The best pet store in all of Northern Virginia! They have awesome products but more importantly the staff is fantastic. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, and they always give lots of love (and treats!) to our pups. Plus they know a lot about their products so if you need a recommendation they can provide it no problem. They also make some very fun events like Harry Potter Day for the dogs (photo attached) where they get "selected" for their Hogwarts house.They also can make a cake for your dog, we got a fantastic one for one of our dog's gotcha day!

If you have pet go visit Wiggle butts. Cindy, the owner, is knowledgeable and dedicated to the wellbeing of pets she's never even met. She is one of the most kind hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend checking out their bakery and all the fun treats they have. Spoiled yourself and your pet and go!

I never thought in a million years I would be consistently driving from Fairfax to Leesburg because of my dog! My husband and I are OVERWHELMED by the customer service and knowledge of pet health and nutrition of the owner and their employees. They go above and beyond for finding food and treats for my pup who has a poultry allergy and regularly call us when our favorites come in with the deliveries. They made our dog’s birthday cake this year and if I thought they could get any better they exceeded all expectations with their cake. They have a loyal customer for life! We love Wiggle Butt & Whiskers!

There is a reason why this place is rated close to 5 stars for the reviews they have. Superb experience for everyone - our family, pooch and the customers visiting the store. People at the store love pets and their demeanor/attitude truly demonstrates that. My spouse took our pooch for grooming - made us feel so comfortable as if they knew us for years. Treated everyone with empathy, friendliness and professionalism - what else do you expect from any service provider - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - they will get our repeat business.

I was desperate to bathe my muddy dog after camping and I was able to get to Wiggle Butt & Whiskers before they closed. The staff was so friendly and helpful as I was a first time visitor and they answered every question I had. The bath tub corner is great with a raised tub, apron for you, different types of shampoo, dryer, and towels. They’re a little out of the way for me but I may still make the trip from Reston because it was such a good experience.

WOW. I just need my puppy's hair trimmed around her face and eyes. They offer a bath & tidy, so I called to see if they could either just trim her eye fur because I already bathed her and did the rest or to inquire about pricing for the bath & tidy if I had to do that full service. She is an 8 pound puppy and they wanted between $100-$125 for just a bath and tidy! I expect that for a full groom. What an embarrassing phone call.

This is such an amazing store! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a super cute self serve wash $15 in the back of the store. Their quality dog food both dry and freezer types are the reason we shop here.

the owner was lovely in helping fix the issue with a refund, however for the specific groomer, Michele-I cannot say the same. She was given a photo reference, vocal direction, and my mom emphasized anxiety over the exact cut that he ended up with. It makes my puppy look like a choppy old man. I cannot speak for the other groomers, as I have heard good things. But as far as this specific person goes, if you have the same fear with getting your doodle groomed, I think the photos show.

This is my go to for food and treats! Cindy is just a really great person and is so knowledgeable. I feel welcome each time I am in the shop and they always have all sorts of great treats for our big chewer of a dog. Just an all around great experience and a great example of shopping locally!

Absolutely a great business! Remember when your kids were small and they knew when you pulled into a parking lot of a place they love and would get excited? Well that’s how my pups act when we get there. I had the pleasure a few months ago of meeting the owners one day with their dogs while we were at the vets office and my dog that was with me was excited to see them.I love supporting local businesses you don’t get the personal touch with major retail chains like you do here.

We love Wiggle buts and whiskers!! Jessi has been our groomer for over 15 years!! We have followed her throughout her career wherever she goes our pets go!! Watching this business blossom has been a great blessing!! They treat every pet with compassion and professionalism! They will not judge by the condition of the pet when it's brought in they just do what is needed to give your pet the best of care! Curtious and knowledgeable staff! We are definitely customers for life! I would also like everyone to realize how incredibly hard being a groomer is! This career is not for the weak that's for sure! We have much respect for the folks that work hard to provide excellent care not only to our pets but all pets that come into their care! You guys truly are ROCK STARS!!

My dog and love this store and all the employees that work there. They are always kind and helpful to all their customers. They are fantastic whether I ask for my receipt or need to ask a million questions about a product. The groomers are fantastic at doing nail trims for my shiba, who are notoriously bad about grooming. When he's having a bad day and needs to be kept separate from other dogs, the staff is fantastic at helping me give him space and keeping his attention off the other dogs.

Her professional experience along with her love for animals makes her the most qualified to treat her customers the way they deserve. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. We own two giant breed dogs who are both difficult to groom. The groomers have been patient and caring working with them and have always done an excellent job. We appreciate the kindness our treasured dogs experience and the thorough and thoughtful work the groomers perform. They love the home made treats, too! This is not a pet business, it is a pet environment filled with love.

My fur baby loves coming into the store! Every time we walk by, she just sits at the door and waits for us to go in and won't move until we do. The owner and staff are always super friendly and welcoming! They always ask if it's okay to give a treat and if there are any allergies - they care about you and your pets.

You all are our favorite dog store in the area and my dog and I have always loved visiting there. Even my mom's dog, who tends to be fearful of strangers comes in wiggling and excited for all the treats your staff gives him. You guys made an amazing cake for my dog's birthday and I could tell the person who made it was genuinely excited to make it and loved her job.

I always love going to Wiggle Butts, and so does my dog Igor. When we first moved to the area, my dog was actually quite scared of new places. He went in this store and the staff and owner got down on the floor with him and took the time with him to make him comfortable with being there. He even knocked over a display and they treated it like it wasn't a big deal. They made Igor feel safe, and that made it easy to shop there.When he was off his food the owner herself came out and helped me find some options to help get him back on track and healthy again. He always gets a fresh baked cookie when he visits, and a cuddle from the staff.Now, if I say to Igor, "Hey wanna go to Wiggle Butts?" He jumps up and starts wiggling towards the door. He loves going to see the staff and get a new treat. This small store is way better than the big box stores we have in the area.

We have been going to WBAW before they change names. And we have been going strong still. We love you guys the way you treat our dog with so much love. You have done her nails for us and spoil her with treats. I can't help but walk in and walk out with 5 bags of treats Zelda loves the fish skins. You have gone out of your way to order her favorites and call me when they come in. You need more than 5 stars you guys are Amazing. I’ve been taking my puppy here since the day I got him, and the staff are always kind and friendly- to him and to me! It’s by far my favorite pet store and I love taking my dog in, whether it’s for a bath or just to say hi and get a treat or two.
