I’ve been a customer at this store for 7 years and have no complaints. I’ve seen the pharmacy staff address difficult customers very professionally. Their customer service reps are always super friendly and helpful. I also love the diversity of the staff and how they interact with ALL customers.

I hate this pharmacy. Hate is not a strong enough of a word. I finally left when they failed to reconstitute my daughter’s liquid antibiotic (after many egregious mistakes before this). Thank the Lord I figured it out before I overdosed her. I called corporate. When I went back to the pharmacy a few days later to pick a an rx that was on auto fill and before I could transfer pharmacies, the account must’ve been flagged bc the pharmacist apologized and quickly said “I wasn’t working”. Uh ok. Like that makes what happened any better. No accountability. How about this will never happen again. We’ve put protocols in place to prevent this. Or so and so has been given further training to prevent this from happening again? Nope. Nada. So I left and took my RX to Wegman’s. Talk about stellar customer service. They’re on top of their game. Fast forward to today. Wegman’s can’t fill an RX because of a manufacturing shortage. So I called the dreaded Walgreens bc it’s a block from my house. I ask the pharmacist who answers the ph if they have the RX in stock. She says no. I asked if she could order it? She was annoyed and said “I’ll have to place you on hold while I look it up in the computer” I said ok Thank You. So she places me on hold and a few mins later the phone starts ringing for about a minute. Then hangs up on me. She didn’t want to help me. She did that on purpose. What pharmacy has it as standard practice to hang up on someone on hold? Shame on me for even trying when I loath this pharmacy so much. They’re incompetent and dangerous. I’ll drive 15mins out of my way and sick rather than use them. I don’t believe the positive reviews. They’re most likely fake or from the very few who’ve never had a problem or don’t use the pharmacy often. Believe the 1 star reviews.

Unfortunately their pharmacy steered me in the direction to pay for the brand vs generic version of my medication (more expensive). Then was unable to email me a receipt to submit a claim to get my money back, forcing me to come in person to pick up the receipt. Switching pharmacies.

This pharmacy needs help. I went in for an appointment for a shot and there was a couple in front of me that had been waiting for an hour past their appointment time. While I was there the line to the pharmacy continued to grow and this was not a weekend. I ended up leaving without my shot.

Systemic incompetence. We've been going here for a couple years now because it's our closest pharmacy but every single time we come home we swear we'll find a new pharmacy. It's so appropriate that Walgreens logo looks like a red ribbon because you'll feel like you're wrapped up in red tape. On many occasions they've refused to give my wife her prescriptions because they insisted on talking to the doctor and it was a Sunday so they couldn't get ahold of him. This regularly throws off her schedule.Today, I needed some Claritin D because my allergies were particularly bad and the pharmacist said they wouldn't give it to me through the drive through and I had to come inside to the pharmacy counter. As they were getting the prescription I was there for, they handed me off to someone else. I asked the new person if it was a 'tonight' thing or a new policy and all I got back was incomprehensible mumble and a blank stare.These pharmacists must have be the ones interested in making money that don't care at all about their customers. Don't ever go here.Update (2021-10-19): We finally got around to changing pharmacies... turns out, the doctors that called in these prescriptions hate working with Walgreens too.

Scheduled a 2:30 covid booster appt and by 2:55, still had not even been given the paperwork I needed to fill out in order to get the vax. Ended up leaving because we had another appointment to keep shortly thereafter. Don't really understand the point of having an appointment system if you can't even attempt to stick to it.

I have had many errors from these folks. They do not check ANYTHING. It's impossible to get a medication which is uncommon or out of the ordinary until they order it. That takes from 24 to 72 hours or more - - Heaven forbid you're sick. They will not stock a medication even if you get it consistently. The only reason they get 2 stars is that they have corrected errors--eventually.We do a lot of business there. For now.

Bob & Hana shout out for your personal touch. I understand how hard it can be when your short staffed but knowing you still care about the small details makes me have some faith in humanity. Sincerely the girl who was very sick that you hopefully healed. Haven't even left the parking lot but just needed to say. 5 star to you both .

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Walked in looking for an item and had a question about it and when asked for help, associate said “What” in a very rude tone and was very dismissive. Apparent manager was the same. Don’t recommend going here for pharmacy needs OR anything else based on other reviews.

Called four times and each time my calls were directed to someone who picks up the phone and then hangs up. Tried different departments because it would state no one is available there so it would be directed to the same employee who doesn’t want to answer calls and just hangs up.

Do not EVER use this pharmacy. The pharmacists do not check the prescriptions before the hand them over. I got shorted 10 days of medication that I cannot get replaced by law and now will end up sick because of their negligence.

Pharmacy meds too expensive. To get mine filled was $70 at Walgreens and $16 at Walmart. Walgreens in Leesburg also has terrible service. Stay away

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACIST! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR MEDICINE THAT IS COVERED UNDER YOUR INSURANCE. My Insurance Company reported them for Fraud, Waste and Abuse !
