I just attempted to buy a grill and asked to borrow a screwdriver to take down one of the sides to get it in my SUV. Absolutely no one was able to assist me with borrowing one…and I am in a hardware store? Terrible customer service. I returned everything I purchased.

This is about the laziest store when it comes to delivering anything. Very unorganized. The people in receiving do not care if you sit here 3 hours they are lazy. Something needs to be done about this. This is by far one of the worst lowes to deliver to around VA

Lowes Madison heights incompetently handled an order that was paid for to be delivered. After several delays delivery went to an unconfirmed address other than my own..this was also 6 days after it was supposed to be delivered. I lost money to prepare for the work to get done and needless to say the job couldnt be done.never An assistant manager her name is Chloe refunded my order she was extremely polite and understood my frustration but no other representative of Lowes reached out to even apologize. Very sad that a company like that treated a customer like they didn't exist. I'll never shop there again and I hope no one else has to go through what I did....sad cause I'm a veteran who loved going there to shop. They have shown me as a customer they could care less

The staff is rude and when I called to talk to the manager, the automated system loops. When I finally got through they told me that they were connecting me.to Mary and then hung up? Their Customer service is trash!

They didn't have what we needed but finally we had excellent service from the Associates. Pat was awesome and checked us out in an expert and friendly way. Give her 10 stars if you're at the self- checkout.

They had plenty of options for what my coworker and I needed to fix his truck. Everything was clean and well organized. I don't know if other Lowe's have it, but it was neat seeing a pull out drawer with different individual socket head sizes without needing an entire set

I was with my 93years old father replacing a refrigerator that ceased functioning the day before. I do not remember names, but the staff that assisted us in a selection was outstanding. She was helpful, curtious, respectful, knowledgeable, and satisfied my father in his purchase. Next day delivery was timely and the delivery workers were helpful, curtious, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was a good experience.

I went to this store in Madison Heights to pick up a few things. They had everything that I was there to get. This particular store is usually well stocked, and the men's restroom is clean, but the toilet paper is a little bit on the rough side. Other than that, I had a good shopping experience and I will continue to shop there.

Just purchased 30 bags of mulch and the cashier in the garden shop didn’t bother asking if we needed help in loading them. Very bad customer service. My husband had to load them all himself.

It took me a while running back and forth across the store. But I found everything that I was looking for. There were plenty of staff around. But they were all busy helping customers. The only downfall was the 2 flirting with each other while 1 worked and the other didn't in the paint isle. But it was too awkward to ask them for help. I actually needed something, but the one was so busy working right where I needed to be that I decided it wasn't that important. And it really wasn't. Was going to buy paint to cover my project. But I can easily use a different color I already have at home. Overall, I was happy that I found everything that I had to have.

No matter how much I order ahead of time online, my military discount is never awarded. I have to go to the customer service desk and get them to credit the amount back to the card it was ordered on.

I almost gave them 4 stars instead, but the truth is that the things that aren't perfect are really not huge deals.We've had excellent customer service from them, the lines are rarely intolerably long, and the app is A+ for finding even the little things (like specific bolts or plumbing parts). It tells you exactly where to look for the items, and it's rare for things to be in the wrong place.Occasionally, it will be a tiny bit harder to track things down, but the system their employees use is very accurate and they will take as long as needed to find what you're looking for. I love supporting local hardware stores, but if you need more than you can find in a little shop, I highly recommend Lowe's.

This is a decent Lowes. I have shopped here many times. I have used their online order and ship to store with no issues. Employees at times can be hard to find they have always been friendly and helpful

Sales women helped us pick out a range. Told us all we needed. She was great. The delivery was terrible. Didnt want to take our old range (which we paid for them to do) didn't install it and had attitude! After everything they then showed up at 9pm to take away and install it. Again with attitude. Never again.

Lowes consistently has higher prices and less selection than Home Depot, but still a good option if you don't want to make the longer trip. They will have what you need about 75% of the time.

I've been here many times. Recently it seems that the help has improved. There was a guy in the lighting area that gave some significant help, the guys in the paint area have been helpful, Cody over in the tool corral was exceptionally helpful yesterday.I've been in other stores where getting help seems like pulling teeth. These guys were actively looking to give help and were very knowledgeable in the areas they covered.
