WT Curtis & Sons went above and beyond for me. First they came right out to check out the problem. Then Todd Jr. research the warranty on my broken heat pump determining that it was, in fact, still under warranty. Rather than having to get a whole new system, his team is replacing the broken part for a fraction of the cost of a new system. What outstanding customer service! What a great team!

Had them do a complete HVAC replacement, ducts and all. They gave the best pricing we could find and were incredibly flexible to work with. The guys that showed up were very friendly and courteous, but most importantly, hard working. They all seemed to enjoy what they do and do it very well! From the office staff to the guys in the field, this company has a work ethic that you don't hardly find anymore! I highly recommend using them.

We recently moved to the richmond area and we had an issue with our heat system. We called this company and they came out the same day and even were able to show up before the appointment time. The tech was respectful and listened to our concerns and got straight to work to figure out the issue. Once they figured it out, they let us know what it was, fixed it and even told us what we could do in the future if it happens again. Will definitely be using W.T. Technician showed up a few minutes before appointment and went straight to work. Curious and polite knocked on the door petted the dog and was working before scheduled appointment. If honesty is the best policy write down W.T. Curtis & sons number down on your thermostat in sharpie NOW! Don't trust your cell phone will be the same when you need them. "Now who was that specialist I needed again?" Fixed up my old heat pump in 2 hours and I did not take a loan out to pay them.

Can not say enough good things about my experience! My kids had just bought a new home a week ago. Had a home inspection. One week later AC quit working in 93+ heat. They called another company, was told it would be a $5k total replacement. We called WT Curtis and they answered the phone immediately, offered us a service tech the next day, tech showed up on time and repaired the unit for $400. Yes, unit is old and needs to be replaced but he got my kids back up and running and most assuredly secured a new system sale for himself next summer after the kids can plan for the expense vs emergency $5k one week into their new home. Our heat pump stopped cooling. We called W.T. Curtis that morning and Ashton was at our home within 20 minutes. He quickly found the location of the leak. Got that fixed and the system recharged, but he also spotted a couple of other long-standing issues related to the initial installation plus a couple of normal aging-system issues. He even noticed that the drain pipe hadn't been cemented together and had become separated when he pulled the panel off the air handler. He cemented the pipe, fixed a wiring issue, and stayed on the job until the heat pump was operating spot-on-spec, well past 5 on a Friday. It's now working better than it ever has. I just wish we'd learned about W.T. Curtis earlier.Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC

Our heat went out the morning of Christmas Eve and we called W.T. Curtis and Son at 7:15 AM. By 7:30 we were texting with L.T. and he came out by 9:30 AM. He found a wire that had shorted out and had us back up an running in no time. Every time we have called W.T. Curtis & Son they have delivered faster then we expected and in a professional manner.
