Dr. Fuller have been amazing to all my animals’ needs

I love this place! The staff is super friendly, their service is amazing, and visits are usually super quick! No super long wait times unless you're super early to your appointment and the layout makes knowing where to go super easy!

Dr. Fuller has taken great care of my dog over the years. She has always been knowledgeable and compassionate with my pet. When it was time to put her down Dr. Fuller was gentle and caring, I highly recommend Morganna.

Dr. Fuller and her staff cared for our much beloved Boston Terrier for all 16 of his years. I couldn't ask for a better doctor or staff. They were always caring, and kind, and always provided reasonable care and guidance. When his time ended they helped us in sympathy and care, and made his passing as kind and gentle as we could hope. A week after we let him go, they sent the most beautiful condolence card, personalized by the whole staff. The saying, be the person your dog thinks you are is so true, and can be extended to all care givers. Be the caregiver that your vet, especially Dr. Fuller and Morganna, is.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years seeing Dr. Fuller who has always been exceptional. About a month ago I brought my dog in and he saw a different doctor whose name I can’t recall. She didn’t even do an exam on him because he was scared (severe anxiety at the vet), and she told me I should go to a fear free vet even though she said she was “experienced in fear free vet practices”. My dog needed a urinalysis so a few days later she called telling me nothing was out of place except a few different things that were minor and that he needs to be neutered. No problem. I set up an appointment for the neuter but it wasn’t for a few months. This past week I noticed my dog was having issues with his ear. Took him to another vet and diagnosed him with an inner ear infection. The vet asked about his previous history with morganna and told me the results of his urinalysis which was never explained to me. This vet I went to took the time to actually listen to me and explain my dogs condition. The vet at Morganna couldn’t be bothered to hear me out or explain things, let alone do a basic exam on my dog. She was cold and disinterested. Needless to say I won’t be going back to morganna unless I know my pet will be seen by Dr fuller.

Been taking our cats to Dr. Fuller at Morganna since we got our first as a kitten in 1994. Dr. Fuller and the whole staff have been great. All have been very good, kind and patient with our pets, including our first who was not easy for them to deal with. They are honest and will not start adding on extra testing (blood work, x-ray, other) unless they feel it's necessary. We recently had a scare with one of our older cats that required a vet specialist and Dr. Fuller got an appointment set up for our cat the very next day, so they go above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Fuller and everyone at Morganna for all you do for our furkids.

I take my dog to this Vet since he was 3 months old, I been changing my address 3 times my last is in Fredericksburg and even though I'm 54 mins. Away from them I prefer to drive there, all the stuff is very nice with us specially with Bush who is now 11 yrs old. Dr. Fuller take care of him and knows him very well, she is super professional. I love this place very much and totally recommend it!

A couple weeks ago I took my dog here and it will definitely be the last. Leslie is rude and needs to be educated in veterinary medicine. Among other things….she couldn’t even tell me what medications they were going to be giving my dog and honestly it didn’t really seem like she cared about my dog at all. Dr. Fuller needs to keep better staff…

We have been using Morganna for 18 years for both our dogs and our cats. The care is excellent. The vets have all been knowledgeable and up to date. They have taken the time to listen to our concerns and treated both us and our pets with care and compassion through all stages of the pets lives and all illnesses. I would recommend Morganna to anyone in the area. We plan to keep using Morganna for years to come.

My family has been taking our pets to this clinic and vets for most of my life, and i have taken my own dog here since he was a puppy (is now 9) and I have been continuously pleased with them. All of the staff here treats us and our dog so kindly and as long as I live in the area I will continue to bring my pets here for their general care. My dog is special needs and can be a little bit of a grump, and they are always so great with him that he genuinely seems to enjoy his visits here.

We have been using Morgana Animal Clinic since 2001. Dr. Fuller and her staff provide superior service and helped keep our three dogs happy and healthy over the years. Morganna has a sterling reputation and have been recommended by top veterinarians in the area. I cannot recommend Morgana Animal Clinic highly enough!!

I've been using this veterinary clinic since I was a kid. They are very behind technology-wise, but the doctors and vet techs truly care about people's animals and they take the time to answer questions and explain procedures.When they can't properly care for an animal, they have the resources for referrals, which I have used several times (MedVet & Radiocat) and have been very happy with my experience with Morganna and anywhere they refer me to.

Throughout my lifetime I’ve been to numerous vets in numerous cities and Dr. Fuller is the first one that genuinely seems to love animals. It’s very subtle but there’s something in her manner towards my animals that is just so sweet and so unlike any other vet before. She’s extremely wise and really quite extraordinary. I’m very thankful to have found her!

We took our cat there on a Thursday knowing there was something wrong. This was after a 4 day wait even though it was an emergency. They were very quick to run blood work without telling us and we got charged with it. Then claimed it was a decaying tooth.. One day later we went to the emergency clinic. After spending time with him they discovered he was blind in one eye and walking in circles. Saturday evening were on our way to euthanize our spunky adorable cat. From the chain of events I feel they were very unprofessional. And very quick to make assumptions. And of course get paid. At the emergency clinic at 1 pm on Saturday they called to get the blood work from Morganna animal clinic and they were closed. I recommend if you think your animal needs serious medical attention, go to a different animal clinic.

we have been using Morganna for all our pets since we moved to northern Virginia in 2004. Their customer service and caring approach to the treatment and maintenance of my beloved fur babies is outstanding. THeir expertise and continued education to ensure currency make me feel like my animals get the best care available for a reasonable price. One of my dogs has a condition that could have gone undiagnosed if it were not for their quick thinking and referrel to a specialist who was able to diagnose an atypical presentation, and what could have killed my dog, is instead a well managed condition allowing him to lead an active/normal life! We love Morganna, the docs and all the staff make it a wonderful place!

I waited several weeks to write this comment after changing veterinarians. I did not want to write a review based on my reaction that Morganna Animal Clinic kept a file on me without my knowledge. This review needs to be about the care of my pet.We brought our dogs for care at Morganna Animal Clinic in Manassas for over 20 years. The last visit was for a follow-up visit of a Grand-Mal seizure, which cost me over $500. During the COVID-19 crisis to reduce the number of visits to the pharmacy, I asked for the vet to call in the prescription. Morganna was reluctant to call the phenobarbital prescription and the antibiotic prescription into the local pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist the prescriptions could be called in. After my repeated insistence, Morganna finally called in the prescription.My pet was sleeping more and appeared lethargic, I was hoping the vet would talk about alternatives. They re-prescribed Phenobarbital. Fortunately, during the conversation I found out about the hidden notes. As a result, based on my unwillingness to do business with a company who writes hidden information about me, I looked for another vet.The new vet gave my dog all of the yearly shots, provided a check-up, prescribed an antibiotic, called in the phenobarbital prescription for a total cost of about $150. A second visit to the same vet that included a blood test, a follow-up checkup, a consultation and a review of the blood test was around $150. Morganna charges $150 just for the blood test.What is more important the vet spent considerable time with me and told me about another drug Zonisamide, that does not have the same lethargic side effects of sleeping. After talking with the pharmacist, she also confirmed that many vets are prescribing Zonisamide.I said it was fortunate, that I forced myself to change from a vet I routinely used to a vet that provided more detailed information, that improved my pet’s quality of life, at a drastically reduced cost.This was not the first issue, there were a problem when we changed dog food, Morganna wanted us to buy more expensive dog food, the real solution was to return back to the previous dog food. We were learned from a specialty vet when our dog had skin allergies, they could be caused by the dog food. This was not passed on to us by Morganna.Even though Morganna says they will recommend that you can buy prescriptions at other stores for a lower cost, they did not tell us until we asked.It is your choice; you may want to consider if it is best to be comfortable with Morganna or can your pet receive better care elsewhere. I want to thank Morganna for the transfer of over 10 years of records to my pet’s current vet at no charge; this is the reason I increased the rating.My pet is having a better quality of life with the new vet. I greatly appreciate the friendlier interaction that provides us with more thorough information at a reduced cost.

First complaint. For years we brought our dog here, and for years he hated going. The last time we had our dog boarded at Morganna he tore his ACL (the dog equivalent of the ACL) on their watch. Now, I do acknowledge that he's an older dog and it very well have happened anyway. That it happened on their watch may just be coincidence in timing - so I don't blame them, but I wasn't taking a second chance of him going back there. I can tell you my dog always hated going there. I figured that was his personality, but he loves going to his current boarding clinic and a separate animal hospital, so my conjecture is they didn't treat him particuarly well. Second complaint - during the many times I brought him in, the receptionists were never friendly. Didn't smile, didn't welcome me and my dog in. It seemed like a chore for them to do their job and speak to me. I speak as a former receptionist so I have some authority on this matter. I did my job well, and always made it priority to make people feel welcome. My current boarders are very nice. Added bonus about this place - they are very expensive.

They had availability to take my dog in for boarding on relatively short notice. They required proof of vaccinations ahead of time before booking, which is understandable. My good boy was there for a week, and he seemed like his normal self when I picked him up. No complaints here.

We have been using Morganna's for over 30 years, and for many pets. They have always done a great job caring for our pets needs from shots to final needs, and everything in between. They obviously love animals and are in the business to make sure they are happy and healthy for as long as possible.

They came highly recommended by my ER vet. They are very professional, my cats like them, and most importantly I've never had a vet spend so much time with me. It took me awhile but I've definitely found my vet!

I called about boarding my cat, but whoever answers the phone was clearly not interested in assisting me. I was told to email my cat’s vaccination records, which I promptly did, but when I called back I was asked to call back after lunch because “she hasn’t gone through them yet “ called back and was told the same thing. Called back the following day and was told to call back in the evening or next day. When I mentioned that I keep getting told to call back, she said “yeah” in a tone that was very nonchalant and arrogant. I am so glad I found somewhere else to board my cat. Their customer service was a huge disappointment.

Always hated this place. First, they always have me waiting at least a half hour in the waiting room, even with an appt. Then, I have to wait anywhere from an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour in the exam room. One time we were in the room for over 2 hours until the Vet came in and said she had a few emergencies, like we don't matter. Third the receptionist, especially Jan is rude and unfriendly. This place is also extremely expensive.

I've been taking my dog here since he was a pup for all of his shots, check ups, etc. I have never had a "great" experience- it was always mediocre. Tonight I called them 1 hour before they closed because my dog was urinating blood pretty badly when I got home from work-and they left me hanging. Saying that they didn't take appointments after 6:30 (when I called it was before 6) and they couldn't help me. The 20 minutes I was on hold, a recording kept saying they treat your dog like it's family. I was appalled by the service and dismissal i was given and will not be returning here.Update: My dog needed a minor surgery on his ear, so decided to give them another try and yet again they couldnt do it. They couldnt even give me a price. Why is this place in bussiness? It took them 5 hours to call me back to tell me, yet again, that they are worthless.

We nave been bringing our Bichon to Dr. Fuller now for almost 16 years and we can't believe anyone giving anything less then 5 stars. We have spent our share of time in the waiting area watching customers interactions with the staff and never witness any issues. My conclusion is you can never satisfy some people.

We drive 45min to go see Dr Fuller. Super dedicated, takes time to answer your questions and you can tell she loves her furry babies. I only trust my baby to her
