Great store. Doesn't have everything I wish it had, but it surprisingly has really good clothes. It can be pricey but if you hit a sale or a clearance rack there are tremendous deals! I'm not a farmer or don't have horses or anything, but there is plenty for the average city folk in here. Good selection of dog food and supplies.

If possible I would have given zero stars. Staff is young and clueless including the one supervisor I dealt with. It required no less than five female employees who all stood around a male trainee drooling and texting to deal with a $20.00 exhange of a belt. Because I had brought the belt in after 30 days they would not let me exchange a clearly defectice product for another identical belt. All five employees and the clueless and rude supervisor all agreed it was defective. To confess I did carry the belt around in my truck for weeks before bringing it in. Unfortunately, TSC just lost a good customer, I had just purchased a $2000.00+ trailer several months earlier plus other items and have shopped there for years. Not again, not ever this is bad business and terrivle customer service! I realize employees are had to get but they are scraping the bottom of the barrel now.

There are some pretty fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful young ladies who work at this particular Tractor Supply! I highly recommend stopping by here instead of hitting the larger department stores when you need something for your yard, animals, home, etc.

Visited the store on 12 September, the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable of the sales going on. I walked in for chicken feed and walked out with a hammock also.

Truck driver..I arrived was only truck there then after i was docked flat bed pulled around front of store and i wated almost an 45 mins in a dock while they unloaded the guy who arrived after me they disnt open door fornme or anything it was one of the most dissresoectful places ive ever delivered to and thats saying alot..maybe you will have better luck provided noone come after you with a flatbed 20 years of driving and never been so ticked great job girls..

I came in this moring ask if the truck came in this moring, I am looking for the can dog food that I ask about Saturday, she said it would be in this moring, the lady I talk to said yes it came in but we won't be able to get it on the shelves in till three or four days, I told her the lady told me that I talk to Saturday said it would be in Monday moring to come by and than, this lady that was helping me today just didn't want to go back and get it off the pilot, she said we have a lot lot of pilots back there you want to go back and check. I said no I was told to come by monday and I would be able to get it,. She said like I said it would be three or four days befor it gets one the shelves., what kind of rude people does Tractor Supply Company have at the Lexington,VA store. You don't treat clusters like that.

The customer service here has been horrible! First I guess it's "what customer service"- you're lucky if you find a person that works there and then when a question is asked, they act as if you're torturing them. Most of the time, about the most they'll do for you is point in the direction of where the product may possibly be. Unfortunately, I have had this experience many times there and avoid going there as much as possible.

I want to give a shout out to the staff at tractor supply who helped with the rescue horse that we had picked up from the kill shelter in NC. We stopped for a couple of essentials to head back to New York and after feeding Ida the horse a couple of treats and some grain Ida developed choke and the staff were right there to help us. Thank for saving her again😉. BTW I was just along for the ride and I know nothing about horses so I'm just writing down the info that they were telling me.

Been coming here for the past 2 years and they have had the same bags of specialty cat food that's been expired since October of 2018, even after it had been pointed out to staff twice over 2 months.
