Dollar tree is ok for some items, but a lot of the cashier's act as if you are a burden . The location at the plaza is the worst store out of all the other locations. The location by Liberty University is the best store they have as far as services and cleanliness.

This Dollar Tree (2323 Memorial Ave, Suite 4---#133) is a long time favorite and the people make the trip worthwhile. The school year starts in about two weeks and they are stocked to rock. Autumn is coming and they have their colors out. This place is the closest to Treasure Hunting without killing my budget. SO WORTH THE TRIP! THANK YOU, RHONDA!

The store was very organized and everything easy to find. This dollar tree was one that has some things for 5 dollars also. The higher priced items were definitely worth $5. There was a ton of craft items and planting soil. I got more soil in the bag from there for $1.25 than in the bag I got from walmart for $6! Can't beat that.

Was charged 5 times for something i got 3 of and when i brought it up was told there were no refunds regardless. I have to actually purchase something for a refund to take place, if you double charge me that is your own fault and you are required by law to return that money. Refusing to do that is just straight up theft.

Dollar tree has really gone downhill if u ask me , lot of sold out items . Ona brighter note they actually had 2 checkouts open for a change

I bought a drink from this store and for one it was bad and two it made me sick. They were low on drinks anyways so I got a welches fruit soda.

I was happy to finally go into the dollar tree and although I have been bum about the price increase (you can't call it the "DOLLAR TREE" anymore because things don't cost a dollar anymore the price has increased)... They did manage to FINALLY have the "Fast Bites" grill chicken sandwiches that everybody has been sold out of as of lately!!!

Stocking boxes took up most of the store ... mid day at that. Not that big of a deal... I was second in line.... of a line of 5.. another lady opened up. She called that she was open. The rest of the line went. So I figured no big deal, I’m next. The cashier and the lady that just opened, were talking about me still being in line. Like ok? If you aren’t taking anymore customers say that. My cashier just looks up at me and acts like I’m suppose to just know. So I tell the lady who came up behind that she is closed. And I walk over to the other one. So I went from being next to fifth. Next thing you know this new lady rather deal with some snack left open, that belonged to the other cashier, rather then finish ringing me up. Like come on ... it’s rude. Then helps look for paper towels for her. I wasn’t rude. I asked her how she was doing. Cause you know, I wasn’t good enough to be asked that. I worked retail. Customer service isn’t hard. Just think of others for once ... especially if you are being paid to.

I've been on the hunt for vases we are using as centerpieces for our wedding. I was having a hard time finding the amount I needed until I came here! Flor went above and beyond and was able to get all the vases I needed to her store for me to pick up the next day! Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Flor!!!

Usually have something I can use. The only time I have been truly disappointed was they carried a soft drink I really liked and persons/persons unknown would buy up all and I was unable to get any from local stores in our area. I have called the main company n received only an empty promise.

Nice place to shop but not enough of baskets in the store. The dollar cakes are sometimes steal. Your cashiers I'm sure are nice but they need to smile more

I still really like the store itself. However, even though they've got markings on the floor to socially distance customers aren't following the guidelines. The man standing behind me was so close it was ridiculous. I looked at him and the floor several times he didn't get it.

The store is getting better. .they have remodeled and it looks way better and things are more easier to find staff is pretty good and pretty helpful if you need anything. .the store stays super busy and really over crowded because of the area its located in

This store is horrible it’s always a mess. The people that works there their attitudes is messed up. It’s always long lines instead of managers helping they sat in the office. I didn’t want to give a 1 star. They need to do better.

I love shopping at Dollar tree and am a past employee there. This spedific store has a good staff and Flor the store manager is wonderful.
