While I ordered a breakfast burrito during one of my visits and was unsatisfied with it once I left, I never made a complaint. Instead, I observed Jamie's jaw-dropping efforts to assist an elderly gentleman who was in need. Despite the bustling store environment, Jamie displayed unwavering patience and dedication as she went above and beyond to help the gentleman, acting as a true granddaughter figure to him.On both occasions, Jamie's integrity shone through as she diligently assisted the gentleman, even while his daughter was on the phone in another state, coordinating with her to fulfill his desires. She worked tirelessly to ensure the gentleman's needs were met, displaying a level of compassion and empathy that truly sets her apart.As a grandfather myself, I couldn't help but envision a day where my wife and I might require assistance in our old age, and I couldn't think of anyone better suited for the task than Jamie. Stopped in early this morning with an emergency order for donuts and coffee for an event - 2.5 dz donuts and 2 gallons coffee with the fixings (cups, creamer, etc). I was a bit frazzled! The gentleman helping me couldn’t have been nicer, and another lady on staff came up to offer her expertise on the best donuts. 😊 They had my order together in no time, gave me a discount on the total and threw my personal coffee in for free. Outstanding service and delicious coffee and donuts! I haven’t been here before now but I will be back as a repeat customer, thank you WaWa!!!!

I love wawa coffee, but this parking lot is a death trap. Trucks now park ON richmond road obscuring the view of the entrance/exit and landscaping trailers take up 2/3 of the lot and pumps and park so they block the entire road around the building.Not the staffs fault but management needs to look into a better way of having both trucks and cars safely use their parking lot. Someone is going to get very hurt here.

Usually this Wawa is pretty good, they are busy but they're usually well staffed. Today not only were they not well staffed but they were spending a lot of time complaining about it in front of the customers all you had to do is listen while you're waiting way too long for your food. I added a picture of my buttered roll, yes I did take a bite out of it and it had no butter on the bite. But look at the rest of the roll way it was haphazardly and lazily buttered. I think this accurately reflects the attitude of the staff today behind the sandwich counter. You can all do better. 11/1/2022

They have good food and drinks but I feel like people should have more common sense and not go out on lightfoot road because it’s constantly busy and instead just making a u turn not the far down Richmond road.

I had a good experience here. My food was made to order. The cashier Anna was super friendly and nice, even staying positive with difficult customers in front of me, and also helping me out a 2nd time when I didn't notice the "closed register" sign and wished me a happy holiday. I had a positive experience with all the other workers as well. I would easily recommend this location.

We come here all the time to get food! Subs a lot! The street tacos ARE AMAZING and you totally get your money's worth! I've gotten the pork twice now(many more to come ) and each time it was the same girl. You could tell she enjoyed / cared about the preparation and taste of the food. 🤤🤤#OrDontGoMoreForMe 😎💯 I've never ate a taco without sour cream until tonight.(32yrs) The chipotle sauce was delicious.

Staff has no clue what they are doing when it comes to food orders. There is no communication between the employees handling the food & the ones making the drinks. There are 2 women at the food counter that are extremely rude. Poor cashiers up front have to go get the call in orders & then take it up front to bag it themselves. Doesnt seem sanitary or the food to be traveling all over the store before its bagged. You would think the ones preparing the food would bag it so its not traveling around the store being exposed to people that are in there shopping.Sure hope this place can pull it together sooner than later.

I had one great experience and bragged how their food was better than Chipotle then I reordered this time and it was messy and not up to standard. Seemed like whoever made the order was ready to go home. So I had ordered a rice & bean bowl won't believe no rice or beans were in the bowl just toppings. The Salad I had didn't have the ingredients that were requested. The subs were falling apart. The worst $30+ I have ever spent on a family outting. Highly Disappointing. Refund should apply

The point of sale policy is to rather than decline an insufficient funds transaction to take all of the remaining money and then ask for more which leaves someone who was out of gas stranded for 3 to 5 business days NSF transactions should be declined you shouldn't take all the rest of someone's money and stand there and ask them for some more that is completely ignorant

As I made the realization that I had just lost my wallet, and the terror set in, I realized this WaWa was one of the last places I opened it. I contacted the store and Braidy helped me prove that I had my wallet when I left. That alone immensely helped me cut the search down to a realistic timeframe. I found my wallet 3 minuets later. I would like to Officially thank Phil for not only running a very successful @Wawa location, but for seeing the potential in the real hero, Braidy. Thank you both for hours of lost headaches on my end. 5 stars.

We paid for a sandwich and we almost forget the slip and we walked away from the register and the man at the register didn’t say anything to remind us “hey you are forgetting this.” In fact he had the paper on the side with him but didn’t say anything.

I guess when you order chicken noodle soup , I think the button next to it must be just hot water and some season that tastes like it, little amount of noodles and chicken like I said before just hot flavored water

Everybody was so glad when they built Wawa here you can get anything and everything you need and they have the cheapest prices and the nicest people that work there and it just feels like home when you walk in they're always packed and busy and their milkshakes are the bomb their hamburgers are damn good too

Two times they do not put lettuce in my food and the other time they gave my boyfriend he asked for a hamburger but he had nothing, only mayonnaise and we could not return to claim because we were already late for work.
