I have visited a lot of Sheetz locations in many states and this one had the slowest MTO food I've ever experienced! On the bright side, the place was clean (store and restrooms), the fuel pumps worked well and there was fluid in the squeegee wells, but man, eating here is not something that I'd like to experience again unless I had an extra half hour to spare. Hopefully they were just short staffed the day that I visited, as this sort of service is not representative of how Sheetz normally handles MTO food orders.

Very dirty. Toilet stalls are filled with trash. Pump trash cans are overflowing with trash.Wait times for food was long.People are fairly nice though.Met a creepy spider at the pump who promised to stay behind the screen while we pumped gas though! 5 stars for the spider, 3 stars for the gas station.

Working all day and then getting food only for the other half of it to be missing and replaced by an unholy amount of ketchup packets absolutely sucks after you just sit down

Just bought a mto burger everything was correct except the bun was cold not toasted, and burger meat was room temperature not even warm. And it's not like it was 10 minutes later that I opened it and started eating.i walked out and opened it right away. I already knew from my last visit here and the food wasn't good. But I gave this place a second chance because I had a 2 hour road trip. And now I gotta worry about the runs on my drive. Never again from this place.

Worst Sheetz I've ever been to. Place was dirty, and the nasty bathrooms were not cleaned (which is the whole point of going to Sheetz). Trash inside overflowing, and they were not restocking toiletries.Whoever was tasked with keeping the store and restrooms cleaned should be fired.

Over 30 minutes waiting for an MTO Order that was made wrong. Chicken strips tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. Mozzarella sticks weren't cooked thoroughly. Sheetz is my go to stop when travelling, this one is the worst I've ever been to.

I wish I could give zero stars. For the last 3 years it takes no less than 30 minutes each time for me to get a burger and fry. When I get the fries there cold and soggy. Tonight I asked her how long it was gonna be for my order since I was already waiting 25 minutes on a simple burger and fry. It was going to take 45 minutes to get a burger. The customer service is aweful. There rude and ruined my night. I was waiting 30 minutes before I was told there are 4 orders ahead a you. Why does it take 45 minutes to get a burger out? What are they butchering the cow back there? I'm over them being rude, slow and just plain nasty food. That was the worst service I've ever had. I'll never eat here again. To be honest I don't want to spend any money there anymore. It's called FAST FOOD . Why does it take 45 minutes to get a soggy burger with soggy lettuce and soggy fries after 45 minutes. Just avoid the food altogether unless you have an hour to spare because they don't know how to cook FAST FOOD apparently. Overall she was just rude. Just avoid this place altogether

Sheetz breakfast food gave me the sheetz. Decided to try their breakfast burrito and sausage sandwich. The burrito was nice...very cheesy. The sandwich, by the end, I thought I was going to vomit, and had to throw away the rest. For the rest of the day I was visiting the little boy's room every 2 hours on my drive due to the rejection of the food from my body. My son had this same issue with his hamburger. The one star is for the milk shake we bought. Wish I had photos, but didn't realize how my experience would turn out.

Their kitchen food are not great. I bought a quesadilla, a cheesy bacon bomb(4 pieces), and a iced coffee in “Sheetz” can for 17 bucks. 🤯. I only had few bites and few sips. I had a stomachache. I wish I would give below 0 stars.

This place is the "sheet" 🤣In all seriousness, the workers were so polite and helpful. Restrooms were very clean. The FOOD Y'ALL is AWESOME! You usually don't expect much of good food from gas stations, but this place far exceeded my expectations. I just wish we had some in Texas!

Fairly clean, friendly staff. Bathroom had both changing table as well as the seat in the large stall to corral the toddler while I went to the bathroom. Great pit stop.

Clean Store and restrooms with a nice little dining area. The fresh made to order food was amazing first ever coming to a sheetz. I'll be looking for one on our next stop in 4 hours

Stopped for coffee two days in a row while on vacation and both times the creamers were empty except whole milk and a little half and half one day. I informed cashiers but they seemed to not care. My husband and I prefer flavored creamers, especially when paying $2 a cup.

We stopped for gas and a quick bite on a road trip--that was a mistake. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the food, even after asking twice when it would be ready. The only compensation offered was a soda. Absolutely absurd for a place that's supposed to be quick service. We will never go to a Sheetz again.

25 minutes. It took 25 minutes to get one order of mozzarella sticks. They managed to get every single other order out. Even to people who came in after me. I was literally the last person to get my order AFTER 25 MINUTES.

Sorry, gotta tank it on a single visit. Normal Sheetz, clean, busy, friendly...until my son bit in to a ball of lint WITH hair. Unfortunately, we were back on the interstate. I have never encountered this in a Sheetz before, so I'm sure it's a one off, but GROSS! I ate my sandwich at the store since I was driving. It was good and uneventful (I think). Did they drop the bun? Everything behind the counter looked normal, the folks were friendly, I just don't know. Everything else brought it to a 2*. But did I say GROSS! EWWWW!

Been a local customer ever since Sheetz opened. I got a delicious sandwich tonight (1:10am) , used to get burnt subs for awhile but now it is alot better. Even got me a different item off the menu, get a homestyle chicken sandwich it's yummy!

I have to order my food online when I decide to stop before work( if not then I have to wait 30 mins for it). Great place but I have to remind my order is done and behind the counter every time.Wonderful staff but needs better communication between each other.

Over a half hour to get my food. 3 people behind the counter and I’m waiting a half hour. We stopped here for quick in and out food so we can keep driving and this was absolutely unreal

Although I like Sheetz, the day we were here (Sunday mid-afternoon) the floors were very dirty and people waited for their food for 20+ minutes. This is a large store, friendly people, and a large selection with plenty of outdoor seating.

Average/ Good overall store experience and food. Updated review 1/2023 - FLEXFUEL at this Sheetz and many others about the only place that has it. If your vehicle can use it it's usually 30 cent per gallon or so cheaper and higher octane. Supposed to save money and get better performance for my Ford F150 Coyote 5.0 V8. FLEXFUEL I love it thanks Sheetz. Can't get it anywhere near me in SC. +1 review star for FLEXFUEL.

The last 4 frozen lattes I’ve gotten here haven’t tasted right. I complained about the third one, even paid for extra espresso and they wanted to argue that it was correct. Espresso isn’t suppose to be almost white. Guess reading directions isn’t their strong suit
