The store was very organized and neat. Staff directed me exactly where I needed to be and we’re friendly during the checkout experience. Less than two minutes waiting in line to check out which made this quick run into the store to grab size 3 youth soccer balls, painless. Overall, this location meets and/or exceeds other five below locations.

There's a good selection of little toys for kids, interesting candy, and other things you might find at a CVS. This is a fun place to let children or teens spend a little birthday money or get something fun and frivolous for a friend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The store busy and well stocked. It has something that everyone could useThe only complaint is that there were boxes of unstocked merchandise on the floor creating a trip hazard. A little unsafe for a busy store.

I love going to this store every 3 months or so. They have unique items you can't find anywhere else. The only downside was our cashier seemed very confused. Please don't get me wrong she was polite. However, it felt like she was in over her head. Maybe a bit more training would help this situation.

This is a good 5 below. They have a lot of good items at decent prices. We get gift cards for the kids and they always enjoy picking out their own stuff

The store had so many cool items in it. It was like a treasure hunt because the prices were so good. Quality on some items is questionable however the price is so reasonable. We will be back in the future.

Visited the Lynchburg, VA store for the first time. An interesting assortment of merchandise sold there, from toys and games to candies, tech products and so on. A lot of shirts sold there, too. This store attracts children, so watch out for boisterous, rambunctious youngsters running all over the premises. The same could apply to teenagers, too

Rude teenage employee. Store did not make an announcement they were closing so I didn’t realize the time. I was told by an employee that it was 9:02 and the store was closed. I proceeded to checkout and and the same employee let me out the door and rudely said to her co-worker that she “shouldn’t have rang me up because it was after 9” I told her I was sorry that I didn’t realize the time and she rudely told me “I could’ve looked it up”.

Organization, stock, and space to move around needs some serious work. But we did find some really cute stuff for a great low price. The customer service was the best I've seen in a while too, very friendly, attentive and actually talked to us. Thank you!

I'm really big on customer service. If I didn't have anything specific I was going for, I would have left. No greeting when I walked in. (Huge problem for me especially having so many years in customer service as well as management.) I understand wanting and needing your work environment to be happy and uplifting, a great place to be. However, after joking and playing a bit, it took some time before the young lady waited on me. No greeting, and continued to hold a conversation with her coworkers. 😳😳🤔🤔 Wow....what I originally went for, I didn't get. Maybe I will try an earlier time to see if the atmosphere and energy is different.

This is an interesting store. There's a lot to explore in a relatively small store. I especially love the interesting little knickknacks and magnets. I usually get art supplies, which are plentiful there. I can guaranty there is something in there for everyone.

You can find different products here than most other stores. Some really fun games in smaller versions & lots of inexpensive gift ideas. Games, toys, clothes, cards, candy & everything to wrap them with.

A great store! Prices are awesome for the products you can get. Wish there was one closer to my house, though! (Madison Heights). The staff was so helpful and so nice. You could tell they were happy to be back after the Covid shutdown. Highly recommend this store to any of my friends and family!

Great variety of random stuff. Could use larger size clothing as not all of us fit neatly into SML, med, large. Could use a better layout as well. It's a bit weird as far as what's where. I'll need to spend more time looking to know what all exactly is in there. Since I have arthritis in my spine, standing in a store for a long time isn't much of an option. But it seems like a cool place to find random items. My kiddo found the "fairy lights" she wanted, so it wasn't a bad run. They also have a great selection of tees if you are a fan. I saw quite a few of have bought if they had extended sizes....

The $5 step stools are such immense junk that they break on you even with light usage. I weigh <180 and I've had one crack when I first stepped on it! Thought it was a fluke, but opened another (my wife had bought a few) and it was marginally better. (Still junky and cracked within a short period of time) Save yourself the hassle and just buy what you want from Amazon. Same price point on the stools and WAY better quality.

This store has an amazing assortment of toys and other items. I was overwhelmed by all of the items the first time I went here. I've never had a bad experience until this morning. There were a ton of employees putting boxes in the middle of the aisles and practically pushing the customers out of their way. They were very unprofessional and rude. I've never had a problem until today and probably will not return to this store.
