Make sure to check Best Buy dates here, I made the mistake of not looking spent 45 on a UNImilk bag that expired 3 mo prior, it expired in sept and was bought on December 20 the day I brought a puppy home. She got a sick tummy from it but didn’t think too much of it since some dogs don’t like. Looking at the bag now I see why. Ended up trashing it obliviously . Shame a store does not check and keep up with their stock.

Manager is very nice..employes at the registers are rude...You say hi and have a nice day amd the totally ignore you..they need some etiquette training..I deal with the public everyday and yes we have some bad days ..but this is everytime I go on that store.. very disappointing!

This store used to be terrible about keeping shelves stocked, especially Birdseed; but recent months have been a total change! Staff is friendly and the store shelves are always well-stocked.

I bought a massive chicken coop from tractor supply and had an issue with delivery. The Leesburg store was super helpful and made accommodations wonderfully to help us get our coop home. I cannot say enough good thing about this team. Jeff, James, Tim, and the awesome lady whose name I didn’t catch, THANK YOU! It’s so refreshing to see good customer service these days. We are incredibly grateful for all your help.

Healthiest flock of birds ever!! I just want to make it clear, this Tractor Supply sells HEALTHY birds! Over the past 2 years I have purchased probably around 150 chicks. I have only had 3 die. One wasn't doing well to start with and they replaced it. The other 2 were bantam's and they are fragile little things. They can't police who they sell them to, and if there are people leaving them nasty reviews because they don't take care of their chicks, that's NOT TSC's problem. The staff is incredible, especially with my kids, kind, smiling, helpful. Feels like family whenever we go in. I don't remember everyone's name to mention them, I will have to write them down. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. 5 stars from me.

This particular Tractor Store fits me because the staff is friendly, polite and easy going. When I come into this store I always receive top notch customer service. Granted they are on the smaller scale compared to other TSC stores but the staff definitely tries to work with what they have. If I could give more stars I would but 5 is only allowed. Thanks for the great service!!

After standing in line to pick up an online order when it was my turn, I was told by Jaz the manager, that I would need to wait at the counter until she had serviced the other customers!! I was a customer, who was next line!!

I never write reviews. However, “Mike” at this store was really horrible (knowledge and attitude), and I don’t want him talking down to anyone else (female or male). Especially when he admitted that he didn’t know about wheelbarrow wheels yet made no effort to find someone who did.The lady at checkout was very nice and helpful when I asked her my question. She said I should ask “Mike.” But Mike appeared to be too busy talking to someone (not a customer) on his speaker phone to answer her right away. When he decided to hang up, he clearly didn’t want to go to the entrance of the store to see the 2 different kinds of wheelbarrow wheels (about 20 feet away) because he “wasn’t a technician.” He made no movement towards the wheels until I did. All I needed was an opinion about which wheel I probably needed. The best info I had was a photo because I left the house without the wheel. When we got to the wheels, he told me he didn’t know which one I needed. Then he decided, based on what I thought could have been insightful info, that I should choose one over the other. He then qualified that he wasn’t sure. At this point, I would have been fine. However, as he walked away he muttered “you should have brought the wheel in, not a picture.” Really? Great way to end a conversation with a customer. Such a complicated question too! Won’t go here again anytime soon.

We ordered and paid for food grade buckets with lids online. We received an email that the order was ready for pickup after a couple of hours. We drove 30 minutes to the store, where we were informed that the lids were unavailable. They could have and should have informed us in their email that a portion of the order could not be fulfilled, but we drove for a hour to get buckets that are useless to us without the lids. Poor service.

First visit today! I came in to get hay for my guinea pigs, and I like the prices. But Josh made the experience even more enjoyable! He was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. If you could ever say that returning to a store was because of the customer service, this would be a perfect example.

Today I went to buy horse feed, I bought the same feed at Marshall's tractor supply at a different price, I took my receipt and asked for a matching price and the person at the register told me something ridiculous, that she could only make me a matching price if the receipt was from the same day, it is illogical that she denied me for that reason, my receipt was 8 days old

I walked into this store and almost immediately Pamela was at the ready to help! I'm not the most handy person, so it was great to have her answer all my questions, provide some tips for the project I was working on, and help me locate everything I needed. Her and the rest of the staff were all smiles and I loved the personable, family-feel atmosphere they got going on there. Y'all rock - thank you!

I go here for all my chicken supplies, and they are great. Compared to many rural supply stores, I feel like Leesburg TSC puts extra effort into taking care of the chicks and ducklings which I appreciate in addition to having everything else in good supply

There's only one reason I go to a Tractor Supply store, and that's for the 4Health brand of cat food. It's gluten-free, available in large quantities, and much cheaper than other brands of comparable quality. The prices have risen over the years, but still affordable enough for now. You do get the occasional coupon if you're a Rewards member, and it's good for pet food and supplies, too.This store generally has what I need, and if something isn't in stock, I can purchase it online and pick it up at a different store, which is very convenient. And if it's something I can wait for, shipping is free over a certain dollar amount.One big criticism I have, that never seems to effect any change, is that the bathroom in this particular store needs upgrades and or replacements. The stall doors don't always open properly, the vent fan sounds like it's going to come out of the ceiling, and quite often the paper towel and toilet dispensers are broken. When you report these deficiencies to store staff, it's a really long time before the issues are corrected, if at all. This is not on par with other Tractor Supply stores in the area, which seem to be larger, cleaner, and better staffed.

First time at this Tractor Supply. Called in to order stall mats (sold out everywhere else) and the team there was super helpful, knowledgeable and fair. Jim was great! He helped me over the phone and when we arrived he was very friendly and helped us load our stall mats into our car. Will be back and highly recommend this Tractor Supply

Great store Mike was very helpful going out of his way to assist customers with there items if he sees someone struggling with a heavy bag of feed he will stop what he is doing and rush to assist them he will even cary it right to the cash register and load it right to there vehicle and would never accept any tips he just says come back and see us again.thank you guys for being super friendly.

Pamela and the rest of the staff there were absolutely amazing. My mother's well pump went out leaving her with no water. It's just my mom as my dad passed last summer. They did everything they could to make sure my mom could afford to put water back in her house. Their really are angels that walk among us on earth. We found several today. They will continue to get our business as well as our prayers and gratitude

The service is somewhat mixed (they are understaffed sometimes), but it is a really cool store. If you want something that a farmer might use, durable and at a good price, or flea control that really works, go here. It is also an interesting store to just walk around in to see what is available different from what you see at wal-mart.

First experience. Called for some oil.The girl on the phone was very nice. Went to check if they had it, asked if I wanted them to hold it at the desk. When I got there it was at the desk . Service. Met two of the nicest people.So far, so good . Will be back!

Horrible experience. Employees are more concerned with playing with each other and stocking instead of helping customer. Took 10 minutes to actually find someone that would talk to me. Rude, rude, rude interaction when I asked for help to purchase a item locked on a peg hook. I can not believe how bad this was. After asking for a price match—still going to buy the dryer/regulator/Oiler, I was told by the “manager” (Jess) they don’t price match. When I told her that it says they do online, I was told “it’s up to me and I don’t price match.”No thank you, I will go somewhere else.

Great products at a great price. Very friendly staff. - 3 Years ago me.Today (2020-06-06) - Matt went above and beyond. My wife has been trying to setup a slackline in our backyard for years but we're in a townhouse so there really isn't a great place to mount the straps to. She stumbled across plans online that involve sinking 12 * 18" lag bolts into the ground. To attach the 4 sets (2 on each side) of 3 lag bolts together, she needed 12 pieces of chain that were 2 links long.Have you ever tried buying chain 2 links at a time? We bought few feet online and tried to cut it ourselves but even the strongest bolt cutters we could buy wouldn't cut it. I tried a dremel grinding wheel but each cut took over 30 minutes and every third link needed to be cut twice (once on each side) to release the pair of links. There was no way this project was going to get done anytime soon.So there we were, at Tractor Supply. We noticed their hydraulic chain cutting machine. We inquired about buying new chain and Matt came to help us. After explaining what we needed, he politely explained that they don't normally make that many cuts but he'd make an exception. Little did we know, that hydraulic cutting machine was hand-pump operated. It took a while, but Matt persisted making all of the 24 cuts necessary.I can't speak highly enough about the customer service Matt provided and how appreciative we are for his help.

Great store for those with acreage....everything you can possibly need... In March/April they even sell chicks. The mowers they sell also seem very solid and they sell large bags of seeds like corn and beans....
