Very clean and very large Dollar Tree store. The Dollar Tree located at The Plaza is a dirty, small store, with the goods laid out haphazardly. This store is very well organized, and the employees are friendly and eager to please.

Found some really good stuff from here in the past and our most recent expedition is no exception. DVDs, cookware, and I hear takes of cake boss products being sold at some dollar trees. Keep an eye out ;)

Would give zero stars if I could. I went to check out and my card declined due to insufficient funds. Obviously feeling embarrassed, I asked to remove a couple things. The cashier, VERONICA, made it seem like a huge inconvenience. Her manager printed the void receipt and asked what the reason was and she kept saying "no funds, no money, can't pay" which only made me feel worse. Her manager condoned her behavior. She kept cursing and blabbing about how she hates her job like nobody could already tell. My sister was with me and was going to pay for the few things I couldn't afford but without even asking, she'd tossed them to the side and made it seem like it was my fault that she had to pick them back up. I understand you work in a Dollar Tree and probably wish you could be doing anything else, but don't take your lack of ambition out on me. It's disrespectful, childish behavior and I suggest not working in customer service when you lack the basic decency to do so.

This is my fave dollar tree!!! Usually not super busy, great staff, clean and well stocked store!! Great place for toiletries too. First aid is good here as well. Also a freakin huge selection of nail polish. Just got my kid some lip oil and she really likes it!! Go check them out.

Worst customer service received from Dollar Tree. I purchase something at least three times a week from this same store without any problem. Today, I purchased cards and took advantage of the cash back option to avoid a trip to ATM. The cashier refused to give me $5 in ones. I saw the man in front of me give her $26 in ones. The cashier beside her did give me the ones with a pleasant demeanor. I called to speak to a manager when I returned to my car to explain the difference in cashiers. The manager’s response was we haven’t gone to the bank. You’re a Dollar Tree. It’s only Tuesday. I’ll try again tomorrow to make sure I’m not being overly sensitive. Some employees should stock while others engage with customers.

My grandfather is in the rehab center at the top of candlers mnt. He asked me to go get some change for him so he could use the drink machines. This was one of the closest stores and it was past 5 so banks were closed. Asked them for change told me no. Dollar tree but don't have enough 1 dollar bills to help an old man use a vending machine. Sad.

I always find interesting new items when I go here! Today it was tartar control cat treats, which my cats actually ate! The place wasn't very crowded, and I got in and out quickly!

I love shopping Dollar Tree for many things, but yesterday I had a horrible experience at this Dollar Tree. When my husband and I went to check out we went to a line where the light was on and the cashier was helping someone on the sales floor. There was another person there waiting also. The other cashier had two other people. The cashier finally came back and she yelled over to the other cashier and said "you sent these people over here didn't you" and the other cashier said "no I didn't". We said your light is on and she said "that don't mean anything". She went ahead and rang up the people in front of us, but didn't want to ring us up. So the other cashier said yall come over here. The cashier that wouldn't ring us up kept mumbling to herself about the light didn't mean anything and she needed to go on break and on and on. We finally got checked out but that cashier was playing with her phone the whole time and texting while ringing us up. I mean I get you need to take a break but do not be rude and we only had a few things. And don't use your phone while ringing up someone.

There was a day when I loved dollar tree stores in general but they are continually raising there prices. One might ask how is that when everything is a dollar or less, but let me explain. When I first started going to Dollar tree I bought the onyums which are actually better than the name brand everyone knows. But they started out as a 13 ounce bag and now there 8. That is a considerable price increase and there are numerous other examples of that type of thing

I was exchanging an item, the girl with blonde hair told me I had to go get the item to exchange it after waiting in line, she started working with the girl behind me without saying anything and asked me to move this happened around 4:40pm at isle 6. I did not appreciate their customer service at all. She didn't even apologize.

Great store to shop you find a lot of things for a dollar you can if you want to drug stores or Walmart or something like that and sometimes you find well-known brands I do 50% for my shopping

Store clean, cashier too busy watching her phone and counting down her time she left, she kept saying how she was soooooo ready to leave. Not a thank you at the end of the transaction. Customer service was very poor.
