I went to this place last minute, they accepted me I emailed the photos of the haircut gave specific instructions. I came to pick my puppy up and got home to find bald spots all over her. Patches and bald spots. I’ve reached out several times no response. 80$ groom for Christmas pictures! Bald spots and uneven haircut.. worst place ever

I really don’t do reviews but this place is like really nice they cut my puppy’s hair so good and he looked so clean and happy and smelled soooo good after. ngl I was a little nervous about dropping him off but they did so well. I will definitely be coming back here

Took my two dogs here for the first time. They did such a great job with my boys! Love the haircuts they were given. The groomers were also super friendly and really took time to listen to what I wanted for the dogs. Will definitely be bringing them back!

Pet De Lite run by Kay is fantastic! I’m been coming here for maybe 20+ years… Three different dogs! My pug won’t be groomed but Vinny loves to spend the day with Ben who does a fantastic job and takes great care of him. It’s easy to get an appointment and get in and out! I’m so pleased with them!

My Mal-Shi was severally matted around the neck and front paws area. Major chain groomers won't take him because he nips and kicks at the groomers. Pet d'lite was the only one who took on the challenge. (See before and after pictures below) Thanks to them, my Mal-Shi is now one happy 8mo. old puppy.

I just realized I have never left a review and these ladies deserve one. What a phenomenal place to have your pet groomed. I have been a customer there on and off since 2005. As a former Petsmart manager I sent many many customers there and everybody was happy, and came back to me to thank me. These women are wonderful and so caring. They are not there all day like other groomers, and I have never had one complaint about a grooming or nail Trim. The place is clean. It is never really crowded at one time and I just can’t say enough about these ladies.If you read this, this is the blue eyed schnauzer’s mom ( they got Raymond after giving me first dog) Jackson. We are new dog owners. This facility came highly recommended. I called in the day before for my puppies first grooming and was fit in the next day. The employees were kind and welcoming. I'm not sure how well my pup liked it as he was pretty quiet afterwards. He was happy to see us though. The only drawback is that there is mostly an honor system when checking vaccination records, so hopefully patrons are being honest. The price is very reasonable. We will be returning.

Great experience with them. They are so sweet to my dog. I have a cockapoo and there are so many different ways you can cut their hair and I only like her hair cut a certain way, they are very careful about getting the cut just right. They have great availability too and the pricing is fair.

This place is the rudest and most unprofessional groomers I've ever contacted. Answered the phone as pet de lite and when asked for an appointment she said she knows nothing about that and hung up. ?!?! What? Ok maybe a mess up so I called back and bam just answers and hangs up! Tried a couple more times just to see and yes the lady with a very heavy accent is actively answering and hanging up on potential customers. Save your time and money and avoid this place. Plenty of other groomers in the area.

I went to Pet De Lite for the first time today with my miniature schnauzer. I am new to this area so I didn't know where to go. But this place had wonderful reviews so I thought I would give it a try. Well, I am happy to say that the reviews were correct!! The lady working there was super nice and friendly. She listened to my concerns and was gentle with my anxious dog. She also finished grooming pretty quickly. It is so nice to know my dog didn't have to sit in a kennel and wait for his turn forever like they do at PetSmart or Petco. I would rate this place five stars for value, professionalism, and friendliness. Will be back for sure!

Took my Maltese and they did a good job. That said, my dog came down with Kennel Cough 10 days after he was groomed there and its the only place he came in contact with other dogs. So, while my dog is now fine, it tells me either facilites aren't that clean or they didn't check everyone's shot records.

I have been using Pet De Lite for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed. The keep my dog's information on file and each groomer can see how we like her to be groomed each time. There facility is clean and it is most definitely easy to get an appointment. They treat their customers and their precious pets very well :-)

They give my dog a great cut. My dog is very anxious and I think they do a great job with handling him. He always smells awesome when I pick him up and for days later. Very reasonably priced. I'll take my dog here as long as I live in the area.

Kinda expensive at nearly $70 for a 8# dog groom.Can't see groom, cage or bath areas from the door which made me uncomfortable not knowing what's going on.Grooming was OKish with some choppy patches.Dog was frantic to escape.Not a paperwork place, so gotta rely on memory and person to person discussion about dog services.

They treat my baby well. Professional courteous and easy to get appointments. Also they have all size dogs in there. Mostly small/toy breeds like mine, which make us feel safe and in experienced hands.
