Best experience buying furniture I’ve ever had! Adrian and Michael were absolutely amazing and they make this store the best! Adrian helped me with questions I had about furniture, helped guide me through the process of buying, and made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole process. It was so refreshing because so often, when I’m shopping, I don’t get that kind of consideration, often I’m even outright ignored or looked over, even unwelcome. It was so nice and refreshing to see that attention and thoughtful consideration from him every step of the way. Adrian is really old school in that he takes care of his people, is really good at what he does and goes the extra mile to see someone happy with their purchase, and that is so rare in this day and age that it’s like finding a unicorn. Both Adrian and Michael were so professional, so kind, so helpful, so thoughtful and so amazing! I highly recommend going to Adrian for any of your home purchase needs.

I have to say this place stands on business. Was here to help my Goddaughter get a few things, Adrian handled things so quick and so efficiently that I felt like a five star customer and I was not even shopping. He helped her get everything she needed and we were in and out in no time. Also Michael was super fast and professional helping us get things sorted and loaded up. Keep these two in mind when you go in and ask for Adrian or Michael by name if you need help. Almost 30 years experience between the two no way you can go wrong. Thanks guys for helping us out!

-They rearranged the register layout in February.-They changed the location of the furniture dept. register as well. It's in the back of the store in between the furniture and housewares.-It's quite frankly... MORE EFFICIENT... -Everything else in the store is the same from what I saw.-Several employees were working but only 1 was at the front register.-The rest of the staff were about the store straightening and stocking.-They have a sign on the door saying they accept EBT which I have NEVER seen b4.-They have a sanitizer station at the entrance also.

I don’t ever wright reviews but this place is the absolute worstevery time I go in I end up waiting for an absurdly long time in line wile the cashiers talk about absolutely nothing with customerIt’s not worth ur time and slight saving

Love that Big Lots accepts EBT, so helpful to this local population. Never too busy, near Arby's and LA Careta. Papa John's is here, too. I get healthy food and dog treats in here.

Friday June 30th. Clerk with the weird hair cut..probably middle 50's. Worst service ever. Most cashiers are super nice here, although nicer at Timberlake. She had ZERO to say, not friendly at all. I then questioned her about stacking large jars of pickles on top of Oreos. She said nothing. She needs to be unloading the truck, not working with the public.

Haven't been here in a while but was loving what I seen. I would go more if I lived closer. I noticed they redone the front end. I really liked that better than before. Employees were very helpful too. I see us buying furniture there in the future too.

Chicken wings are my favorite. The dry rub Raging Ranch is delicious. My son loves the drunken apple flavor. Local brew is offered, as well.

Big lots was really great. The folks went above andbeyond to make sure that everything I needed to get done was done in a smooth and timely manner. I could tell they genuinely cared about their clientele and despite their obvious strain from the job, they acted in a manner befitting a professional. The prices were inexpensive and / or reasonable however the service was top notch.

Several of the people working were very friendly and easy to ask questions to. The prices seem to be going up on makeup, which baffles me. This is a outlet type store...why are they trying to become a walmart?? The cashier was not friendly at all and except the furniture dept, the stock was pretty low in most isles.

One of the best things that I like about Big Lots is their selection of items. You can find many items here that are not in other stores. They are a good option for gifts around the holidays or anytime, they have some sets already packaged together!! I love the kitchen, housewares section, this is my favorite area of the store!

I have been in a few Big Lots in different states, and this one was so clean and well organized. The staff members were plesent, and when they realized the line was getting long they call for another cashier to check out the customers. The ones in my local area of the DMV(District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia) metropolitan are not as nice as this location down there; I hope it stays that way, because we will be back.

This store is better stocked and has a better layout than the Lynchburg store. And so I frequent this location more often. Also the staff are very polite and fast in the checkout lane.

I bought a couch from this location, as well as come often to pick up various house supplies like water and snacks. Decent shop, very nice staff; wouldn't mind a larger variety of board games, but its big lots.

I ask the cashier if I could throw a cup away because there was trash can outside. She had attitude immediately and told me they didn't do public trash. I took the cup back to my vehicle. I don't live but 10 min away. I doubt I'll go back to this one.

I love Big Lots! This store is smaller than other locations. The aisles are a little narrow but you can find what you're looking for. Some items are over priced but there are deals to be had for sure.

This is the best Big Lots I've been to in guite some time. I went the store in Charlottesville three different times and was disappointed each time for a total of 300 miles. Lynchburg you're the best.

Walked right in and found reduced chips which tasted great and then starship troopers Blu Ray collection for $5 great deal. It is relatively easy to find everything you're looking for here.
