I've been using Walgreens for my prescriptions for 7 years, never EVER had any problems until switching them to this particular pharmacy. Had to cancel an entire trip out of town because they refused to fill my medication. The same girl who answers the phone regularly is extremely rude, uninformed and not helpful at all. I've only been getting my prescriptions filled here for 3 months and I'm switching back to my other store in Roanoke. I'd rather drive an hour to my old pharmacy than to deal with these people ever again.

I once rated Walgreens on Timberlake road highly, but more times than not they tell you prescriptions are ready and they are not, or it will take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours then driving for 45 minutes it was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 2 hours. My wife is elderly and disabled, why are they so inconsiderate? Why do they lie?

I am rating it overall with 5/5 now (most excellent). I have been going to this store since it opened (~ 15 years ago). The customer service in the pharmacy was variable and there was a transition interval when it was not as high. Recent hires of new pharm techs and the manager are great. Their hours are now more limited; but given that state of everything; they are extremely efficient and everyone is friendly. The pharmacy manager is excellent and I have comment their personal and the best service in the COVID era.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Avoid renee at the vaccine check in window at all cost. Complete attitude and inefficient. I had to ask for her name since her name tag was flipped over on purpose. I actually asked her if she was administering the vaccine and praised God when She said no. Just complete attitude and not friendly at all. Felt like we were an inconvenience to her and she didn't want to help us. Just quit and find another job.

When I was at Walgreens the young cashier was very polite and did a great job of personalizing my experience. The manager, Diana, does such a great job in keeping a clean store and training great employees!

I have been using this store for over 10 years. I have always had great service from both the retail employees as well as the pharmacy staff. This location is always clean and well stock no matter what time of the day or night you go in!!!

Made an appointment online for my daughter to receive a school vaccine. A week later I go to said appointment only to be told that she needed a Dr.s note because she was under 18. This is something that should have been addressed when I made the appointment. If I needed a Dr.s note, I'd just get the shot at the Dr.s office. Took time off of work for the appointment only to have to take another day off to have it done elsewhere. Walgreens dropped the ball this time.

The staff that's left at my pharmacy is extremely rude. I have even been verbally harassed by a tech about a flu shot. I am pulling all of my prescriptions and using another pharmacy. When you start to shake as you approach the pharmacy there is a huge problem. I won't shop there anymore, because of the way I've been treated @ the Timberlake location.

I needed to have an Rx filled after going to ER. I discovered that the pharmacy was closed due to the Labor Day holiday and was told “the other pharmacy’s were probably closed as well. As it turned out CVS was not closed and I was able to get my much needed RX filled. We had transferred our Rx needs to Walgreens due to CVS not accepting Tricare at the time. Now that CVS is accepting Tricare we are considering switching back. Disappointed.

I used to work at this Walgreens and before and after I worked there I was a loyal customer who always received amazing customer service! I was sad the day I quit because we were moving to GA. The Walgreens staff was like family to me and I miss them dearly

Do not schedule a covid vaccine here . Made an appointment and they did not come close to having me helped on time. I was here early like they asked on the website and they did not come close to having me helped on time..an hour passed..waited beyond an hour Why offer appointments if you can not honor them. Disgusting....

I have never witnessed prejudice in person in my life until I did tonight from a manager at this Walgreens! I was absolutely appalled and shocked. He was absolutely rude to a customer. It was a British young woman who the manager used very hateful comments like "people like you", "this is whats wrong with you foreigners", and other hate-filled language. It looked like she was just trying to cash a check. I'm still in shock about what I witnessed.

Would give the pharmacy a zero if possible, technicians are extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Called in a refill yesterday, went to pick it up today but there system was down , so I told them I would call and check later. Called at 6:30 pm and there system is back up and running fine , I asked if I could head over and pick up my prescription that I called in YESTERDAY, but they said they don't know if they will get it ready today so I asked if I could transfer it to a different pharmacy and I was told no because it is a controlled substance. I'm out of my medicine and will be at work before they open tomorrow. It was due YESTERDAY!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS, I CAN SEE SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME VIEW!! MANAGEMENT SHOULD TEACH EMPLOYEES SOME MANERS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!Update being told that I could not transfer my prescription to another pharmacy was a lie I called Walgreens on Wards road and transferred my prescription the same evening and picked it up less than an hour later!!!

needed a prescription refill ,the staff was very friendly and helpful. also needed disinfectant and there was none on the shelf, the manager went to the stock room and got me what I needed. Appearance of the store was very nice.

It's not bad, they just put the burden of counter pharmacy and drive thru on 1 person. So you either sit at the counter or sit at the drive thru. The pharmacy team needs to take a note from more Western United States Walgreens and share the drive thru responsibility. Not put both on 1 person .

My review is only about the pharmacy. They are extremely slow and unprofessional. I was forced to take my prescriptions elsewhere, they'd been my pharmacy for over five years. I'd strongly recommend Hill City Pharmacy if you've encountered similar issues with them.

Called to see if I could pay for someone's prescription over the phone, and the woman in the pharmacy who answered hung up after I asked her if that was possible. Unacceptable and rude.

Just waited 40 minutes past my appointment time after arriving 5 min early. Pharmacist was flippant about it. If you can’t handle the volume space out the appointments more.

I had to go in today to pick up some pictures for a friend of mine for her baby and Michael who worked at the front was very helpful and accommodating!!!!!I would give him 10 stars but they don't have that many on here!!!! Thank you for your help Michael!!

Pharmacy needs to get it together! Physician called medications in and it still took over an hour just to get filled! Then they made us sit at the window for 17 minutes to get prescriptions! Ridiculous
