Spilled oil all over the engine bay. Started driving after 10 minutes and had to pull over from the smell of burning oil in the cabin. Isn’t afraid to cut corners if using a funnel is too difficult. Lazy and would not recommend them to anyone.

How my experience went:Went in, ask for an oil change, took my keys, did the service and check all necessary items for a road trip and I was out in 20 minutes and a very reasonable price point! Great guys, good work. I took my car there after I took it several places (including the Dealer) and they took the time to fix the problem all the way instead of what they saw was the main issue. They looked beyond the main issue and fixed what was causing the main issue to occur multiple times. Something the dealer didn't do. I also get my oil changed there, they will take you to work and bring the car back to you at no extra charge. Great Guys. Great Service.

I was in Lexington, visiting a family member when my van started missing and the engine light came on. When I stopped by, I was nervous about a high cost and difficulty getting an appointment as it was almost closing time. However, I was treated with true southern hospitality, charged a very low, reasonable fee, and was back on the road within about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

I was able to drop off my Jeep and pick it up later. That worked for my schedule. They also have immediate service bays as well. The service was thorough and the people were very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had our oil changed here, kind of. We were passing through in our camper van and needed a service. Initially we were happily surprised at how quick and inexpensive it was, but the invoice appeared to be what we had asked them to do. After we left the oil overfill light came on(which as been a recurring thing, it's a little finicky about the oil level) and we stopped at a Valvoline at the next town over to have some taken out. They could hardly suction any oil out with their machine because of how thick the oil was and it was waaayy too dark to have just been changed. THE MECHANIC DIDN'T ACTUALLY CHANGE THE OIL. They might have drained some and topped it off but there's no way fresh oil could turn tar black after 50 miles. Valvoline fully changed the oil for us and made sure we were taken care of. I usually like to support small businesses but if the locals think they can take advantage of passers-through it's not worth it.

I was on a road trip with my dog and needed an oil change. I stopped here because it was the closest. The guys offered me some water for my dog and then got right on it. They confirmed with me what kind of oil I wanted because the kind I had before would've been more expensive. They saved me some money and sent me on my way. Can't thank you guys enough!
