This is my second time using Boyers for service. Ashley (on the phone) has bren professional, helpful, and friendly. The techs are great. The first time, my AC tech helped diagnose my problem over the phone and saved me the cost of an after hours emergency call, then did a competent and timely repair once the part came in. I forgot his name but I think he is part of the family.Today, Brandon rerouted water lines on short notice after adjusting his busy schedule for us. He arrived on time and his manner was professional and helpful, the work was neat and thorough. He discovered a potentially dangerous issue and took the initiative to fix it. When he was finished he shared pictures of the work and closed up the house properly.You won’t go wrong choosing this team.Service: HVAC system repair

We've had a wonderful experience with Boyers 72 Degrees regarding updating our old heating system. We just had a new Carrier furnace, humidifier and thermostat installed and over the next year or two will be adding a heat pump system as well. The initial review of our current system and various options was perfect and allowed us to choose what was right for us. The technicians were great. They were on time, explained the installation process and went over the operation of the new equipment. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

We had Boyers install an all new HVAC unit for our downstairs as well as our upstairs a few years ago. They replaced everything, the heat pump, the air units, the duct work, thermostats, etc. They were very professional from beginning to end. We had them come out, give a quote and then do the work. They cleaned up everything, were professional the entire time, and always willing to talk us through something and give their expert opinion while also listening to our concerns and thoughts. We have not had a single issue from their work and everything has ran perfectly. We recently put our house for sale and underwent a home inspection. It was flagged that a few registers did not produce equal amounts of air. We called Boyers this morning and they were there within just an hour or two. The tech was amazing. He asked to see the issues, addressed each one, serviced the units and answered any questions. The Freon was a little low and after adding some, everything was great. This was the only issue we’ve had after having it installed a few years ago. We are now building a house and looking forward to working with them again. We highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from a brand new HVAC system/setup to just a unit serviced. They are great people and truly stand behind their work.

Brandon was a very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to my concerns and worked hard to prevent a second hole in my drywall when installing a drain. This was very much appreciated. He told me up front how much my job would cost, and that he did not do my drywall repair.Brandon is very professional. I recommend him for your next plumbing job.

Poor service and poor management.We had an appointment set up between 10-12 and they never showed. Called customer service and the lady who answered laughed and said the Technician likes to run on his own time and tends to start late. (We took off of work to be home for this) they showed up at 3pm. No one called to let us know of delays. Will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

Tech was here within 15 minutes of appointment. Nice young man made the repairs and was very neat and knowledgeable. Of course nothing these days is cheap but I am very satisfied with Boyers. They will always be my go to for plumbing and HVAC work.

All the Technicians and the service personnel where Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgable on the install and setup of my unit’s They tore my old gas furnace out and made all duct work and installed infinity greenspeed heat pump and gas furnace. Extremely pleased with the unit and the craftsmanship of the install. I highly recommend this company.

update 2/1/2024 needed some additional refining of the new hvac system and it was carried out efficiently and the problem was fixed quickly. Thank you Boyers !!! cOutstanding service fromPaul as the estimator and then Dave and his crew. Very very neat and orderly and responsive to questions. We are using Brandon next for plumbing at the same location.EDITED 9/4 : Brandon did a great job fixing the shower plumbing to upgrade the fixtures. He also did a couple other small items. Everything is perfect and we are very pleased with all the services and personnel that we have received from Boyers .Service from Brandon ( plumber) today 1/11/2024 he continues to do excellent work and we are very pleased. Paul from sales showed up at appointed time. Checked out what I needed and emailed a proposal within hours.Stopped by their office with down payment and new furnace was ordered and installed in less than six days.Installation crew arrived on time and new furnace was providing heat in about 4 hours. Cleaned up the basement.And I'm thankfully comfortable!

The technician was very professional and respectful. He answered my questions and explained the situation. I had called with concerns about a smell that I had noticed the night before. Worried that it maybe carbon monoxide leaking; the technician showed up within 30 minutes. Would highly recommended Boyers 72 Degrees!!
