Literally never any hand baskets available. They're all stacked at self checkout where the workers are standing around watching every customer scan and bag their own groceries. Saw an elderly woman ask a worker in self checkout where something was and instead of helping her, she typed into her little phone and told her where it was located. Sorry, but you could have walked the 50 feet(honestly, would have done you some good to be honest) to direct her to where the product was, I'm sure the other 5 workers standing and watching could have easily handled not moving for a few seconds.

Nathanael at the customer service desk is amazing! I went to the store to return some items a few days ago, and he was quick to assist me and was very patient and sweet, even though there were multiple customers behind me. Walmart could really use some more young folk like him running around.

Clean, most of the staff are nice. This has got to be the COLDEST store I have ever been in. Makes no sense. I do not buy produce here. Kroger gets my business on that. They have really gone downhill on stocking GF items

I went to Walmart to and had the worst experience from my cashier and a front desk employee me supervisor. It was a customer in front of my in the line who was a little off. But he was very kind to my daughter showing her magic tricks and things in the line. He was very friendly to use. While I was waiting to get rung up he was off the the side the 2 associates were talking about this man. When I asked Savannah to double bag on of my bags she says I don’t have time for rude customers. Then jumped on her phone and started texting. I still tried my best to ignore it. When I got my receipt back I seen I was charged extra for items a few items. Again here was Savannah attitude. She said she called someone over to customer service to help. I was there for 5 mins with no service. I then asked if she could call someone again. When the young lady finally came I just asked for a full refund and while I was explaining the situation she jumps in my conversation with the other manager. This was very ghetto of her and unacceptable. She went from talking about a mental health person to being rude to me. Texting on her phone as if someone was bothering her work. And for her to be training someone makes it worse. I watched as both of them sized me up. Kept looking at me worst service I have ever got from a store that go to almost EVERYDAY!The persons who followed up with me were great but that experience with the bad employees is unforgivable.

I'm handicapped and need help with transporting my gallons of water. This was due to my wlect3ic chair was full of other things. One girl just gave me a dirty look and just stood there and rolled her eyes. She looked to be of Indian decent. Another girl run right over and helped me. The girl that stood there needs to trained in what customer service is.

A nice grocery store with pretty good fresh foods. The have some of the better meats I've have found at a Walmart too. Imy only complaint is even with alot of self check outs the always seem to be full and it takes awhile to check out

Has some really great employees at the front that are quick and polite.Sometimes the stock employees charge through the store or block lanes without any attempt at being nice or polite to customers around them which isn’t enjoyable to deal with. It’s not a major issue, but it can put a damper on the experience.Overall a decent store with a good produce section.

Except for some fruit I was after being molded, Everything went well and they had everything I need even though I had to search a little. Whenever I can go to one store and get everything I need I am pleased. And I am getting better at this self check out thing.

Prices here jumped suddenly and now they’re more expensive here than at Food Lion or Kroger while offering a significantly worse selection. Also they started storing shipping containers where the overflow lot used to be so the parking lot is now a nightmare.

I love having them close by, love the store and staff who are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they still have some restocking issues but it appears to be a problem of being short staffed. The staff who are there are always working.

Patrick in the online grocery pickup department is the greatest. He has such a wonderful personality. Always greet everyone with a smile. Everone Loves Patrick. If I could give him 10 stars. I look forward to coming to Walmart In Timberlake just to be greeted with the nicest person ever. Don't get me wrong but the others are nice but Patrick is special to all of us

They had 1 register open! There was only 3 total registers where employees actually work. The rest were self checkouts. I DON'T WORK AT WALMART! I stood in line for a good 10 min at the only employee register that was open! Update: most self check out were open. 2 employee registers open and line was long. One of the customer service employees came over and asked if we wanted her to check us out. Fast service today!

Due to the oncoming snow storm, our order was delayed in processing. I give kudos to the ones working and having to deal with such frantic chaos. My order was small compared to others. We usually receive great customer service and did today; however, May I suggest not over stuffing your plastic bags with 3 - 2 liter soda bottles, especially if not double bagged. Sometimes the associate tends to over stuff.

Store is clean, employees are nice. I come here about 2-3 times a week, and have never once had an issue. The only downside would be their change of hours! They used to be open 24 hours, which was amazing because I work third shift and was able to do my grocery shopping when I got off (1 AM or sometimes 4:30 AM)

I went there today to pick up four containers of flavored cream cheese and eye contact solution. But I also picked up lottery tickets and a lighter. The cashiers were friendly and the selection was moderate I didn't expect to go to the Supercenter and find everything. They have a good selection choose from. I go there to go in and go out quickly

Went to Walmart neighborhood market today and everything was fine until I had to get an ID check and the lady said I hit her with the cart! My husband moved it toward me and she said we hit her with it. Needless to say we exchanged a few words. Rude employees, empty shelves. I'm done with this place!

Other than everyone being miserable, it was good. Pretty faces behind most registers and easy to get what you need. Just like any other.The quality of clientele is infinitely better than most Walmart's. Not judging, but there websites devoted to it.I give it 4 stars.

Unfortunately, my experience is the staff is not always helpful or friendly. While there are those who do a really nice job, the majority of unhappy, bad attitudes stand out. Walmart seems to have a corporate policy NOT to hear from customers, leaving only the store management to speak with, and then the only person available to speak with you is a shift manager. K-Mart had a similar policy and we all know where they went. Walmart could learn from Amazon, who has an EXCELLENT policy listening and taking action. Typically, my experience is the staff represents the management team, who seem to be absent on the floor. On a more positive note, good value is offered and many of the Great Value brands are of good quality when compared to the more known brands.
