A GREAT place to stop and fuel up. Polite service. The store is clean. The food is made exactly how you order it and made with care. This is my favorite sheets to go to because of the experiences I've had here. Not sure why people feel the need to be harsh with the one star reviews... I think some people need to have more patience and respect for the people who work here and maintain the establishment. Giving bad reviews hurts businesses and the employees. Ive never had a issue at this location and ive been coming here for years.

Don't get food from here. They can't read a simple recipe. Twice they got order wrong. I was asked if I wanted what I paid for on the side. Well no I want it make correctly. And still didn't get order correct the second time. I give up.

The service at this sheetz is always incredibly slow. But the biggest problem I have is the food. For one, its way overpriced for the quality of food you get. Yes, I get it....its a gas station. But still, serving me a shriveled up hot dog that looked like it had been stomped on then served to me is horrible. Undercooked cheesy tots and when I PAID extra for ranch and received bbq sauce, not cool. And my daughter found what appeared to be a glass/plastic shard in her macaroni and cheese. We ended up just tossing the food out just because it was so bad. $48 wasted.

What a Great place always clean cheap fuel the rewards program is outstanding I go there everyday because the employees working there are amazing and so friendly they actually work in there and hold high standards in customer service plenty of parking shelves are always stocked and the food is outstanding the employees making food and drinks go above and beyond and make an extra effort to get hot food out fast it's just a great place to go!!!

The most nicest thing happened to me today at sheets I was behind this worker there I think he was a worker he had the sheets had and the shirt and he turned around out of nowhere and asked me if that's all I was gonna get and I said yes and then he said what size is it I said it was a large and he said OK and then when it was his turn cause I was behind him he told the lady that he was gonna buy my drink and I was silent for a good 2 seconds and then I'm like oh thanks cause I did not even realize it for a good 2 seconds because II was just so shocked because nothing like that has ever happened to me that guy bless him

The young man had my order ready, sitting on the counter and never called my number.They fixed 2 other orders and called them in the mean time.My husband finally asked the guy if that was our order. You couldn't make out what he was saying so we thought I was mistaken, and that it was a different order.When we asked for the 3rd him if it was my order, ###, he said yeah that's what I said.I do understand a new job can be intimidating. That being said he clearly had no trouble calling the other numbers. Perhaps he will improve as he gets used to his work environment.The food was ok taste wise and made correctly.The bathroom wasn't is the best shape, but there was an employee cleaning at the time, so I'm sure that it doesn't stay in that condition regularly.

Great location to stop for a sandwich and to fill up the car. Make sure you have a Sheetz card to get 3 cents off a gallon. Very quick service on the sandwiches and the food you have to order. Service is fast and friendly. Easy in and out location.

I was traveling back from a long trip to pickup a new vehicle and stopped here for gas and something to eat last night. I ordered a made to order Italian whole sub and I have to honest, this was probably the best Italian sub I have ever had. I know, it's a gas station, a Sheetz, but I ate it last night and today I am seriously considering driving 45 minutes to the nearest Sheetz just to get another one. Just saying.

I just had to hunt down a roll of toilet paper so my son could use the bathroom. Fairly pathetic. The stall was incredibly messy with four empty TP tubes on the floor.

After picking up a fruit bowl and tuck9it in my arm , turning then to walk over and order from the MTO menu I was told by a staff member to take the food out of my jacket and put it back!!! I wasn't walking out the store I was walking into it! When I showed the man it wasn't in my jacket but in my arm crook he didnt even apologize he turned red and walked away . When I told the manager he smirked and told me he spoke with the man. I come in this store everyday on my way to Charlottesville. I will not be back at all. The treatment I received was so very unprofessional and mean. Very discerning. I do not recommend it!!!

Saturday, February 18, 2017 - approximately 2:15pm. We stopped for gas here on our way to Fredericksburg. The place had a lot of stuff. Place to get hot food, plenty of snacks, drinks, etc.It was when I went into the bathroom where the problem was. The bathroom overall was dirty. The stall I went into clearly showed that no one had cleaned the toilet in a LONG time. I wasn't able to take pictures, but suffice it to say, the toilet was filthy and the toilets sat very low to the ground, unusually low.If they don't clean the bathrooms, then how clean are they where food preparation is concerned?

I ordered a steak and cheese a from this place and they gave me a sub with no Mayo The sub taste like I was eating dog food I ordered a jalapeno pepper Pretzel With a ranch I never received my ranch I paid $12 for something I had to throw in the trash because it was that nasty. I thought sheets had a higher standard I guess not

I just ordered from the MTO a bag of onion rings paid $2.59 for 4 rings most expensive only rings I’ve ever had. They didn’t taste that good for that price wow can’t believe that price. Warning don’t order onion rings.

Staff does not enforce mask rules for customers. At least three parties in there without masks. Makes you wonder about cleanliness of the rest of the store.
