So many cute things; I always check the Magnolia section. The store is usually clean, including the women's restroom, and the employees are always polite.As much as I love walking around Target, I also love the drive-up pickup. I buy more last-minute party items and last-minute trip items here as a result, since it's so easy and doesn't require the lead time that a Walmart pickup order usually does.The only time an order pickup really didn't go great was recently when I received a basket that was clearly slanted. When I returned the basket a few days later and went into the store, there were plenty of other baskets with the exact same dimensions which were not skewed, so I wish they wouldn't have grabbed the one messed up basket to give me.

We stopped by this Target as we were traveling for vacation. This is a big store with all of your “Target” needs. It has a small-ish grocery section. Look for the clearance items - yellow tags - with items priced to move. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The Starbucks inside is a nice plus. Overall, it is what you expect from Target.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience today, at this Target. I found quickly the items on my list. I had a Gift Card and I had never used a Target Gift Card at the self-checkout. I had a small problem, but was quickly helped, by the attendant on duty. She was very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable, with having to ask for help. I also got some good discounts, on this shopping trip, when I checked out, that I had not expected.

Shopped Target successfully for shape wear, dressing rooms were opened and I tried various options until I shut it down ! Then still returned the following day! Staff was helpful on the floor and at the dressing rooms!

Very clean store easy to quickly grab things. Great to get name brands or specific items here. If its something thats super basic ill grab it from walmart though.

I love this store. I go 3 times a week. Always great deals on frozen food. I can depend on a great deal in the electronics section. My only issue... lines are always long... and self checkout is always busy.

I'm not sure how I've been reviewing stores for several years and never rated this store. While not a frequent visit to this location, the store certainly has more options than its Danville cousin, especially having more grocery options. This has been a convenient place to look for Christmas and Birthday presents because of their larger selection. The Starbucks workers there have also been super friendly every time we've gone there.

We arrived right before closing but only needed one emergent thing. The staff was so nice and helpful. I know it's not easy to be patient when someone walks in right before closing. Thank you to the staff for being kind!

My item was in stock when I placed my order, but later that same night, they indicted it was out of stock, when I came to pick up with other item I ordered. I chose another location, an hour drive away, because Target's system said it was in stock at that location, but then they canceled the order for that item because it wasn't in stock in Roanoke either, but they still have not credited my money back to my account.

The store has recently been renovatrd and it looks nice. They have also added a Starbucks as you enter the store. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is super friendly. Only complaint it was very busy and they needed more checkouts open

My experience with the Target Drive Up service has been great. It is so convenient and very time and cost effective. Our local store is always very neat and clean. While I enjoy shopping in the store, sometimes Drive Up is more efficient.

I absolutely love Target! The only thing I would change is our store (since it’s close to liberty) is always out of things. Food, makeup beauty products, clothing sizes, bullseye playground stuff. I think they just need to order more! Roanoke store always does a great job in keeping items in stock.

Generally speaking, I appreciate the Target shopping experience. I have been going there for decades. When covid-19 changed the world we live in as we knew it, the retail industry adjusted the customer's experience by introducing curbside pickup. I believe this has been a wonderful new option in customer service. I have used it numerous times and it is such a blessing when there is bad weather and a time saver on those long, busy days.However, on this last Target purchase, I placed the order online and it was to be ready in 2 hours. Since it was just before the Christmas holiday they were backlogged and my order was not ready until the next day. I had other obligations that kept me from being able to pick up my order. So my daughter offered to help me by going by to pick it up. I went back on the app to list a pickup person and was very surprised to find out that she had to be invited to be on my account as a shopping partner? This small hurdle became a complicated process. When unexpected things happen in life making a small adjustment such as who has permission to pick the order up on my behalf should not become a hassle. I hope someone will give this some thought and make things easier for Target shoppers in the future.Thank you.

We sometimes come here too often, but they always have great prices and often have additional coupons in the app. As with all retail stores, compare prices with other stores to find the best price, but with target, you can save 5% by using the Target debit card or credit card, which can save you more money!!!

It’s Target. There is a Starbucks inside. Need I say more?? The store is spacious and has just about everything you could imagine, from housewares, toys, food and clothes. Baby department is my favorite. I always recommend the Up&Up brand diapers to every new mom I talk to. Best store brand diapers ever! The cosmetics/beauty department is also very nice. Friendly cashier. Would recommend.

Staff is miserable and rude every time i come here. I cant even convey how absolutely insanely bad this store is. This is probably by far the most consistently terrible experience with staff i have ever had at any store anywhere hands down. I would STRONGLY recommend not shopping here. I really wish i could give them less than one star.

Placed drive up order for the first time ever with target !!I was able to get off work and pull in , waited about five minutes and my order was delivered. It was the best experience , fast and efficient.

We enjoyed our visit to Target, starting with a tasty beverage made by a helpful Starbucks barista and ending with a fast check-out with a friendly cashier. The store was clean, not crowded, and well-stocked! I recommend this location.

I love Target but it feels each time I go into the Lynchburg store the place feels and looks as if it has starred in an apocalyptic film and was ransacked. The employees also seem tired and overworked. I know they are doing their best but I wish that a) inventory was actually available and b) that more employees were on the schedule/hired (I know this may be a hiring issue, but man, it's crazy, usually Target has good benefits so I wonder why it is hard for them to hire).

I love this store! I’ve never had a single issue. The employees are great! The store is always clean.I just wish they’d have more sales/coupons and/or a rewards program without a store credit card. I love the clothes, but they’re not very different in quality for the same things from forever21 or h&m, however it’s like 2-3x the price.Most of the stuff I buy is from the clearance rack to be honest

It is convenient, and healthy. I also really love that you don’t have an order minimum. My orders tend to rack up as my cart waits for me to submit, but if I forgot an item, I can just submit another order and pick it up at the same time!

DO NOT recommend working here at all! management is horrible! They don’t explain all of their policies at orientation, they make you do work you didn’t apply for, they don’t work with your schedule! they talk to the workers ANY KINDA OF WAY! they are disrespectful and very inconsiderate! Timothy,Amber and Donna all of you guys can go to HELL!

I ordered a few last minute Christmas gifts online and picked them up in the store. Within 1 hour I recieved a text saying my stuff was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the store was packed and the lines were outrageous. I went to the pick up counter, got my things and was out of the store in 5 minutes. Extremely convenient and the cashier was super nice.
