I transferred from prescription from 2 different CVS’ and a different Walgreens to here — and I’m so happy I did! I’m not even from here, but this is hands down one of the best Walgreens I’ve been to in my life. The pharmacist was amazing over the phone in person. It was quick and painless to get my prescription. The store itself was super clean, cute and had wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. If they can't give advice or information about a prescription, why offer it, and then act like the question is stupid. Getting your medicine in a timely fashion is like you've asked an unreasonable request. The only reason I'm not giving this store a worse review is because I don't mind the other part of the store. The cashiers have been friendly and they have a decent product selection. I always get my passport photos done here.

Pharmacy shows temporarily closed on website, app and automated phone service, cannot refill my script. I have been assured by many rude community members the Pharmacy is open yet I still can't refill my script online, by app or by the automated phone system.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. The pharmacy staff is a disgrace! They are constantly mixing up medications. You have to watch them because they will give you the wrong medications. On top of that, they take forever to fill a prescription. And don't even try to call them, you will be on hold forever. Worst pharmacy in the world!

I usually get my prescription filled in Richmond because every time I come to Louisa you wait in the drive through for 30 mins. No one was even in line today. My rx said online ready at 1. It’s 2:30 there are 5 cars behind me now. It gets worse ever time I come here.

Their phones NEVER WORK. You CAN NEVER get someone on the phone REGARDLESS of your needs. I've been calling for 3 days now and have yet to get past the automated system much less talk to anyone. This has ALL been since switching over to Walgreens. NEVER had this issue with Rite Aid. NEVER!

The staff in this store are so very kind and helpful. I can find most anything in this drugstore and with the help of Amy, Billy, Lisa, Gayle, Christine or the rest of the staff, they're all extremely polite and caring.
