I went in there to look for some decals or sticks to put on suitcase. I found nothing. I called before I went the associate was not very helpful. I also asked if Sumer pools were clearanced she said they don’t employees. It’s been 3 yrs since I been until today. They used to be great. It’s disorganized. No signs to indicate aisles.

My experience was I did not get my 100 kicks for Great Northern Toilet Tissue, because the message said u could not pinpoint my location, yet address was showing on my cell phone & I had just scanned Ragu & got points. Please explain to me why.

Why is it that this store allows their employees (the younger females) to be on their personal phones while taking care of customers. And also when us customers come into this store and the younger females are working, us customers has to literally wait to be waited on because the younger employees are on their personal phones. That's a great way to lose business.

Needs a TOTAL REVAMP...TOTAL.This use to be my favorite Family Dollar.But...and yes there is a but...the disarray stems from their corporate office,not due to the folks that are there.The employees just went through the winter,without heat.The ceilings are constantly leaking..its a mess.Corporate Family Dollar/Dollar Tree...do better for your customers and for your employees.

The "manager on duty" had no idea what she was doing. I bought some Pepsi 2 liters (with a sign that said 3/$3) and I paid with card not realizing I was charged full price. Once I notice the transaction in my bank account, I went back with my receipt and told them I want my money back (The discount amount, which equals to ~$10.00). However, the lady that sold me the Pepsi refused to give me my money back and was extremely rude about it. Her explanation for the signs and the actual price being different is that the signs were up but the prices didn't go into effect yet. Even though I asked the cashier if the Dr. Pepper was also on sale and she said "No, just the Pepsi, that starts tomorrow". Never coming back in that family dollar and I'll be sure to spread the word of the great customer service and experience I had there.

Every time i go in this store there's stuff alll in the aisles that need to be put up..messy store and messy employees!!!! Hire some cashiers that wanna work!!! Not stand around at the register talking about other employees and what happened with their baby daddy last night

My first time at Timberlake Rd,n using Thier app.Terry the manager was so helpful and took her time with me.You don't find that much anymore.I was very thankful.Thanks again Terry, I/'ll return.

Went to store today...walked inside...no carts..so I asked the cashier where they were..she said they should b outside by the drink machines...THERE WERE NONE..she didn't seem to care! I got in my car & came home..doubt I will visit that store again😫This was store on Timberlake Rd, LYNCHBURG., VA.
