The Best! It begins with the phone. When you call the reception is gracious and enthusiastic to talk to you. They are always eager to help you whether it’s an appointment or answering a question. The veterinary care and technicians are exceptional. They show compassion and concern about how you are and your pets who come to this clinic. I don’t know everyone’s name but they’re all this way. Dr. Robinson performed surgery on my little poodle last week, and once the surgery was over, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining every aspect of the surgery. I have never experienced that before. It was very reassuring. The entire staff is professional and exemplary. I know when I bring my pets there they will get the best care possible. I strongly recommend this veterinary hospital for any pet.

Pack Animal Care has been my trusted Veterinary Care for my two furry babies Lucky and Evie since they opened a few years ago. The facility is very clean, feels very welcoming, and they have a table of goodies bags such as poop bags, tennis balls and bandanas for your pup. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ventocilla Robinson are two very knowledgeable vets, who will explain everything to you on any procedures needed. You can tell that every member of this staff cares and has a passion for what they do. It is very hard to find a vet that makes you and your pet feel comfortable. I am very lucky to have found Pack Animal Care and I highly recommend them. Join their Pack.

They’re amazing. I truly love how they run their team. They’re always quick to respond to emails during business hours. Since being introduced to this office I’ve gone three times and I always have a positive experience. My pup gets excited whenever we get greeted by the docs. I think that’s what matters the most to me. How comfortable they make her feel.

Great vet! We took our two kitties here for their first vet visit and it went pretty good. I was worried about picking the wrong vet, as there were so many options to go through and I ended up finding Pack Animal Care.Dr Robinson was very kind as well as the other nurses that helped us out.Definitely recommend!

The best veterinary office for my fur babies! All of the veterinarians and their team demonstrate genuine care to my fur babies and carefully listen to my concerns. I credit them for saving one of my fur baby's life after a scary time with pancreatitis, and they continue to offer helpful advice for my senior pups and young pup. I am so happy I switched vets and started coming to this office.

We’ve been taking our Cat, Molly and Husky, Leo to Dr. Robinson for years and will continue to do so. The level of care and attention he has given them as a Veterinarian has been second to none. Dr. Robinson has always taken time during examinations to ensure your pet gets the most out of an appointment and the staff at his new practice were warm and welcoming. If you want a vet who thoroughly explains conditions and treatments and is equally good at asking questions and listening closely to the client, then this is the practice for your fur babies! :)

Wow wow wow! Our sweet Dulce was due for some vaccines for boarding so we decided to check out Pack Animal Care, the new veterinary practice, scratch that, PACK, right around the corner from our house in Giant shopping center on Ox Road. When I called to schedule Dr. Robinson answered the phone - the first sign that everyone in this pack helps at every level of business. He was great and, we learned today, so is the entire team led by he and his business partner and fellow veterinarian wife, Dr Ventocilla.We were greeted warmly by Jo who made check-in/new client process easy and quick, she offered us some fun freebies and a couple cookies for my daughter, and then we were brought back into an exam room by Liv, our awesome vet tech, who proceeded to spoil Dulce rotten with peanut butter and belly rubs. Dr. V did a thorough exam of our girl and covered all the bases on her health - and her health is great 👍🏼. They tag-teamed her vaccines which Dulce didn’t even realize were happening. We weren’t pressured to do anything more than what we came for, but I did request a nail trim that Liv knocked out quickly and easily.Dr. V. gave us the rundown on their recommended vet care regimen for Dulce which was conservative and reasonable. Liv was able to check us out right in the exam room which was great because Dulce would have been a little nutty about the furry friends in the waiting area.Icing on the cake for us? 1) professionally and personally they support and promote inclusion and 2) leash hooks on the front desk!!!On a scale of 1 to 10, Pack Animal Care gets a solid 10. I almost want to get another dog so we can visit them more often. HIGHLY recommend!

All around great experience with my 2 pups. Easily accessible from NOVA, about a 20 min drive, plenty of parking, and superb customer service! We saw Dr. Ventocilla, we have been following her for years because she has been the ONLY one who has been successful drawing blood on my 14 year old son without sedating him. I am a big supporter of family owned businesses, and more so if they are woman owned. I really liked how Eylin, one of the assistants went through all the triage questions over the phone with me when we arrived, so I did not have to maneuver 2 dogs in their waiting room! Their office is state of the art, but it is also filled with care, compassion, and true love for animals.Dr. Ventocilla took great care of my boys, she was very patient, I didn't feel rushed, and it was evident that everybody in this clinic is happy and loves what they do. I am so thankful PACK finally opened its doors, and even happier that we are part of their PACK now.Great job guys!

I am a picky person when it comes to vet care. I have lots of questions, and don't really like administering care to my dogs without understanding the reasoning behind what we're doing. I also have highly active sighthounds, who are quirky dogs and need a patient hand. I have an excellent vet where I used to live, and when I moved to Virginia, I was afraid I would have to search hard to find the right fit. Fortunately, I did not! Dr. Robinson handles the care of my dogs and he is amazing. Very patient with all my questions and concerns, and willing to factor cost into all the decisions he helps me make. The staff at the clinic is helpful as well, and I'm never afraid to call if I have an issue. Additionally, the clinic is modern and clean. I drive 30 minutes for this clinic and it's worth every second of extra time to get there to get such amazing care. I highly recommend taking your pets to PACK.

Had never heard or been there, but because of an emergency euthanasia for our beautiful dog, the staff was able to accommodate us same day. I cannot say enough about the care and empathy we received from all. I highly recommend them, and they will become my vet for future pets. So very grateful they helped us on short notice.

This place is stellar! I found pack animal care online and saw great reviews for my golden retriever and so glad that I did. The area is very clean , spacious office. The entire staff was very friendly and very attentive. You can tell that they love what they do. Lucky was in need of a wellness exam and to have an area checked out. Dr. Katrin ventocilla Robinson was great. She and Melissa explained everything that they would do during his check up and was very thorough. Prior to his exam lucky received a little goody bag with his favorite , tennis ball, bandana and a cute little bone with poop bags and a treat. I highly recommend this pack animal care. It is located in lorton, very easy to find. Thank you pack animal care team! 5 stars!!!My yorkie , Evie is part of the pack! Dr. Robinson performed a dental cleaning and my baby now has her pearly whites. every visit with Pack animal is as stellr as the first time. the entire team is amazing!!!! again 5 stars every time.

Dr. Robinson has cared for our golden retrievers for about 10 years. We were excited to learn that he and his wife opened their own practice. There are about 18 vet offices that are closer to us but we drive to Pack Animal Care in Lorton for our two current dogs to see Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ventocilla. They and their whole staff are amazing!

I never write reviews. But I have to write about the amazing care that my baby had at Pack animal care. My beautiful maltese was 17 years old and recently crossed over the rainbow bridge, but I think he got some extra time (almost 2 years extra) because of the care (and love) he received at Pack Animal Care.His previous vet kept telling me things were happening with my dog because "he is old". Frustrated and wanting a second opinion, I brought him to Pack based off of recommendations from a local community group on social media. This is not your typical vet office. They really do treat you like family here you can tell everyone loves working there. Upon entering the office, the warm and friendly greetings we have received from Grace and Yvonne, even put my anxiety ridden pup at ease. He loved Grace. She would always come give my Mikey a hug and ear scratches. He loved that.Dr Ventocilla and her techs are AMAZING! I love how they always treated my Mikey like he was a celebrity, lol. Dr V. always tried to get to the root of the problem. Having a very senior dog, yes, they have ailments. I loved how she always tried to figure out the best plan instead of saying "well, it's because he's old". I know that Mikey was given more time because of Pack Animal Care. So truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! I really mean it when I say if you need a great vet team, go here! You will not regret it. I will see you guys again when I get my new furbaby!!!! Love you guys!!!

Brought our older terrier for a first visit. Best experience at a vet ever- clinic is clean, roomy and stylish. All staff members were friendly and professional. Minimal wait time. Dr. Robinson has a great bedside manner, very gentle hands and answered all questions. He was unhurried, took the time to explain treatment options and prices up front. This is a husband/wife team (both Cornell trained vets). I'll be back with the cat!

My dogs and I have seen both doctors here and love them! Dr. Robinson did their annual exams and vaccines about a month ago. He was very thorough, super gentle, and extra patient with my more skittish dog. We talked through their medical histories and he gave me a lot of information about their preexisting conditions, including things like what to look out for, when to be concerned, and what needs a vet visit— much more information than we’ve gotten from previous vets. We saw Dr. Ventocilla this morning for a skin infection, and she immediately knew what the problem was after looking at it. The antibiotics haven’t had time to work yet, but the wipes and apoquel are already making a difference!Everyone at Pack is super affectionate and patient with my girls, from the front desk staff, to the techs and vets, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

The care and attention my boy received at PACK was excellent! This clinic felt like home, my senior beagle was relaxed, both doctors worked as a team to take chest X-rays. Dr Ventocilla decided to give him a nail trim since he was so relaxed, this couple really cares about pets and their parents.Highly recommend PACK.We will be back for sure!

Pack Animal Care is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to. The staff are warm, welcoming and beyond efficient. Dr. Robinson gave the most thorough exam I have experienced and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He took his time and made sure we felt safe and cared for. Also, the space is impeccably clean and inviting. It will definitely be our permanent veterinarian care going forward.

We have been taking our dog to Dr. Robinson for many years at his previous employer, and followed him to his new practice (even though it is a MUCH longer drive—it’s well worth it). All of the staff there is helpful, well trained, and really caring to our pet. Dr. Robinson is through and spends lots of time explaining the situation and the options going forward. We have an aging dog and he has been great with all of her issues over the years. I highly recommend this new vet practice!

Dr. Robinson is the best vet we have ever had. He is very thorough in his examinations of our pets (1 dog and 2 cats), and is willing to take as much time as the pet parent needs to explain things. We have also been pleasantly surprised that Dr. Robinson has been able to offer really helpful behavioral advice for our new puppy, in addition to his great medical expertise (and good sense of humor). The front office staff is also great, and very pleasant to talk to. They are always willing to speak about any issues and to offer advice, or to ask one of the vets if a question is outside of their knowledge base. Everyone is so friendly to our pets whenever they come in to visit! They even call us the morning after an appointment to make sure our pets are still doing well. Overall, we can’t recommend Pack Animal Care enough. 10/10 experience!

My dog had torn her CCL and they were able to fit us in for a same day appointment. Our entire experience was amazing! From the phone call to the actual vet visit, every staff member was super kind and detailed. Dr. Robinson was very thorough in his exam and explanations of my dog’s injury. En also made my dog feel comfortable and calm when she got her x-rays done. I never felt rushed nor did I ever feel like they were trying to “sell” me something. They genuinely care for animals and you can tell by the way they treat you and your pets. My dogs and I will be coming here for all vet visits from now on because of how happy we were with the treatment and staff. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

This place is seriously AWESOME! Our pup actually loves going to vet because the staff and Dr. Robinson are just amazing. They care about you and your animal. Not only is our puppy part of the pack, but so are our two cats. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and attention the staff has for our animals. Could not recommend this place any more!!

They are awesome as I needed help with obtaining a fax document n the receptionist assisted me with no problem even thou I did not have a pet n if I did I would take it to this location as they have a center piece full of balls n a mini refrigerator filled with water n bowls for you're pet to drink n dont let me forget on how extra clean this place is... God bless them for caring so much amen
