The lady who works there is so warm and welcoming, always greeting customers with a bright smile. However, the pharmacy itself unfortunately lacks organization. During my recent visit at 4pm, I was informed that my new prescription would be ready for pickup between 8-8:30pm. Although I didn't mind the wait, I provided all necessary information and appreciated the follow-up call. Disappointingly, upon returning the next day, I was informed by a nurse that my prescription had not been filled nor processed into the system, as it was deemed invalid. This was confusing, as I had been told it was ready for pickup despite not being registered.

I drove from Ashburn Va to this location as it said vaccines were available. Front employees were courteous and assistant at Pharmacy. I found the Pharmacist to be very short in his responses and given there were no other customers was surprised. His explanations were terse and not pleasant as our local Walgreens in Ashburn.

I can't believe how rude the pharmacist was to my Dr who called them with me on the phone. He interrupted him saying "what do you want." Dr said I'm trying to explain what I want. He put us back on hold. We had the prescription called into Costco instead. This used to be the best store when it was Rite Aid.

I’m so frustrated! I sent my husband in to pick up my tilepix. They were having a 75% off sale and this location was the only one showing them in stock. At pick up, my husband asked multiple times if my order was complete after he was only handed a small envelope. He was expecting 6 boxes.Once he was home, I confirmed the error. I called the store and have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. They were adamant that I had been called to tell me that my order was incomplete. But, there is no record on my end of the call. I did, however, receive a text confirming my completed order. Next time, they should use a post-it and mark incomplete orders. I have filed a complaint with corporate Walgreens, and I am awaiting a response.

Would give zero stars if I could. This location just needs to be closed down. The store manager and pharmacist admitted to me yesterday that the district manager said it was ok for them to not answer the phones at all- store or pharmacy. I called from the parking lot and inside the store and saw them both ignore the calls (and by the way, what’s up with the hold music for the store manager line?They are not currently filling scripts unless you physically come down to the store. So if you need your meds, get down there! There’s gonna be a lawsuit here from someone who didn’t get their medication in time...

They are so understaffed that Walgreens should be ashamed. The pharmacist was the only one at the pharmacy trying to fill prescriptions, and administer vaccinations. There have been at least 5 ppl waiting in line the entire time I have been waiting an hour after my appointment time to get a vaccine. I made a mistake choosing this location.

Hope you don't need anything urgently... Been waiting in line to pick up meds for over an hour, to be fair there were like 4 people ahead of meUpdate: took the pharmacist an hour to tell me they didn't have my prescription in stock and try to send me to Sterling. I'd recommend just having your doctor call it in to someone else.

The worst Walgreens ever is right here in our Leesburg. This pharmacy keeps our medication bags all over the floor and the Pharmacist Reza is one nasty piece of work. Gives me 22 pills instead of the called for 90. Tells me he doesn't know how to change the computer. I let their corporate office know but they seem unconcerned.

1 and a half hour wait to get my vaccine shot - and still haven’t been called back to the room yet - and I had an appointment. Sense of urgency and customer support - negative. Awwwwfffuuuullllll.

Avoid this pharmacy! Scary!The pharmacist gave me the run around and let’s me know 7 hours later. If he doesn’t know the rules on meds I am sure chances are good he’ll screw up your medication, also.

Pharmacy has been seriously under staffed recently. It 4 days to get my prescription reflled. Pharmacist was really nice, but she was all by herself.

I went to the pharmacy on Sunday, Sep 11, needed some OTC which I couldn’t find by myself. The pharmacist was standing at the consultation window playing with her phone. As soon as I got there she turned her back on me & left the window. I stayed there for 15 minutes but she never came back & helped me.I’m not going there again!

Had a prescription sent here last night that wasn't ready by the 15 hour mark. I tried to speak with someone and ended up on hold for 2 hours. Gave up, called the doctor who also couldn't get through to them, and eventually sent my script somewhere else.

Ever since this pandemic and having to have my meds called in I have had zero issues. Thank you to the staff at the pharmacy. Always on time with my meds. Thank you again and to the guy with the beard younger heavier set, your attitude has greatly changed for the better thanks for all you do

Worst pharmacy service I’ve ever experienced, countless times I’ve been told my script was ready but show up and it’s not, I get partial refills but pay full price, am told the rest will be free of charge but get hassled to pay again. I’m pretty sure they are doing borderline illegal practices there, do NOT recommend.

Dramatic drop in customer service lately. Outrageous waits times with poorly thought-out unnecessary time-wasting announcements, tasteless "music", etc. Onviously poorly managed. After many years, I'm looking elsewhere.

We went to the drive thru with a friend and the guy who helps us it was really rude with us . Bad customer service. He let me by myself if they don’t have time for customers they can send us to another pharmacy 😖
