I was hopeful that this local business could be my go to groomer for my dog. While the grooming ended up looking fine, the prices were outrageous and customer service was rude. I have a 35 lb dog who is medium/long hair mix and was charged $135, before tip and a credit card fee (that I didn't know about). I fully understand she takes more work than your short haired dog. However, I have had my dog groomed (same services) in several different states for the last 8 years and I have never paid even close to what I did here. It was always $100 or less. I was accused of not knowing what goes into it even though I'm well aware of it. This groomer did not groom her in any different way than previous groomers, so I'm unsure why she thinks her services are practically 2x the quality/effort. I let her know I thought my dog looked great, so I'm not sure where such offense came in so quickly. My dog is a MEDIUM sized dog but I was charged for a large size. I did contact the groomer to question this as she has never been classified as large. I was met with a hostile text exchange with an offended groomer. I really am unsure where she took this amount of offense when I was just inquiring about a possible mistake. She said she made a mistake in the classification of size, so I asked if there would be an adjustment to price and she became very rude and said she would give a $20 credit but would never groom my dog again. If you made a mistake in classifying my dog as larger, I believe the normal reaction is to expect an adjustment in price. $20 credit was kind, but she had to add in her comments if she wouldn't be grooming my dog again. Like I would even consider bringing my dog back here for these crazy prices and rude customer service. We also tipped on top of a 5% credit card fee we weren't told about (would have brought cash had I known...), so it's not like she could be angry or upset about no gratuity. Overall, I feel this business is money hungry and unable to provide reasonably expected kind customer service. I have found the same quality grooming services for my dog nearby that don't act hostile towards their customers and don't take advantage of pricing. Highly suggest looking elsewhere unless you like being gouged for extra money and rudely talked to when inquiring about your dogs grooming.

Angie was great! We did a meet & greet so that I could orient my deaf & mostly blind pup ro grooming. Angie was very accommodating and my pup was very comfortable. Angie took the time to learn my pup's touch commands, since she cannot hear. Looking forward to our first grooming appointment!

Angie is the BEST! My shepherd is kind of high maintenance (personality and fur) and Angie does a great job and my dog is so at ease with her. Highly recommend, very thorough service and seems to genuinely love what she does. Great hidden gem in Loudoun, I live quite close but I'd drive pretty far to hire her!!

I recently moved to the area and needed someone to groom my poodle mix who hadn't been able to get groomed for about four months. Needless to say he was in bad condition.He's a reactive dog and they did amazing on him. Also were very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the day. Would definstsly recommend them!

Long overdue spa visit for Atlas & Franklin. Angie took great care of them both and they were both calm and happy when we picked them up. Highly recommend you bring your furry kids here.
