I was looking for a specific item that I saw on the website, but wasn't on the shelves,then a polite female employee approached me asking if I was finding what I was looking for, I said no,so she went out of her way and looked all around the store until she found it and brought it to the the front check out counter and even carried it out to my Jeep Wrangler for me. I'm giving a huge thank you to Sommer 😁👍! Give this lady a raise 🤑🤟👍!

Every time I have gone to Harbor Freight they are rude AF. They are not child friendly, we do not feel welcome. I don't like it in there, and I do not like to go there.

Always like coming to these stores ut the 1 thing that prevents me from giving them a better rating is the fact 90% of their tools are made in China or Taiwan. Hardly anything they offer is made in America. The store is well stocked and always clean.

Very helpful staff. Store is clean, organized well, with bright lighting. I live halfway between this store and the one in Roanoke. The Roanoke store is the opposite of this store, filthy, unorganized chaos. This was my first trip to the Lexington store, but I'll be using this one all the time now.

Some of the store personnel don't know what they are doing, some cashier's will not scan coupon from online or the book. The store is nice, some employee's need more training.
