Hopefully everyone of you that visits Sheetz check your bags my things were thrown inside like they didn’t care for anything!!!! We spent almost $100 for three different orders and all the bags looked exactly like this everything spread out!!! How are we supposed to be confident eating here when who knows what they doing to our food!!! Called early this morning manager said he’ll be able to remake it when we come see him today, called this morning to make sure I could get my order manager lady #1 was super nice offered to remake my entire order! Said she was going to call back but another manager Tiffany called me and said they couldn’t do anything for me and to call customer service!!! What kind of managers do that kind of things‼️ straight runaround's….. these are reasons why people lose business!!!

I was looking for an order that I placed through the mobile application, and when I couldn't locate my order in store. I saw two women who worked there and they outright ignored me when I was standing behind them saying excuse me ma'am. Apparently commentating about the sign for a sunglass placement WAS way more vital, than helping a customer. Thankfully one of the cook was kind enough to help me locate it.

update...after 2 months I tried again. Ordered hotdogs with mustard, relish, ad onion. Got hotdogs with only mustard. Wouldn't be a big deal, but Sheetz charged me $7 for delivery. They just can't make orders correctly.Very unprofessional management. Don't waste your time or money on ordering food, especially for delivery. Orders are consistently made wrong. Staff is always playing around

This Sheetz is clean and the folks that work there are nice. The food usually takes a while for them to prep. The parking lot here is always packed with folks. One of the better Sheetz out there. :)

Not many places to stop and get gas in between lake anna and I 64. Most certainly not at 2 in the morning. Nice stop to gas up and snacks for a long trip. The even have a trucker lounge with black couches, just in the front door to the left. Nice outside seating area. Always busy, i guess that's why trash is always blowing around.

Asked for a specific pack of cigarettes. Cashier didn't ask or verify if he pulled the right ones. I was counting money as I was paying cash. Looked down and seen he pulled the wrong ones. I let him know. I hadn't even completed the transaction yet. Hadn't even gotten a receipt yet and they were trying to REFUSE to exchange/swap them out. I hadn't even touched the pack he brought to the counter. After getting a bit snappy another worker came over and made it right but I won't be back

I have visited a few times at night time. Christian and Cameron are great employee's. Food is always good and these young men are always so nice. Store is clean and the staff is always friendly! I'd give a 5 star plus :)

I ordered French toast sticks and 3 chicken tenders and they gave me my French toast sticks, syrup, barbecue sauce but gave me a chicken marinara sub instead of my chicken tenders😭😭 the most devastating event this year for me so far.

8/7/23, Between 11:10am and 11:20am.I order my food and grab my drinks. When I go to self checkout, I'm getting an error message about the card reader. I've worked at sheetz, so I know that once a food ticket has been scanned, Management has to intervene. At this time, there's 2 employees in the kitchen, 1 at the register, and about 4-5 employees (including a manager) huddled around a friendship bracelet display (not paying attention to any customers). After finally getting someone attention, I'm told that I have to go to the register (annoying but okay).After waiting a while, the line piled up behind me while as the employees were super focused on this friendship bracelet display. Eventually the girl at the counter scans my stuff, I pay, and I'm rushed along without a receipt. I check my bank account and realized I was over charged. Now I have to fight for the employees attention again (still messing with the friendship bracelet display). Once I get someone's attention, they bring up my purchase based on the total amount. I was charged twice for both drinks I got. I received cash for my refund when I paid with my card. She didn't even ask how I wanted my refund.I was just being a thorn in their side and taking away time from their friendship bracelet display. I love sheets they may be a little pricey on gas but it’s worth it in the long run especially if you use the rewards and scan your code each time you pay for something I just got a free breakfast sandwich this morning it was an eight dollar sandwich I made it how I wanted to make it

Cool store, open 24/7 but honestly, I do not like the food you order. Idk, I've just not tried anything that I would rank as "good", maybe I need to try more things but as of now n what I've tried so far, I'd rather have McDonald's, and I don't eat at McDonald's!!

The food was Absolute trash, probably the worst Sheetz I’ve been too. I ordered a sub sandwich and a pizza , the pizza was suppose to be pepperoni and cheese lol they only put 2 pepperonis on it and left the whole rest of it just cheese. I ordered a strawberry lemonade they gave me strawberry and sparking water instead of lemonade. And the sub sandwich they drenched it in sauce like over killed it to the point it was soggy. The customer service was absolutely sad! I tossed everything. It wasn’t even worth eating.

This Sheetz has just about everything you could possibly need topped off with an unfailingly clean & lovingly cared for interior. The employees are extremely high quality, from the associates doing the food prep, cashiering to the management staff. In particular I was struck by the attention to detail a tall young gentleman named Daniel paid to making my order correct. You can’t fake the friendliness and professionalism brought every day by this exceptional team of service professionals. The world needs more Daniels.

Great place if you want to hang out with rowdy noisy teenagers all over the parking lot with jacked-up ridiculous trucks. Management does nothing about it and police dept said that the Management encourages it because they are 20 something themselves.

I love the sheetz in louisa, va! They are absolutely amazing the MTO and MTGo are awesome never been disappointed! But I do have to say the best time for a milkshake......between 12am and 4am the guy who makes them is the best!

It inside is really big and the food and drinks are really good too. But don't order anything there when they are pack with food orders and drinks orders because sometime they do mess up but that's more with them trying to get everything out quick.

I recently came to this Sheetz at around 4 in the morning. I get that 4AM is really early, but considering Sheetz is 24/7, I was expecting to get some Made To Order food. When I went to one of the computers to order some food, one of the workers, I assume is a manager, told me that they weren’t making anymore food tonight and to go to the sales floors. Along with this and trying to get some coffee one morning, on a different day, I was told that the MTGo drinks are unavailable for the day, and again had to go to the sales floor for coffee. If you’re up early in the morning like myself, I would take my business elsewhere if you want made to go food or drinks.

I Love Sheets - I use my credit card with 5% rewards on gas to recharge my Sheetz rewards card. This gives me rewards from two places - Chase Visa and Sheets.I also recommend using the app to order food, never waste time waiting in line to use the touchscreen.

Very friendly and good atmosphere Free ice. The sad part is your rated at 3.1 wich makes no sense. I guarantee the only bad reviews you get are from employees that couldn't cut the mustard in working there. You treat your staff and customers with the up most respect and positive way.

after a long shift working graveyard, i visit the Sheetz by the Walmart in Gordonsville, where I order a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns, , the food is always hot, the hashbrowns are crisp and flavorful, exceeding my expectations! I drove home on Tues. June 16, between 1:30 and 2:30, didn't order in Gordonsville, so i stopped by this location, in Mineral to order the same exact thing, i could not have been more disappointed with the service I received! The guy making my sandwich moved in slow motion, i got outside and the sandwich was room temperature! The hashbrowns were greasy and soggy, I'll come in there for gas or other purchases, but i will never order food from this location ever again, i'll order from the Gordonsville location!

Sheetz MTO is good. Selection of fast food drinks and snacks is always plentiful. Dining in is okay (need to keep the dining area cleaner, IMO). Fuel prices are on par with other local fuel stations. Fueling station car cleaner (squeegee and towels) are always full of fresh water.

My husband and I stop here frequently. Our only major complaint would be that it is always dirty. Trash is always piled up flowing out of all the outside trash bins. Parking lot is also filled with trash. Bathrooms also need more attention. Either hire more employees to get the job done or get on the ones you have to get it done. Does not present well.

This place is just bad man. They don’t have the food you order half the time or they take forever to make something small and simple. A couple times when I’ve ordered and paid for something it’s not even in the bag with the rest of my order. I also applied here once and when I went to interview no manager even bothered to come interview at the time THEY set up. Just disappointing.

Sheetz is always my favorite convenience store stop when I'm traveling. This one had engaging and friendly staff and was very clean.
