Fabulous spot for a outdoor tipple on a warm day. I've passed this spot for years, always planning to stop in, and today was the day! I half expected a funky, gypsy, rustic vibe but was thrilled to find such a refined, beautiful spot. The tasting room boasts tall ceilings and lots of windows. Would be perfect for a special occasion get-together. You can continue on to the huge screened porch, then out to the umbrella-covered barrel and picnic tables. Every vantage point has views of apple trees and beautiful plantings. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Each table has its own qr code to order drinks and food, so all you have to do is roll up, pick a spot, and start unwinding! We had a spicy jalapeño japanese mule and a lemon basil sangria. Can't wait to go back to try all the ciders!!

The staff at Courthouse Creek were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They want you to feel very welcome. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly. The live music made for a nice background. I tried their gluten free beer and it was very tasty. I haven't had a gluten free beer in many years because I tried quite a few and didn't really like any. I would not hesitate to drink another here at Courthouse Creek. The only negative for me was the handicap parking and access. When you park in the handicap space, you have to cross the parking lot go down a relatively steep hill. The hardship is that it's all crushed stone. Someone with slightly less mobility would need assistance. Once you are on the concrete patio, access is great. The indoor restroom is accessible and clean and you can get to the large outdoor seating area which is covered. I didn't try the food but what I saw looked very appetizing. It seems like a great place for a date night or even to hang out and listen to a little music with friends.

We visited here for the first time this afternoon to enjoy some cider and bluegrass music. We loved it!! Many varieties of cider so we had a flight and enjoyed them all. The staff were all so friendly. Very glad we found this place!!

What an amazing place! The cider is delicious and varied, all complex and fine crafted. Our group had a range of tastes, so the fact that they have great wine and beer as well as very good food options was awesome. It's kid and pet friendly and the staff could not have been nicer. What a great way to spend an afternoon!

Stopped here for a quick drink with friends and had a really nice time. Drinks were good and the staff was very friendly. It was hot so we sat inside, but the outside seating area looks really nice!

Great place for a cider tasting. I do not normally drink cider but I enjoyed trying the different flavors. Their cheese plate looked particularly good and had an excellent selection of cheese, crackers and some dried fruit. I also enjoyed their Mango/Peach Shandi which was a cider with juice in it. Lovely little cidery.

We were disappointed with our visit, we waited at the table for 20min and no waitress welcomed us. I finally stopped one and she said we had to use a code on our phone to place an order. Why, at a place in the middle of nowhere can't personal service be offered. We enjoyed the music while we waited for the waitress but won't support a business that can't offer waitress service. We left but may return if you can order food or drinks from a waitress at the table.

This place is so special! The grounds are lovely and you have a choice of enjoying your cider outside or inside and both are great options. We ordered the cider which was delicious and the spiced nuts are fantastic! Highly recommend this place!

I just love this place. Whether you like cider, wine or beer, they have it all. The hospitality is friendly. The property in Goochland is just as cute as a button. The brunch Bloody Mary's are on point! The food they offer is a surprisingly yummy variety. They offer a fun flight option that has cider, beer and wine which made for fun sampling. The music on weekend is always great too! Can't say enough good things.

Most amazing place to relax . The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The cider is akin to fine wine while the food (smash burgers are my favorite) is farm inspired and delicious. Everything is as local as it can be. If you've never been, pack up the family, dog included, and spend an afternoon in the country, among the apple trees and farm animals.

Great tasting ciders and friendly staff. Lovely sunset views and several cozy seating options outdoors and inside. My sister and I really enjoyed the casual downhome feel of the property- we were visited by the resident hens while sitting outside. Recommend cheese and crackers plate with any of the ciders. Peach and mango shandies were so good! Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is so laid back and relaxing. Music on a Saturday night was fantastic and staff were great. There was plenty of room for little ones to run and play. The strawberry sangria was phenomenal! We will be back.

We've probably tried 10 or more of their ciders and they've all been fantastic. The tasting room and property are lovely - going up their driveway between all the apple trees toward the red barn is such a welcoming start. You'll be happy you stopped by and I'm sure you'll be like us and return again!

I almost hesitate to leave a glowing review since we feel like this is the best kept secret West of Richmond. The cider is great-- dry and interesting-- with tasting options and bottles to-go and the setting is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. With pollinator friendly flowers and vegetables, chickens and orchard to sit and watch from a porch swing under a pergola and plenty of games and toys for small children to play with, it's a perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon.

My wife and I were lucky enough to enjoy the tasting room as the first ever guests. 2 friends came along for the ride. Liza had a great pairing setup to complement each of their tasty ciders. The flavors are great and we can't wait to go back and see what the future has for Courthouse Creek. 2 thumbs up. Photo is me and their sweet dog. The ciders were delish! It's a cute outdoor atmosphere, with great staff! The only thing that was disappointing was the food. The portions were out of whack (very few crostini to go with the dish), and misleading a bit (hummus with garden veggies was a dried out bean...and that was it).

Went to the new Scott’s Addition location. Came for the blackberry lavender release - but really loved their cider in general. Fresh. Fruity but not too sweet at all. Definitely my favorite of the Richmond cider spots.

It was not what we expected. It's a very small quaint place for friends to get together and have a drink outside. The drinks were very vinegar like and we didn't enjoy any of them. But others seemed happy.
