They have a lot of things that benefit the needs of the area. I took a long stroll through the store this morning before they closed and found their selection to be both wide ranging and complete for my personal needs, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, plus there's a cute redhead at the checkout register. Definitely need to return something I need so I can buy it again.

Walked in with question about fixing/rebuilding sliding screen door. I was immediately introduced to someone who told me about 3 different options and, if I could bring it in, they would quote the cost of all the best options.I'll be there with the screen first thing next week.

Excellent customer service. They will walk you around to locate your product or service. If they do not have it, they are honest about it and will seek to order the item or refer you to where you may obtain the product or service. Eugene is very knowledgeable and will guide throughout the store and is very detailed on multiple levels on how to complete your task, especially if you are a novice at home improvement or repair.

When you shop local this is the place to go for your hardware needs. It also has so much more. The renovations are lovely. I love just walking around looking at all the cool things for the house and yard. You have to check out the garden center. No 5th star because of the hours. I work 7-430 and my day off, Sunday, they are closed.

Allison's is my go to store for... Well.. Anything they sell that I need. Sorry it's just to much to list! Every one of the employees are super knowledgeable and can help you find what you need. The garden center is amazing and always has something I didn't know I needed. Oh, and the caramels on the counter, you should definitely try those.. I have to get a couple every time I go in the store.

Allison's ACE hardware is very well stocked. It has a ton of good quality stainless steel that makes larger chain stores look bad by comparison. But more than anything I appreciated the very knowledgeable and friendly floor staff. Albert and Chris have saved me many hours of hunting and searching for bits and pieces on my own. I don't know where they and the others on staff get that upbeat attitude from day in and out.

Great place to stop in. I came in here in a pinch because I need a specific part that we couldn't find anywhere because it was a Sunday and the places we needed were closed. I found something that we thought might work and the guy helping me was really nice and helpful. Everyone said hello and smiled, it was a nice change form some other places you visit in large city's. This little town was nice and I will be back in the future.

When they get high speed internet for their cash registers, I'll rate them five stars - more than helpful staff, selection and convenience rates only four. The line today moved ridiculously slow - all due to the credit card machines at the registers.

When you have a great experience you want to share it, and my experience with Joey Allison and Ace Hardware in Lottsburg was top notch to say the least. Joey replaced my gutters, and not only did he do a first class job at what I thought was a very reasonable price, he showed up when he said he was for the estimate and despite all the rainy weather we've had still did the job on the day he said he would, and anyone familiar with the Norther Neck knows that's a rarity in itself. I'm very proud of my new gutters and if I can give a recommendation for Allison's Ace Seamless Gutter service to anyone looking to install new gutters I would be more than happy to.
