Very neat. Bit dark ambiance for a grocery store but I guess it's to bring out tech vibe. Food bar was decent and good price. Didn't really check prices, so no comment on that.

Efficient and convenient shopping experience every time I stop by. Also appreciate the ability to return Amazon purchases here as well. My biggest complaint is the consistently low stock on a large portion of their products. The ability to keep things stocked seems to be an issue here and there are often gaping holes where there should be products, sale or no sale.

My first time shopping in store for a few items and I must say it was quite interesting. The place was incredibly clean and organized/neat. The few staff that I interacted with were extremely kind and friendly. Lots of items to choose from and their sale items were at a great price. Fruits and vegetables looked amazing. I did like the convenience of checking out just by scanning my phone though there was a small error in my billing once I received it via email but that was rectified easily on the app. I will try this experience again. I was surprised to learn that they serve hot pizza slices and made to order sandwiches in the store as well. Also, a self-service espresso machine was available.

I had a good experience. Someone guided me at the entrance.The good:Store looks clean and organized.Prices are ok.It’s easy to find the products.Some good selection of products.I saw very good deals in some items.Things I didn’t like:It’s so dark and cold, that it doesn’t feel very welcoming haha.If you don’t do the in person checkout, it takes an hour or so to get your receiptThings to improve: Id like to have a way to know what’s your total before they charge on your way out. I want to make sure they charge me the right items. Having the Amazon go shopping carts would fix this issue because you scan the product as you place it in your cart.

Efficient shopping experience with a no checkout style of shopping. If you have the Amazon Fresh app you can just walk right in, select your items and leave, you will be charged for your items automatically, you may also use a credit/debit card as well. The store is very well stocked with competitive pricing as well as a buffet to grab a meal or food for later that is also very fresh and very well priced.

BE AWARE!! I was charged for an item I did not purchase/walk out with. I tried to contact customer service through the app. The call never connected. I went back to the store and they could not refund my money because the purchase was "too new."The person at customer service at the store said she would continue to try to credit my account. I asked how/when I would know she was successful. She said when I got the money back - which takes several days.What makes me most mad is that through no mistake of mine, Amazon took my money immediately and it takes them several days to return the money.Maybe the technology is too new, but I don't trust the concept/Amazon yet.

horrible design, mostly overpriced items, and lackluster service. the only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because i did find some really good sale deals, but they're few and far between. that's the only positive thing i can say about it.for a store that runs on the premise of being a futuristic, high tech vision that's paving the way of modern shopping, it's anything but that. there is absolutely no way to know what your total is before leaving the store. the one single thing that sets them apart from other grocery stores is the "just walk out bro" gimmick. so, the "convenience" of not having to scan your items out before leaving means you still have to bag your own groceries, you have no clue how much you just paid for your groceries. not only that, but i was scammed out of the 20% prime members discount due to the fact that i didn't check out through the register (there's NO mention of that in the ads!). and you wanna know the best part? you wanna know how long it takes for this cutting edge technology store to give you a receipt? 24 hours! it took a full day to get my receipt emailed to me only to discover that i was charged for a $10+ ham that i'd never bought.

I have tried this store 3x and the prepared food is really bad, not the same as Whole Foods and worse than Harris Teeter and Giant prepared foods. The groceries are limited in variety so it's good for a regular shop but not if you need one or 2 specific things. Then you find it's not something they carry. I'm not sure it adds anything to the community.

Very convenient, and with the prime discounts the prices are more in line with other stores in my area. It's amazing how the walk out checkout works, but so far it's flawless. I do wish my receipt would be sent in a more timely manner, waiting up to an hour is annoying. But that's a minor complaint. If it weren't all the way on the other side of town for me I'd shop here often.

Has a cold warehouse atmosphere but you're able to find helpful associates and good selection. Prices are a bit more than Asian grocery stores or Costco but suppose might be worth for the convenience depending on the person.

Interesting experience, not happy with lack of varieties , the fresh vegetable selection was poor , had dragon fruit but no beets . Very sterile . The front door greeter that explained how things worked did a good enough job .Really would of liked it to be more like whole foods with the packaged food sectionI might go again haven't decided yet

No idea how this place is viable. Ludicrously overpriced unless the item is an Amazon brand item. No reason to come into the store unless the unique checkout experience alone is enough to make up for paying 2-3 times more for products. Delivery service from Amazon Fresh through Amazon was also abysmal; out of 20 items ordered almost all the produce was actually rotten (including actual mold on the items) and some simply were the totally wrong items despite having declined substitutions in the order.

If I could give this establishment a zero star review I would. The manager Alexander was very disrespectful and raised his voice when inquiring about a missing package. Not only was he rude this was also the second time the same package went missing. The customer service his employees were providing is horrible and continues to be horrible. There is no one there to take accountability for missing packages I had to call Amazon customer service to get it escalated the first time they sent me a second package which again went missing with no reasonable explanation. When I asked for their employee names or IDs to report them or the establishment to launch an investigation with Amazon for my missing packages they refused by they I mean Alexander and his employees working at that time. He then laughed at us about the missing package. I’m leaving a review because I am honestly tired of wasting my time trying to find out about my missing packages and will no longer come to this location what a disappointment.

Some great prices, some average prices, some higher than other local stores.Fascinating that you can scan your app or even your palm, and not have to stand in a checkout line.However, I thought it is very poor PR to have a reserved parking spot for the store manager in an area that should be reserved for handicapped or elderly. Employees should always park away from the entrances to put the customers first.

I like the Amazon Fresh store here in Virginia Manassas. They offer good quality products and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The only thing I would suggest them, is to check the temperature of the AC, it's freezing cold inside!It's uncomfortable to do shopping while feeling as if you were in the north pole. I have a little bit of arthritis, and my bones were hurting when I left and got in my car. (This is not the first time Ive been at this store that I notice this.)

The hot food has clearly been sitting out for awhile and looked dried out. I liked that I could make a return and that was simple but as far at eating here I would pass. Staff is definitely making minimum wage and couldn't care less about quality control.

I was charged for items I did not buy. You have to go in person to make any corrections. I tried to call the store, but it took about 15 minutes to get a person (offshore) to try to direct me to my "local" store. I will only shop at actual local stores moving forward, I would give a negative two stars, if I could.

Super convenient shopping if you are an Amazon member - just use the Amazon app, go to in store shopping and pull up your bar code. Scan in, grab what you need and scan again on the way out. They do have some limitations on produce I’ve noticed. No russet potatoes? Really? Otherwise they seem well stocked and even have Whole Foods 365 brand products, which I love. Just remember if you take it off the shelf you have bought it - unless you put it back in the exact place you got it from. For in and out convenience it can’t be beat.

It literally feels like they're trying to get rid of the humans. Thankfully the store was extremely slow and there were plenty of humans to talk to and discover that they're mostly minimum wage, aren't fed despite hot food being served on site.They also have somewhat limited selection, though that limited selection might include things that aren't necessarily common elsewhere.When I first walked through the door, I was shown a flyer with a big 20% discount coupon on it, but discovered on the way out that you could only use the coupon if you went through checkout (Not the automated walkout system) and then I discovered it was only good if you were spending more than $50 which I was not, since I only showed up to do some returns.I am grateful for the return option but don't see myself doing much shopping here in the future.

Scan and go. Cool concept in which you just grab what you want and go!You do have to have the app set up for your payment but the lady in the front can help with that if you havnt done it previously.The hot food bar is actually pretty good with a nice variety and flavors. The pizzaria inside is also worth a try.Give it a shot! Experience a new way of shopping

Strange store. Pricing very unclear. Some great items, some good, some missing..... overall the variety of products seems off. I did an Amazon return in store of an item I ordered online....that went amazingly well...got credit for it a few hours later! Good job Amazon. I did get some items delivered from this store earlier in the week....was only missing a pouch of tuna....great delivery driver....was actually very satisfied with all despite the missing $1.49 item...only 3 stars for confusion.
