We have used Lexington Co-Op for years for hog pellets, but had to switch to Augusta due to the amount of feed we needed. WE MISS T.J.!! He's the best delivery driver and such a great guy. Ken and Cindy Gilbert, Amherst VA.

I've finally given up. After 8+ years of putting up with their general disorganization, lack of communication and apparently inept service, I just exploded and decided to go elsewhere. From the large tractor that they couldn't put back together correctly after service, to the rewelding on another tractor that lasted for literally 5 minutes of use ("nothing we can do about it"), to the equipment they didn't know how to repair, to forgotten or incorrect parts orders, to inappropriate charges and ridiculously long delays in repairs, these people just can't cut it. Perfectly pleasant folks to buy new equipment from only if you'll never need repairs or maintenance.Today they refused to do the State inspection on my car because these mechanical geniuses couldn't even figure out how to start it, much less drive it. Really pathetic. Inspection took 12-15 minutes at the next inspection station----no confusion whatsoever.Their inability to do their job is always blamed on the customer----sort of like "you expected us to do it right? You must be unreasonable." Do yourself a favor and do business with folks who really value your business and know how to do their jobs.[UPDATE: Was still buying offroad diesel from them in order to save on taxes. All 3 of my tractors have lately needed fuel line repairs, and the 2 dealers say the problem was bad diesel fuel. I've never bought diesel fuel from any place other than the co- op. Is there anything they do right?]

Fabulous service! Austin takes amazing care of my vehicles and lawn equipment. Even when there was a small issue with my propane, Austin jumped in and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend using the Co Op every time.

Terrible fuel delivery service. Driver was unable to perform leak check after being told there had been issues with the regulator on house. Said he did not have his meter or equipment to perform leak test but continued to fill tank at landlords request. The service all together was against state regulations and there own protocals. Dangerous driver and company.

One of the more disorganized businesses I have dealt with. I placed an order for propane ahead of dangerously cold weather, only to have no one call, and no one show on the fuel delivery. Turns out, I was told, COD was fine because the co-op doesn’t take payment over the phone due to “fees.” COD apparently wasn’t fine either, but no one bothered to communicate as much to me, and Rockbridge thought the right thing to do was simply not show up. My family and I were just literally left in the cold wondering what happened to our fuel supplier who was “on the way.” Spare yourself the trouble- deal with a real business.

Also they seem to have 7I took in my push mower to be serviced I needed a acceleration cable and I needed a self Propel cable I also asked that they check the spark plug and see if the blade needed sharpened and just an overall service I ended up paying $109 and brought it home and it did not self propel and after I took it back now they're telling me it may need a belt I understand when things break and go bad one is a time but it was working fine as far as the belt went when I took it to them they also did not call and tell me what was wrong the second time that I sent it back no one seems to know what the other is doing in the shop it took me four days just to talk to someone after I dropped it off the first time I told him on the phone not to do any more work I would do it myself after I retrieved it I still $109 is more than enough to service a small push mower.
