Not the cleanest store, sometimes rude employees, outrageous prices, and NO OPEN DRESSING ROOMS. It is so difficult to search for clothes when you can’t try them on. If they offered full returns I would just try them on at home if needed and return but they only allow store credit refunds. They are greedy, not a charity. They certainly do not care about local community.

Absolutely the worst Goodwill in the area. I haven’t been in around a year because of this location’s outrageous pricing, but decided to stop in today to waste some time. Here’s some great examples I saw today: an ancient tv for $50 (picture included- thing is literally vintage), a $75 couch, bowls separated from their set for $4 ea, chairs and tables running around $25/ea?? With these prices I happily drive 40 minutes north or south to shop instead of giving my business locally. Never going in here again.

Nice clean store Very organized and neat however the cashier was not only rude but actually rolled her eyes when I asked “How’s your day “? Obviously she wasn’t very cordial. I won’t be back. I don’t tolerate rude behavior. I have enough of my own stresses to contend with and I will not tolerate others that so freely take out their frustration on others.

I have a ton of toys, clothes, shoes, and books that I would like to donate. I considered bringing my items to the local Goodwill thinking that they would find a home with other boys in the area.After reading other reviews and hearing what people in the community have said about this goodwill, I will happily drive my items to the Salvation Army. Goodwill is supposed to be donated items sold at a lower cost for people in need. Price gouging is disgusting especially with the current state of our economy. I see the replies back that $0.89 goes to local businesses or whatever, but who cares when you charge outrageous prices. Sorry Goodwill, maybe you should stop being greedy and lower your prices!

Not to friendly regarding my question about military/veteran discount. Heads up, this is a profit run business NOT a charity. Hey don't seem to want to correct this misconception.There maybe a charity you want to give to that are purpose built to directly help the needier.

I have been in A LOT of Goodwills! I have worked in two of them and THIS is the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time!I am now a manager of a thrift store that prides itself on being more of a boutique and since then I’ve become a ‘snob’ on Goodwills. Can’t help it but honestly this store impressed me with its cleanliness and employees.Jennifer was very nice and customer service oriented. I’d hire her in a heartbeat.

I don't know what happened to Goodwill? I thought it was supposed to be for people that don't have much money and struggling not having the money to go elsewhere and need help or assistance with appliances, clothing, etc... This Goodwill and every other Goodwill I've been to in the last few years are extremely overpriced and definitely not for low income families anymore as you can go to Walmart and buy a brand new pair of jeans for the same price they're selling used ones for at Goodwill! For example, I went to buy seven used ice trays off the shelf at Goodwill and it rang up $9 and something! We're talking about used ice trays here why in the heck would they be that expensive other than to gouge people for money. I do not recommend this Goodwill or any and in my opinion and in my life I will never ever donate to Goodwill again and all my donations will go to Salvation Army! They're not a money hungry corporation and actually help people in need that can't afford to shop elsewhere. Each is own but be my guest if you want to pay more for used items when you can buy the same thing brand new at many locations for the same price or cheaper. It's a shame, it really is!

I love goodwill - a lot of the staff here are very friendly. I can find some good things (however they are usually very over priced) which makes no sense as they are given to the store for free as it is. I have noticed several times there is some sketchy shiz going on here. Tonight was a prime example. One extremely rude employee had a cart very few items she was putting out on the shelves in the housewares section, my boyfriend spotted an item in the cart & was super excited, as it was something he has wanted for a while. He very kindly went to get it out (she wasn't even near the cart or seemed to be shelving at glacier speed) & she barked back at him "you can't touch that until I put it on the shelf"she then hurried away back to us in a furry. He replied kindly that is was no problem. We stayed very close, to the point of following her -waiting for her to put the item out. She left it in the cart (clearly in spite) until the very last second- she turned a corner and handed it to some other man she seemed to know!! He went in a flash to buy it so quickly we hardly could process the sketchy exchange that took place. Then a few moments later a very nice older man asked her how much something was, she replied in an extremely condescending manner that it was "the same as all the others!!" she may as well called him an idiot and spat in his face. I understand people having a bad day but come on, show a little humanity. (Also people from the local antique stores stake out in the store for all the best items on a consistent basis so get it if- and while you can!)

My hometown goodwill store is a good one. The selection and size of store is small compared to other goodwill stores. However they price right and keep the inventory moving which is how all goodwill stores need to operate. Staff has always been excellent and helpful if needed. Other goodwill locations can take a lesson from the management of this store.

The place is neat. The staff is friendly. The best time to get clothes is at the beginning of the summer when nearby students are leaving.

The pricing is too high and store manager Janet is very picky about who she hires(which goes against the foundation of Goodwill)she promised a call to let me know one way or the other about employment and just blew me off when i was pretty much begging to be hired.She bragged durkng my interview about being a million dollar store.My overall opinion is they discriminate and are out to make the all mighty $.

This Goodwill used to have an good deals selection and lower prices than a lot of other Goodwill locations. The staff there is also extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I feel like like this and other local Goodwill's have really lost their focus.

I purchased a product and got it home found out it was broken. Took my receipt in the next day with product, and was refuse a refund or even an exchange. Lady was very rude.

This is the most organized and cleanly Goodwills I have ever been to. And I'm a frequent visitor. Stopped by on our way through from Richmond. We have about 7 stores in our area, none compare. Good Job!!!

There is a great selection here, but the prices are crazy. I looked up half a dozen things and the prices were only 5-10℅ below retail. I would rather pay the higher price and get brand new. I think they've forgotten why we buy second hand. Edit:. I'm 40 miles down the hwy at another Goodwill. They have a bunch of the same new stuff at the same high prices. An employee confirmed that the Co. is buying new stuff in bulk and this store, at least, has lost a lot of regular customers because of it.

This is a look forward to going kind of place. The place is totally clean, the PRgor the most part is awesome! The prices are great! Im not sure why the other Goid will stores feel that they HAVE to get at least a dollar for every item in the store and that 29 cent or 49, 79 cent is going to break the store. These are used item that are donated. Lighten up. I'm not paying $1 for rack item I grab unless its worth it, but......$1.99 for a doll or a smallmoteboik that has been used and pages tornout for $1 or $2 is ridiculous. One of my favorites in the Lexington Good Will, is the $1 T-shirt bin! ALOT of awesome t-shirts that are brand new are worth that deal .

Great place for unique finds. I bought a raw silk dress in perfect condition for about $8.00. Chico's shorts for under $5.00.

My girlfriend and I shop Goodwill stores frequently, and of course we search various sections within each store. We both peruse the clothing, she more than me, and I would say based on what we purchased that the clothing is a bit above average. Pictures, CDs, and DVDs were scarce, but these are items that are "going away" in our modern society. Furniture was scarce as well. We didn't have much time to search anything else, but I would say it was an average experience overall. Prices seemed a bit high on some items, but most follow a standard Goodwill pricing scheme.

Donated items are over priced some being sold at retail even though donated for free. This is supposed to be a place for lower income communities to have a chance to buy goods they are not able to buy due to having a lower income than the norm. This business originally was not made to be where only the wealthiest of those can buy. Very disappointed that those folks that come in for second hand clothes turn around and walk out because they cannot afford the new prices raised because the shirt or jeans are a name brand..It would be nice if the CEO or COO would realize the people they are serving with "goodwill" are poor. I even see local store owners and flea market guys waiting at the front door knowing that the prices are high enough that someone poor could never have the money to pay for something they "needed" not to resale in another store. Just unfair all around...

As a renter I needed dishware and furniture. I bought a couch, comfy chair, and enough dishware for 6 people for a total of 13 dollars. Gotta live it, but the store could use a little TLC.

Store is clean. Bathroom is regularly out of order. Worth a stop if you like to thrift and you're in the area. You never know what gem is awaiting you.
