Not enough employees at this store, which is absolutely filthy.Today I waited for 5 minutes to pay for one item while the cashier non-stop loud chatted with the customer I was directly behind.When it was my turn - the cashier had disappeared..There is no bell or anything to request employee assistance.Roam their dirty world and look for one at your own risk.I left instead of putting myself through that.Again, this store is absolutely filthy.Even the filthy parking lot shouts a warning of what's to come once you step in the door.I rarely go there for that reason, being wary of infections that look like they're everywhere and could knock me off before I even get home.The building needs a complete rehab or demolish asap.Yeah, it's that bad!

Store is always dirty and smells like rotten milk and old a$$ floors are always stained up. When Hilda, Lee, and the other heavy set white girl ran this store it was always clean and the customer service was on another level. these new folks on the other hand need to rethink there career path because they always act like it’s a hassle when customers walk in the store and interrupt there cigarette break or what there doing on there phone.

This is a typical dollar general with everything you would expect in stock. On my visit this store was clean and the isles weren't as crowded as a typical dollar general usually is with merch that has yet to be shelved. Staff was friendly and competent enough for me to want to go back for shelf stock grocery needs. They also have the best clothing selection I've ever seen at a dollar general, along with the most kids supplies or if all the dollar general locations I've been to and that includes in multiple states.

Terrible customer service. Went into store and even with social distancing and masks supposeTo be worn the lady behind me was right up next to me at check out bumping me with her mask around her throat. My husband asked her to step back and she just got closer. As we were walking out of the store the cashier apologized to her her our behavior for asking her to step back instead of having her step back on the x on the floor. 6 FEET, this was like 2 inches. Tried calling multiple toEs to speak to a manager and all I got for 5 hours was a voicemail. This is unacceptable!!!

I will say the staff is friendly. That being said. I'm not sure why Luray even bothers having a Dollar General. They don't have half the available stuff that the Front Royal one does. It's to the point that once a week I make the trip to Front Royal to shop. At least there I know I'll find everything on my list.

They always have everything I need and the people are nice. The only thing honestly they need is.more registers open because the lines can get so long and it feels like forever waiting in them. Besides that there great.

This Dollar General is conveniently located near me. I find most items reasonably priced. They had one employee, however, that was just downright unprofessional & rude. She made a few customers uneasy but thankfully she no longer works for Dollar General.

Lots of items here including seasonal products. If you're looking for Jolt Cola they sell it here as well. If you can't find it ask at the front and they can point you in the right direction.The staff I encounter there have always been friendly and helpful.

Two employees outside one inside trying to help everyone on a Saturday night. Parking lot has trash everywhere and the inside isn’t any better. The pictures posted here are once in a lifetime. I won’t go back.

I went to Dollar General at 9:45pm and the store was closed when the sign said 10pm. If your posted to stay open until 10pm, then be open u til then.

Unorganized, overpriced and mispriced items. I go to these dollar type places for the cheap stuff but I didn't find anything I was looking for that actually cost a dollar. Dollar tree just up the road in the Peebles plaza has my business going forward.

We made a purchase, then decided not to get the items and they couldn't refund her money. The manager on duty was the worthless and even left the store while we were standing there.

With the prices they charge, hardly anything costs near a dollar and they should remove dollar from their name and simply call it the General Store!!
