Found what we needed so that's good. Some prices were similar to what you would find at the grocery store, was expecting there to be a savings. The inside leaves a little to be desired, definitely needs a cleaning and an update.

Staff was friendly but half the shelves were empty. They used to have decent prices and a strong variety that was a good counter point for Walmart but now alot of the prices seemed higher for much lower quality goods. The store was not clean. My uncle had an allergy attack from the dust. Sad to see used to be a favorite.

The store carries some imported food stuffs -nice. The prices on some items are decent while others are a little high. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Big Lots when attempting to return an air mattress. Despite the initial promise of a hassle-free return, the assistant manager, a woman, made the process needlessly difficult. She snickered and repeatedly insisted, aloud, that the return couldn't be accepted. This behavior continued until we reminded her of the employee's assurance at the time of purchase. The assistant manager's unprofessionalism and childish demeanor left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall handling of the situation. Also, she didn't give my receipt back.

Found an entire kids sweat suit by Cat and Jack on sale (75 percent off) got the whole thing for a little over 3 bucks, for top and pants. My daughter loves it. It's easy to find a good deal in here everytime.

Reasonable selection with so-so prices. Really dislike their checkout line though...enough to almost abandon buggy and go somewhere else. The line meandered you through a maze like setup with impulse items on each side, a bit like sending cattle through a chute. Not sure I will repeat business, felt the store was over rated, prices were okay but honestly found many items lower priced in Department stores. Not an easy store to get through, isles were very cluttered and it gives off a thrift shop feel without the low price tag.

Very surprised by this place when I discovered it you can save money by shopping here it's pretty good deal you just got to look around and you'll find quite a few things no doubt I recommend it

I purchased a sectional couch which had to be ordered. EVERY time I went in, I was told a different "rule" regarding the payment (pay half then half when it comes in; pay it all off so it can ship...)So, it FINALLY came in (I had to call to find out). The woman who was working in the department was SO RUDE for no reason!!! We went out back to pick it up, and I had literally had enough of her nastiness. So, I cleared up a few things regarding attitude, and we were able to get our couch...WHICH WE LOVE!!

The store also looks run down and dirty. I went in trying to buy something that was advertised and said that was available today. They didn't have any out so I found an employee (which took a while) and asked if they had any in the back. His answer was I don't know but I will check after I load something for someone. We waited for a long time and he never came back. So I found him again and asked if he looked and he said well yeah we don't have it. I don't think he ever went to look. I don't know why I even bothered to go in there. The employees are never friendly and it is just so junky.

They have redone the store since I've been there....trying to become less of a "seconds" type store... but that includes increased prices. They were sold out of most of the garden supplies but I guess that is my fault for shopping too late. I used to love the make up section bc it was full of cheap odds and ends. They seem to be upgrading to a constant inventory...which is reflected in the increased prices. The cashier (male) was super friendly as he always is without being creepy. Lol.

Service is lacking. While the cashier was pleasant, there was only one attending the Cash Register. There were 8 People waiting. I waited in line for 15 minutes and I was second in line. Only GOD knows how long the other shoppers waited. I will not be returning to that Big Lots.

This store is older, dirty and not particularly pleasant but they have some good buys on office furniture. We prefer other locations. They were very gracious to assist with loading our purchase and gave us a military discount which was appreciated.

The store has a good variety of all kinds of products, and is very clean and organized! And it wasn't very crowded while I was there. So I was able to get in and out quickly.

Ordered offline in April because we didn't see anything in store, we're still waiting for the love seat & sofa. Also purchased dining room table ($400.00) the quality of the product isn't that great all the screws have came outta the bottom of all the chairs and bench we ended up using liquid nail, i miss when the companies actually cared about the quality of their products . Never again, not that it matters but I will spend my money elsewhere.

I love to wander in here to see what goodies they have that day. Items change as they get buy out merchandise into stock. They have some regularly stocked items--like bottled water, seasonal items, and bargain furniture, but styles change and brands come and go. The staff here are very helpful and keep up with the the changing locations of items. Usually excellent prices and sometimes unusual items. A fun place to wander and look. Each Big Lott's carries slightly different selections, so shopping different locations offers new possibilities.

Big lots what can you really say they have all kinds of stuff from here to there up-and-down good deals It's very good selection for cheap furniture would recommend stopping by taking a look if you're looking for something inexpensive and not too pricey they have a lot to choose from pretty clean store as well and very helpful

Had a pretty nice guy help me. Bryan was very helpful and professional. Have had bad experiences with retail assistance but he was spot on. Helped me find what i was looking for and recommended some other things that i could use as well. Wish i could recommend him for a raise or accommodation of some sort. THANK YOU BIG LOTS...THEY WERE THE ONLY STORE ON SUNDAY,THAT HAD THEIR CLEARANCE AT 50 % OFF..NOT LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER CLOSE BY STORES THAT DID NOT.AS CONSUMERS,WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS TO CATCH THOSE EXTRA DEALS,BUT SOME OF THE OTHER RETAILERS DID NOT THINK SO.IS THIS DUE TO COVID,IM CONFUSED.BUT,BIGLOTS WAS AMAZING I CAME OUT WITH 2 CARTS FULL,SAVED MONEY AND PUTTING BACK FOR NEXT YEAR.

Went here on a Friday afternoon looking for a specific piece of furniture which they had but it was already sold.Will check some other big lots stores.They had 75% off all Christmas items when I was there and they already got out Easter items Valentine's items and summer things.From furniture to linens to groceries to electronics and small appliances, this store does hold a lot of stock.it's best to go in person because a lot of times you cannot find what you want online or it'll say it's unavailable when in reality it is.

Big Lots always amazes me. They have a wonderful selection of just about everything save electronics. I love going there. Even though our location is in a very old building I still enjoy rummaging through the aisles looking for bargins. Big Lots is also a great place to shop for Christmas. Lots of stocking stuffers and presents for under the tree.

Usually have good experience when going in this store. This time the AC was out temperatures were close to a hundred degrees today not a good shopping experience. Even the employees seemed to be miserable I would have bought more but it was just too hot.

I left a negative review for Big Lots in the Danville, Virginia location a year or so ago.The Big Lots located in Lynchburg, Virginia have great employees that are eager to help. The store is well organized and easy to navigate.

Big Lots was a big disappointment. While the selection of products was varied, the quality and price of the products were horrible. The items were cheaply made and sold at outrageous prices. You could go to a different store a get a better product at half the price. Additionally, the condition of the store was terrible. The store was dusty with damaged items everywhere. I do not recommend wasting your time at a Big Lots.
