Love this store. I use the Pet Wash every few weeks. I've been other places in other states and used their washes and they don't even come close for cleanliness. It is the best bath for $10, their shampoo, towels and dryer and no time limit. I highly recommmend.

Best Pet Store of them all. They have always been helpful with exceedingly superior knowledge of all products and what is best for all animals. And now that they have a groomer, it is even better. The groomer Mary Jane is awesome and did a fantastic job on my Husky. If you have a loved animal, treat them right and bring them to Petvalu in Lorton.

We come here to bathe our dog. The staff is always super helpful since our dog hates baths. The shop is clean and well organized and they have a wide variety of supplies. Check them out!

The staff at this place is so helpful and kind and the store has a big selection. I've been having to go in there regularly because my dog has suddenly become a picky eater due to illness. He goes off of a food within days, so I have to go find a new food to feed him. Every time I go in, the cashiers have gone out of their way to help me find foods and treats I can feed my dog, who has multiple allergies and of course, has stopped eating multiple brands/types of food.This has not just been one helpful employee. This has happened every single time I've gone in. Yesterday I went in, thinking there's no way I am going to find even more grain-free foods that my dog hasn't rejected yet. I explained the problem to the cashier and she was so kind- she immediately showed a lot of sympathy and concern for my dog, then she showed me some foods I could try that came in smaller-sized containers. Finally, she went to the back and brought back a bunch of different dog food samples and said I could try those foods, that the samples were free.It is really refreshing to go into a store with a problem and have the staff act like they give a hoot and actually help me solve the problem.

Overly helpful staff, I have just gone to telling them what I need and having them steer the shopping experience. The class of products is middle to high price. Quality of goods is commensurate. Pet friendly, of course.
