Lowest prices of all Goodwills in this area! I love their sale days with the color of the week, we love going on Sundays and Mondays! Always a great selection and fast, friendly service. Store is clean and everything is easy to find!

Thinking it was $1 Sunday I was happy to learn that Good Will had changed the discount policy for Sunday to 75% off color of the week and 50% off for next week's color. I was able to get a toaster oven/air fryer for only $5. Amazing deal! Brand new it would have been over $100.

Things were well organized and easy to shop. Employees were friendly, but very busy in a constant line of check outs. Overall good. Did not find any terrific finds today, but that's just how it goes.

Unprofessional store manager, the store smells like vomit when you walk in because they try to resell couches that have been vomited on. They sell dollar tree items for triple the price here to rake in profits.

COVID has been rough, but today there was a customer verbally harassing other customers who weren’t wearing masks even if they were vaccinated. She was saying she didn’t want to catch their colds. I carry my vax card around and wear a mask at discretion since we can now, and she was pointing out everyone and being loud and aggressive about and no one was addressing it. 12:20ish 11/8/21. Opinions aside about COVID, no one would allow that behavior if it was on any other topic. Otherwise, great items and some really helpful staff.

Was super great store... nope, not anymore. Cluttered, nasty and way too much broken stuff on the floor with large price tags. If I'm going to pay those prices I might as well by it brand new.

It's decent as good wills go. I don't expect it to be a first class experience and it's not sketchy, but it also isn't very well organized. The selection of stuff is just not as good as the other area good wills. I suspect this is because it is next to Liberty University and is always being picked over.

They were kind and let us park our truck for a while since none of the other parking lot could accommodate our size. I went in to use their bathrooms and noticed that their standards are on par with what I assume are their national standards since I'm from the Midwest.

Placed in such a unique location: this store certainly holds business well. I've found quite a few homeschool materials. This has made teaching very helpful.

Some of the stuff do not need to be put the selves.need to be throw away and prices way to high for a thrift store.i use like to shop here but getting to expense for me.for use clothes and other things.

Very clean place. Everything is organized. Was very disappointed they don't offer the 50% discount on certain colors each day like most do. They do offer alot if name brand clothing for men. Over all, nice place.

This particular goodwill has a wide selection of items especially for high school and college age individuals. Although it’s located in a central location the donated goods vary widely. Due to current practices all high quality items are re-directed to Goodwill online sales. Expect all stores to sell va day and Old Navy level clothing.

Very comfortable we weren't worried about it Rushing or nothing and I recommended too many and that comfortable broke- in shirt or slacks...etc.........highly recommended to all.......🤗☺🤔🙄

I hate the set up at Goodwill stores. Can't get thru lanes to look at housewares. Metal shelves don't allow for 2 carts to pass thru. Same at wards rd lynchburg. Don't think I'll visit another store. Very off putting in myopinion.

The home good area was sparsely stocked and very disorganized. Prices were not at donated pricing. Ots disappointing to know that good items make it to an online store instead of to local shelves.
