We drove all the way to this tractor supply from Bedford because the Bedford Tractor Supply didn't have what we needed and this one did!We love our Bedford Tractor Supply, but sometimes they sell out of things we need very fast so we have to take the drive and go to the store.Everyone is very nice and helpful here just like they are at ours.

We tried the self wash pet station today. It was wonderful. I didn't have to bend over and hurt my back bathing her, they supply everything shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dryer, grooming table, brushes, and an apron. So convenient.

They are always friendly and helpful. I went in looking for some new boots and couldn't find my size. The cashier working was able to help me find out how I can order and ship to store, that way I could try them on before taking them home.

I do not recommend ordering online for same day delivery. The website clearly states that you can get same day delivery, if you order prior to 2:00pm. I placed an order around 12:30pm and paid $19.99 for same day delivery and did not receive my order that day. When I called the store to ask about the order, they told me the order was sitting there and that I needed to call Roadie myself to arrange for someone to pick it up and deliver. When I called Roadie, I was put on a long hold and never was able to speak with a person - and I still haven't received my order - which I really needed the day I placed the order. I will not order from Tractor Supply again, nor will I do business with any company that uses Roadie for delivery since they seem just as undependable as Tractor Supply.

Way above average customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer. I love this store!!! Besides my dog food, they have an excellent supply of tools, clothing, equipment and other necessities. I haven't been to many other Tractor Supply stores but this one is 5 star and their customer service should be commended! Well Done

It's been a while since I was there.It looks very neat, clean, and we'll organized.I'm also glad they have a 10% military discount, something I haven't seen in my 21 years of living here. Will definitely be shopping there in the future. Employees were kind and very knowledgeable.

Is relatively clean and well stocked. However trying to find someone to help locate an item is near impossible. A girl at the cash register was great but wasn’t allowed to leave the register. And apparently it takes three employees to unlock a wheel barrel leaving no employees inside the building. After waiting a fair amount of time I decided it was better to just leave. So all three employees outside as I was leaving not doing anything.

Usually have a good experience coming to this location but this time the cashier had a nasty attitude and wouldn't make conversation while tossing our items around to scan them in a hurry. When the phone number prompt came up in the pos she was asked if it was needed and she snapped with "you can talk to me". Seems to be a new hire or had an off day but my family does not come to this store to catch attitudes from the employees. Would love to hear from a manager.

I walked in to a greeting smile, and "How may I help you!" Awesome. And the store associate knew exactly what I was talking about and where to find it walk me to it grab it off the shelf and even checked me out I didn't have to do hardly anything it was the greatest experience I've ever had

I went in there on May 1st and normally am excited but the trash thats working there now is HORRIBLE. I left crying in tears. I hope they upgrade the workers. I have never been treated so bad and like what I had to say meant nothing. SMH Madison Heights Tractor Supply

Was just picking up dog and cat food along with some corn feed... can't forget the deer they visit the yard daily.Its awesome how they don't run off when we're outside . Always a good visit, love this store, all workers make sure you either found what you needed or answer questions

Tractor Supply usually has hardware and odds and ends for farm/Ranch. Life. They also have full pretty supplies, a dog grooming station. Feed for horses. They might be sold out but good to try.

I visit this story at least once a month and always receive the best and most friendly service. Staff will carry heavy items to your car for you, if the line is long a manager will assist with a hand-held check out device, and if they do not have a product you are looking for, they will order it for you.

Tractor supply is a great chain. They have lots of product, excellent programs, (like chickens, in the store or by mail), and reasonable prices. This particular store always seems a little off to me. The plants outside are dried up on spring, the chicks are"on the way", the manager actually asked me why I wasn't at home instead of buying at his store.... I think the staff needs to care a little more.

It' s pretty easy to get help from an employee while you're shopping. Plus they also continuously have a large supply of useful discounted items on an isle on the far left wall of the store. And in the spring they also sell some baby chickens. And who doesn't love a little fluffy peeper. Though I wouldn't recommend the bantams they can be hard to round back up if you let them free range and they can also be really loud.

I stopped by here to get a pair of gloves. they had a decent selection in my size and I found a pair that was on sale so that was a bonus. The staff were super friendly and check-out was quick.

I went in to buy a safe. I was informed they had 1 left but they had dropped it. I was assured there was no damage, so I went ahead and purchased. I inboxed it in the bed of my truck and saw a small dent/scrape on the top left. No big deal so my buddy and I went ahead and moved it into the house. Come to find out when I opened the door the top locking bolt is bent and it will not engage properly. Very disappointed.

I love tractor supply in Hillsborough! They have some of the friendliest and most helpful folks working there. We buy our dog and cat food here because their house brand is super high quality!
