Do we have new ownership of our 7/11? Because I’m surprised to see how disgusting the store has become, as I’ve known the owners to be participating members of our community taking pride in our “new” face lifted 7/11. (With gas pumps!)My children had to stand in the middle of filth just to find out sugar free slurpee is gone. (Can we have that back?)There is not a direction you can look and not see trash and sticky, chunky messes blending into a floor that hasn’t been mopped in a long time.I hope you’re up to date on your shots if you use the bathroom.This is a small town, we still pick up trash when we see it on walks, and we expect a clean healthy environment when we stop by to support your business. This has been a trend and others I’ve spoken to are saying the same thing. Tonight was absolutely appalling, the last straw that motivated this post.As a bonus, this is not downtown LA. We’d also expect friendly warm service, something that most shifts lack recently at our beloved convenience store. But maybe I’m naive and those days are just gone…

Paying for convenience, time and lots more!There are store-specific reasons that make our 7-11 on Washington St in Bolivar-Harpers Ferry 25425, better than other options. This 7-11 has the best management, staff, customer service and care I’ve ever seen. They’re running circles around other stores. I’ve asked for a couple things to be added to the inventory: they make a note and if possible, it’s available there in a short time!They are also our local liquor store and they listen to suggestions on what the local folks want to buy. I wish all places had this kind of service but I’m glad it’s still the norm for “my store”.Edited to clarify specific location review

Great employee overnight thoughtful of the online order so one doesn't get pizza that's hours old waits till the delivery driver is there to pick up for the benefit of the customers.I hope there's not a misunderstanding it was not an inconvenience in any way, It was a pleasure!!

If you don’t want to catch COVID...don’t come here; drive by every day twice a day! I would stop in in the morning and the afternoon before the onset of COVID. I have had to stop coming in because EVERY single time I stop in this past year someone comes in maskless and nothing is said!They must have enough business coming in and don’t care if they loose foot traffic. To prove I’m actually here I posted a pic. Was going to buy some beer, chips and a hotdog....not anymore.Sad to say I will also be getting gas somewhere else as well.

The heavy set kid with the curly hair just told me that the system has a glitch and the way to fix it is to not let me save $1 off my purchase after entering my number. The owner standing right there said and did nothing. These kids in this store need some long customer service skill training. You don’t tell your customers “you need to pay here” or “did I tell you to put your card in yet”. These kids have no respect have no idea what they are doing. Cheap labor I am assuming. And yea, they look away when people don’t have masks on though it’s mandated to wear one and there are signs stating” no mask no service”. Place is always dirty after the two older women leave. They with the kid with long hair and glasses are the only ones that work there that know what customer service is. You don’t tell a customer to wait by holding a finger up while you finish a text.

A nice, clean, well run convenience store. Newly rebuilt after decades in a smaller building. Now also sells gas and has public restrooms.It's a must do stop for bicyclists passing through the area. Beverages and food of course. But what speaks best of the community minded owners, they built a shelter for bicyclists and pedestrians where they can sit out of the sun or rain and rest for a bit. It also includes a tire pump and some tools for bicycle adjustments.

Best run 7-11 I have ever been in. Clean and the staff are always willing to help especially after I hurt my knee and have to use a cane. There food has also improved tremendously.

I stop here on the home to get gas, or to grab a snack. Their hot food is always full, many different items to choose from. They also sell worms for fishing.

I was in the store tonight after a long day serving as an Elections officer. There are signs on the doors that say “please wear a mask.” Governor Northam made wearing a mask mandatory when you’re in public places. I walk inside and there are at least 3 guys walking around not wearing a mask. I politely asked them where their masks were. Instead of answering my question, one of them said you must be a Donald Trump voter. WTH is that supposed to mean. When I got to the checkout I asked the guy why people weren’t wearing masks. He said the sign says please wear a mask. It doesn’t say you HAVE to wear a mask. Guess I won’t be visiting here anymore!

I’m here from MN seeing family. I have a MN Identification card (driver’s liscence). I was picking up some cigars and snuff and was carded (no big deal I’m 33) The girl already annoyed because I took a minute to make my selection, took my ID and without even scanning it, told me “If this doesn’t scan I can’t sell to you” and what a surprise it didn’t scan. First place ever. I was a little irritated and asked her to just put in my birthdate manually, she wouldn’t do that, then said “have a great day!!!” all sarcastic. I sent my 27 year old boyfriend in from MN right after and he didn’t have a problem. Maybe have your employees have a little training on being polite or put them in the back unloading trucks? LOL.

I love going to 7-Eleven. When I lived in Sterling, VA, I would walk to the 7-Eleven at least 3 times a week. Just to get their green tea. My absolute favorite.

The old store was torn down and new one was built with architecture reflecting the German heritage of the town. Bravo to Southland Corp for doing this. They also built an outdoor are for cyclists who frequent the area.
