Wow, great store! I had no idea it was grand opening day, as I was only in town visiting and for a conference!Lots of stock, well lit and clean. I love the colorful displays and the variety! Friendly, helpful, cheerful staff! Greeters were a nice touch and so was the young man who helped me out to my car and loaded my merchandise! I'll come back every time I'm in Lynchburg, VA!

I love the sales/clearance throughout the store. Prices are reasonable to a little high, if you know your prices. TONS of inventory...you would have to go through the store 3 times to see MOST of the stock. Cashier was very nice.

We found exactly what we were looking for and made our purchase and had help loading the piece of furniture right in front of the store. Enjoyed speaking with the sales person who was very friendly and helpful as well. Great experience!

This is great new homegoods located at river ridge mall. The selection is good and the employees were nice and helpful

The prices are cheap and the stock changes regularly, however, that is also a negative for me. If you like simply shopping and seeing what you may find, this is for you. If you're looking for something specific you may be better off going elsewhere. The staff were all very friendly and that is a big plus.

I love homegoods but the management was rude. We came in 10 minutes before closing which is understandable to be annoyed but no reason to say “we close soon wrap it up”. We were just looking for chips.

Love this store, been in here multiple times and keep coming back. Employees are amazing, everyone helps out. Noticed a girl today doing rugs, short girl in a whiteish long sleeve, you could tell she was struggling but had a smile on her face the whole time. I see her every time I come in, if it’s morning or closing. Always looking happy no matter how many people are in there. Didn’t seem like she called for help but a lady came over to help her load in a cart for a customer. Just excellent customer service. I would say the cashiers need to smile a little bit more but still all very friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone.

On my first trip, I loved the many sections available to browse. There are several clearance sections but not well marked. I wish there were larger signs to show clearance. I heard prices were high, but found them very reasonable and similar to their sister company, TJ Maxx.

My daughter and I went to Home Goods looking for a chair for my daughter. The manager made a comment about how people are scratching up the furniture by sitting on it and then inferred that people like my daughter were doing it by saying as you can see to the customer when my daughter was the only other person in the section. I tried to talk to her about how it came off and she said she did nothing wrong. I won’t be going back there to shop.

I went in the other day and everything was going fine, I was helped by a nice girl and she helped me just fine. The reason I am giving one stars is because of a manager Casey. The manager was very stuck up and degrading to both me and the employee. I know the poor employee doesn’t get paid enough. Corporate needs to train management on how to be humble.

I was not very impressed. I thought they would have a great selection of kitchen items, but they didn't. If you like throw pillows, vases, etcetera, then you will probably like it. If you think this is another Bed & Bath, think again.

Super busy today, I was there around 10-12. Great selection, found all I needed and while the checkout line looked dauntingly long, it went fast. Cashier was friendly. Excited about this new store!
