Poor, poor , customer servIce! Been waiting Now as of today 22 days for a propane delivery!They claim they are soooooo busy they cant get to me until tomorrow or the end of the week when as of now I am on 15 percent level. That means I am close to being out of propane when temperatures go down to the 20's! RIDICULOUS!!

Once I could get a hold of them, I really really had a great experience. The person answering the phone was helpful and kind and not in a hurry. Then I had Ryan Radzisaukas work on some gas pipe hookup and was a complete delight. He was kind, helpful and went well above and beyond helping me get my gas stove door back on.I had a difficult time getting a hold of Tiger through phone calls and the website, but one I got through the service was great, especially Ryan! I wish all the service folks and contractors that came to my house were as kind and personable and helpful!

Ryan R. arrived on time, actually a little early. He completely disassemble our gas fireplace, cleaned everything as he went, replaced the faulty gas pilot assembly, and put everything back together. He made sure everything was working properly and again cleaned the surrounding work area.We were extremely pleased with Ryan and the responsiveness of Tiger Fuels. Our central heating system had gone out and we were without heat. Tiger and Ryan came to our rescue by being attentive to our needs, fast to schedule the service and professional in their attention to detail to ensure we had heat for our home.We highly recommend Ryan and your company to anyone.Thank you for everything you did this time, and for taking care of us for the past 13 years.

Customer Service is Excellent! I have been a customer of Tiger Fuel in Lovingston, Va for over 20 years. I have never had a problem. Fuel was always delivered when expected. The office staff is always polite and always able to answer any questions I have had. The delivery drivers are so friendly and know exactly what to do. I have had special offers from other companies for their service but I am very loyal unless there is a reason not to be . Can't beat the service from this company!

Tiger Fuel has provided me with extraordinary service since I retired from my military career and moved to Afton in 1997. I especially like dealing with the staff that handles incoming service calls. The ladies there are knowledgeable and efficient. However, I like most talking to these kind and friendly ladies. When I reflect on having been on the phone with them, I often find it was the highlight of my day. I wish every company I contacted for service had staff members as positive and helpful as I have experienced for over two decades now at Tiger Fuel.

Just signed up yesterday with Tiger Fuel for residential propane delivery. My previous delivery company was unable to make a delivery within two weeks following a snowstorm. They kept promising a delivery each day but never came through even though my tank only had 2% remaining. By contrast, Tiger Fuel was amazing! They had a truck at my house just one day after signing on as a new customer. Now that's customer service at its finest!

Tiger is the Best! They keep their prices at very affordable rates. They are always willing to work with you to make sure you can afford their products. When you call them, they are always friendly and helpful and treat you like a valued customer. You don't get that very many places any more. The folks who deliver are always nice too, even when I go out there to ask pesky questions. After they leave, it looks just like it did before they came, never messy or spills. 'Once, when we first moved in, about 5 years ago, we needed propane fast because the previous tenant had left the tank empty. We didn't know about Tiger then and so we went with the first company alphabetically. They said it would take 2 weeks, at least, and were not sympathetic. Then we called Tiger. They were great! They understood our situation and were out the next day and were happy to help.We've been with them ever since, and are very satisfied with their products, prices and staff. I only wish I could remember some of their names to thank them in a more personal way. They have a good crew working there and I alway recommend them when I have a chance.

They have had the same slow off road diesel pump in Lovingston for the last 20 years or more. You would think that they could use some of that new truck budget to install a modern pump for off road diesel...one that pumps more than 4 gallons per minute.

Here is another reason other than great customer service why I strongly endorse and recommend Tiger Fuel, they are fair and decent to their employees. I recently had a problem with my tankless water heater. The technicians came right out and figured it was the gauge and regulator on the tank and not the heater. As they were fixing the tank I mentioned to the technicians that the former Alt Energy had installed the solar panels on my barn and Tiger had recently acquired them. I further said I had remained friends with the installers from the ALT and how the pleased they were to be part of Tiger Fuel since now they had both retirement and health benefits. The former Alt employees were thrilled to now be part of Tiger Fuel. The Tiger technicians both said Tiger was a great company and treated its employees like family with good benefits.So using Tiger has three major benefits. First they are local. I currently have three tanks in three different places and have been a Tiger fuel customer for over a decade. The drive has to drive over half a mile into my farm, and is always careful and respectful of the road which could easily be ruined on a wet day. He does this without having to be asked and the only way I know he was here was the invoice on the door. When I needed service on the tank they rearranged their schedule for me even though it was poor planning on my part. They did it with a smile and I much appreciated it. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

To whom it may concern,I recently had a Tiger Fuel tank as well as lines for LP Gas installed in my home and I wanted to address the excellent customer service in which I had received. Initially and because we had no previous experience using LP Gas, my wife and later myself contacted Foster Fuels. They did not respond to our calls for nearly two weeks, therefore, we called Tiger Fuels in Lovingston, VA. Immediately, we had a response via telephone and within two days a visit from Mr. Fred Brown regarding installation of LP Gas within our home as well as a small log cabin that is next to our home. Mr. Brown was absolutely professional, provided guidance on both installations, and then coordinated a date for installation and our purchasing a Tiger Fuel tank with regulators.Next, two gentlemen (Corey and David) promptly arrived on our scheduled date for installation. They were courteous, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They informed me each step of the process as to how they were installing our tank and lines. They took the time to communicate with me in a way that I could understand the process and they absolutely had me engaged when inquiring about my goals for the installation of my stoves and logs. Those two men provided outstanding service.Finally, I have also gone through this process, to include billing and payment, and have received outstanding customer service from Ms. Toni Hudson. In these areas as well as directing me to Mr. Brown and coordination with Corey and David, Ms. Hudson has assisted in guiding me through this process in a very professional manner and in a way that I was most comfortable with.My wife and I are absolutely satisfied and grateful for the service and care that we have received from the team at Tiger Fuel Company in Lovingston, VA.
