I called before I went to ask what time they stop cooking. I was told 8pm. I get there at 7:20 and was told the hot dog lady Shuts down at 7pm. 45 minute drive for nothing!!

Went to the store today and ordered my lunch to eat there @ 12:12 pm today. That would consist of a Corn Dog, Fries and a prepackaged milk. 30 minutes later I ask about my food and get a deer in the headlights from the employee than an apology and my money back. Been going there for 13 years now I am done all over a corn dog go figure. Best of Luck Moore's Country store on Waterlick Road.

I've been going to the location on Richmond Highway since I was a kid. They were understandably closed for Mother's Day so I went to this location. Hot dog was amazing!! I will be coming to this location now on!!

I worked for Moores before it became express lane and stayed after the switch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was verbally and almost physically assaulted by my deli manager and sent home when I told my store manager what happened and the deli manager was allowed to stay so I had to quit. Have also called corporate and people who own express lane and they won’t even return my phone calls since. Awful company!

The Staff for the most part are friendly. They have some of the best chili dogs in the area. Gas is cheap more the most part if you can get the card readers at the pumps to work. Place is right down the road and has been great to me for the past few years.

Best fried chicken in lynchburg always delicious crispy & greasy as chicken supposed to be plus it cheaper than bojangles popeyes & kfc once you eat this youll never look at the fast food chains the same again ba ka ba ka🐔🤣🤣

Waterlick location. Literally the worst store in the chain. Staff are ALWAYS rude, and disrespectful to the customers. That's why I rarely stop here. Yet again today, staff were rude, and making fun of customers right in front of them. Should of walked out, but I needed the cold drink to cool down in this heat. But I won't be stopping here again any time soon. Plenty of other stores close by.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and it was hands down the best “gas station” burger I’ve ever had. Service was quick and friendly. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be going back for a quick bite for lunch. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I tried your baked cat fish today and it was wonderful. I wish you would have BAKED catfish at least once a week. I am not surpposed to eat fried foods, and I love catfish.I am so glad that someone is cooking food for us who are not supposed to eat fried. Thank you so very much. I am sending my husband after more tonight. Please keep up the good work.Baking and grilling foods will bring in more people who cannot eat fried foods.Thank you again for your great work!

I don't mind wearing a mask if asked, but two female employees were extremely rude yelling at me and two other patrons before we stepped foot in the door. You lost three loyal customers. Let me mention, some of your employees weren't wearing masks.

A great store with lots of options for food. Beware the chili is hot but wonderful. They do have chicken and sides. I love the malissa burger it comes with bacon fried egg lettace and tomato. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have inside and outside seating and you can order food on thier mobile app. The also have shell gas and you can use Kroger points to lower the gas price

When in for smokes. They put the flounder in while I was standing there looked amazing. Ordered 2 flounder sandwiches only mayo and lettuce. Should a just went to McDonald's. Almost 12 bucks for 2 sandwiches with only enough fish for 1 and as simple as just mayo and lettuce is they decided I need tomatoes to.

Moore's world famous hot dogs.... definitely recommend stopping by and checking these guys out weather you need a quick bite to eat... or if you need to put some fuel in the vehicle.... very friendly and accommodating staff lot to choose from whether you need a good meal or just a quick bite check them out Locally owned and operated👍

Very disappointed with dinner tonight!! should have went to KFC 2$ cheaper sides are bigger as well as the chicken and it want be burnt nor well I have to then make gravey for their mash potatoes. Sadly was so excited to be getting Moore's chicken and now I'm thinking it just gonna be a chips and salsa night.

Some of the female staff at Moores on Waterlick Road need an attitude adjustment. My call In orders are almost always short, and I have never once gotten an apology . My husband picked up his order one evening and when he got home, his order was literally thrown in the bag partially unwrapped and in pieces. I told the girl who was working the next day and she just played me off and said, it wasn't me, I didn't work that shift...just rude..I have to check my order every time, just to get what I've paid for.

Place is nothing like when first opened under Jennifer an Mark's management it at one time competed with the origional 460 in my opinion now this store is horrible without proper management an food really reflects now I go to big horn for fresh food. Beware of hot case food left 4+ hours sold at discounted price an not told to customer who want to not have there own option to eat old food who does that very disappointed I have to drive out the way for good moores an have this one rite down the road

Very disappointed with the store on Waterline rd. The chickens undercooked and it use to be good chicken. So I call tonight taking a chance it may be good and they don't have any chicken. Seems like this store no one cares anymore.

every now and again the "best hamburger in lynchburg" topic comes up. listen, it isnt the biggest, not the most unique, but Moores does have the BEST hamburger in town. (especially at the price).

I was traveling from out of town with my girls. Very friendly workers. You could tell they were having fun. Wish I would have bought a tshirt!
