This has happened so many times. My husband drove up to CVS on Goodwin Drive to pick up one medication for him and two for me. I called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy before 12:00 today. They said they would be ready this afternoon. When he got there they had mine but not his.While he was there I received a text saying his was ready for pick up.Not only do they not have their stuff together, they are rude.

I forgot my mediation at our primary residence about 1.5 hours away. The pharmacist verified my prescription via an app and my ID, and gave me single pill. This is a huge deal, as withdrawal is terrible and she really came through for me!

One of the worst CVS I've been to. Numerous times my medication was incorrect. At first I thought maybe my doctor sent over the incorrect amount, however the doctor did not make any mistake, the CVS did. The worst part is that the correct prescription is on the label, they just continued to fill it incorrectly. So I would highly recommend you check your medication before you leave the counter.Recently my significant other had surgery and was perscribed medication to assist with her post surgery pain, sent over at 8am and wasn't ready until 2pm. Ofcourse we found out it wasnt ready after waiting in a line that was almost to the front of the store. You can't even call this CVS to check on the status, they just let the phones ring.Do yourself a favor, and use the wallgreens on the way to Fredericksburg or any other store. This CVS is a joke.

Today was the first time I filled a prescription at the Locust Grove CVS. The pharmacy staff were efficient, thorough, and friendly. After leaving the pharmacy, I wandered around the store. A different staffer asked if I needed help finding anything. Everyone seemed upbeat and happy to be at work. Kudos to Michaela, the assistant manager who was working the register. I imagine she is fostering a good work environment leading to a pleasant customer experience.

The head pharmacist there, JOHN REID, is absolutely hateful and taunts patients about the medications they’re on. He’s a very cold and judgmental person who gives you a difficult time for no reason other than to satisfy his God complex. Zero stars.

Second time at this CVS to get a Covid booster shot for my now 10 year old. Only place in the area that has the vaccine for this age so made the extra long trip out there again. Bad decision. Same thing happened as last year: Made appointment, received 3 separate confirmations of appointment, arrived at store, name was called by the same older gentleman pharmacist behind his desk area. I came up to counter, he never moved nor stood up but loudly stated across the pharmacy that they were out of the vaccine and they would notify us when they received it. Nothing more. No apology. Nothing. Bad enough their system is broken, only made worse by the lack of any customer service.

I have to say this is the most organized, friendly, caring CVS I have been to.Today specifically I went in to get my Flu shot. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was very kind. I never felt the stick. 10 stars 😊😊THANK YOU.The check in was fast easy 😊😊

Jessica was empathetic enough to find a creative way to get the job done with my client. The Pharmacist fell on his face and lacks basic customer-centric skills. So its 5 stars for Jessica, and one star for the Pharmacist. I don't take my business ever to any CVS, but Jessica can work for my company at anytime!

This CVS use to be great when James was the pharmacist, but ever since the did the remodel and got all new staff the service has become abysmal. They forget to fill all the prescriptions or they simply ignore you. I call and was on hold for 25 minutes on hold. I actually drove to the store while on hold, got ignored at the counter while listening to my “one pharmacy call” announcement going off in the background all three pharmacy staff members ignored me and my phone call.This is completely unacceptable business practices. With the explosion of online ordering for medicines and all your other medical needs or the Walmart 3 minutes away, there is no real reason to go to CVS other than CUSTOMER SERVICE which of the store sorely lacks now.

Best experience at this cvs, every time I’m here. Jessica was amazing! She is the nicest pharm tech I’ve ever encountered. I’m highly allergic to certain vaccines- she made sure to monitor me and stay close if I needed anything. She took all the precautions, went above and beyond. Even got my prescription from a different pharmacy transferred over so I could have it in case I needed it today.Thanks Jessica! You guys are awesome.

The only positive they have going for them is James, the store manager, and the older gentleman who works at the register in the pharmacy. The young ladies who work in the pharmacy do not wait on anyone and stare as the line becomes longer. It used to be that even the pharmacist would help out at the register.I am very pleased with the CVS store but the pharmacy lacks customer service.

Not efficient. I went to have a prescription for an Epi-pen filled, they took it and then told me they needed the Dr. to verify why it was medically necessary. Ummm Hello? I have severe allergic reactions! Then when I didn't hear from them to pick up the prescription I went there and the pharmacy aide told me that the Dr. did not respond - that is unlike my physician's office. I called my Dr. and found they did not receive a request from CVS. I then called my Prescription Plan and they did not have any evidence that there was a request or question. I returned to CVS and asked about the status of my order and they again told me they were waiting for the Dr to respond. Then told me that they haven't been able to get Epi-pens for the past three months. Why did they take the prescription in the first place?????? I'm done with CVS in Locust Grove! Walmart filled the prescription without any problems.

Would probably give zero stars if there was an option. The actual store is fine but the pharmacy is a complete mess. I’ve got a auto refill prescription that I get every month, yet this month I go to pick up my prescription and there’s none under my name, it takes them about 10 mins to find it and say “well we just have to fill it so it’ll take about 10-15 mins.” I had my infant son with me and a car full of groceries going bad. Guess I’m going without my medication tonight.

I went in to buy Plan B, and the store associate Heather did an amazing job making the purchase very discreet. I had to walk up with a big clunky security box and she immediately lowered it out of sight and went through the rest of the procedure low-key and in a very respectful manner. I personally did not need it done that way but I noticed it and have extreme respect for her situational awareness. Many people fear that encounter and she made sure to do her best to prevent that.A few years ago I was on a variety of monthly medications and dealt with the pharmacy frequently. They're the best pharmacy I've been to. Their turnover is low, the pharmacist is charismatic and nonjudgemental, and each time insurance screwed me over they did their best to walk me through alternatives.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! I live 5 minutes away so it would be such a blessing if they were even slightly functional. They never ever answer the phone. I was once told my Rx would be ready in an hour, but 5 hours later the status was "still in process". I will gladly drive out of my way to another pharmacy from now on.

All locations are not answering thier phones- store and pharmacy. I live out about 20 min. From most locations. Spent over an hour on three attempts to contact them. Been with CVS 22 years- I will find another pharmacy company.

I'd give it zero stars if available. RX called in before 9 AM; had to get the new CVS on Plank Rd to get the script and finally got meds after 5 PM.Never answer the phone, long, long lines to meds. All I hear is excuses. I will move my CVS store to new one on Plank Road

This CVS is showing its age, badly. It needs a remodel to freshen the look, the carpet is filthy and stained. The workers really do not have the time to clean or keep it tidy and neat when they are constantly checking customers out. The pharmacy is good but I'm finding more items they no longer carry due to the expense. Customers simply don't want to pay it so they stop stocking it. James does a fabulous job in the pharmacy. He tries his darnedest to work with every customer to keep them from having to pay too much for medicines they do need! He is a huge asset to keep me coming back but every prescription I take in, I wonder if I'm wasting my time, i.e. they no longer carry it.

I called the pharmacy wanting to talk about a prescription and the woman was very nasty and rude and also when my husband went in for his prescription she was very nasty and rude to him too I would give them a zero Stars if I could. I refuse to go to this CVS ever again I'm getting my prescriptions switch to Costco.
