It took the cashier thirty minutes to check out the family in front of me. Besides hearing their whole week's worth of stories, she also folded all the clothes they were purchasing and stopped to play with another customers dog. Never again. Fake small town impersonating chain store trash. 👎

This store has gone down hill since COVID it seems? They rarely have what I need anymore which is a waste of time having to go somewhere else. I think straw is something pretty simple to have on demand yet the trailer never seems to be restocked and always empty. I'm told by employees that they don't carry cedar shavings...um why not? Every other place does! Also this may or may not be their fault but their prices on things like dog food have doubled in the last year. I know prices are higher everywhere so ok I get it. Unless you're taking your dog to the store to see the mobile vet I would totally avoid them on these scheduled days. It's almost impossible to get in or out of the store on these days.

The store provides locals with a good option for many needs. It is usually pretty well stocked with things and seems fairly well liked by locals. BUT: I do wish they wouldn't ask for your phone number etc. and try to sign you up for whatever every single time you buy from them. That is so tiresome and tacky, and I will NEVER give my phone number etc. out like that. Makes me feel like I'm being punished for buying there. My only other complaint is that so much of the stuff there comes from China. I wish more of the stock were sourced from the USA. I for one am willing to pay a little more for better-quality items made here. (I know that the store managers have no control over this matter.)

Louisa Store 1980… unbelievable kindness on the part of the manager Trever.I came in to get a bicycle seat cover for a give away bike for some kids in need…. he put air in the tires and fixed the brakes!!

Absolute worst service and products possible at this location. The manager lady at this location is awful and speaks out both side of her mouth. Encouraging people to buy the protection plans and then haggling customers when the product inevitably breaks this is the second time I have bought the protection plan at this location and have met resistance. They do not even offer to fix the item or refund the full price including the coverage. Then when confronted with wording of the protection plan will not honor how it is written and tells me I can buy a new item when they do not even offer it at this location. I am done with this place and would encourage anyone else to purchase their tools and homeware needs from somewhere else to save them from this headache.

It was a very productive and educational visit. I was worried about my horse & goats in this unusual heat. A very bright and helpful young lady helped me get the right minerals and electrolytes to protect my farm animals in this horrible heat. We also discussed what to do about the flies that this rain & heat have caused. She was not pushy or trying to make a sale and didn't talk down to me!! I will go to this store and employee again!!!

The Gentleman that helped us was Amazing! He was very polite and extremely helpful. He sold us 8 Chicks and two Ducks. When going back to Tractor Supply I will always going to ask he he's there. I don't have his name but he has red hair! If all of your Companies had workers like this Gentleman People would never go to another Farming Store again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this place and the employees. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I'm always asked if I need help carrying stuff to my car or lifting something in my car. The lady in the front named Judy is very friendly and helpful.

Thus is a nice store but it's a little packed for the size. Also, not as large of an equine feed selection as the facility in Charlottesville. Could be because it's new, but still a tad frustrating. The employees are great, location is great, and my merchandise I have found has been wonderful.

Farmer friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of things that you would not find in a regular store . Western wear for that little farmer in your life, head to toe.cute stuff. Good assortment of pets and horses,farm animals. They also have a good selection of toys for boys ruff and tuff styles. Good place to start shopping for the kids.

Fairly good customer service, found the specific product that I came for, housekeeping and general appearance was good. This business has a cooker cutter identity to all other Tractor Supply stores that I've been in. No complaints and I do recommend it if it serves your need.

Good prices and selection of V-belts for riding lawnmowers available by length and width instead of only my model number. Good place for dog or chicken related supplies. Believe it or not, their selections of men's clothing is actually pretty good too! I have bought several articles of clothing that are appropriate for me to wear to my desk job at a big business. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because on a couple of occasions they have been out of stock on a couple of items.

I had a trailer light go bad so I stopped in and bought one. I'm sitting in the parking lot putting the wires together and I couldn't get it to work. Dwayne was loading something for another customer and when he was done he walked over and asked if he could help. He was able to help me get the light working and when I didn't have washers for the light, he went inside and got me two. That's top notch customer service in my book. Thanks Dwayne and I hope the store manager sees this.

Associate Carlye (I think) not sure of spelling was phenomenal. I am immuno compromised and my husband is disabled and she (bless her heart) walked me thru the store and loaded my car for me. Just for 2 bags of chicken feed. You have manager material on your turf and I hope you promote her as you should. I am a fairly long term customer of TSC and she is the best. KEEP HER. PROMOTE HER. TREAT HER WELL.

I love Tractor Supply they always have a lot of cool stuff and things that can save the day.. really glad that they got one in Louisa now.The only thing that I have to say bad about it the place is that I decided to start getting their 4Health dog food seems to be really good food my dog has skin allergies but they never seem to have their own name brand dog food which goes by the name of4Health lamb and rice formula.Sometimes agitating to go there and can't even get their brand of dog food.. seems like they try to have way too many varieties and not just keep the Staples in stock

My family and I love this store! We can get everything we need for our farm animals and farm life, our inside animals, clothes and shoes. Even kids and young adult clothes and shoes and toys and games. Even some homey stuff for the house or the kitchen area. We've even bought tool boxes for the trucks. Sometimes during certain seasons we've purchased baby chicks and such. Even have bought some of that old time candy and cow tales, drinks. Really not anything you cant find there that you can use for your hubby, kids, or you men for your woman. Especially for your farm and farm life.. just somethings you cant buy or get at southern states that you can get or buy at tractor & supply and more!

I have experienced excellent customer service.by one of your employees.Her name is Judith..I had a problem with some Bird Food. It was moldy.. I exchanged the Ist bag only to get it home and again found mold. Returned back to store. Judith was very professional and courtese. She said I'm going to make this right. She compensated with a full refund as well as additional bird food. I am very pleased with the way she handled. This situation.
