I have a sweet little one who was quite sick, they saw us immediately 2 visits in a row. They were very thorough, made sure all “boxes were checked “ and didn’t give up when no answers were forthcoming immediately. My sweet girl is on the road to recovery. Both vets were kind, compassionate, understanding and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more.

I was referred to town animal clinic by my groomer who thought my dog may have an ear infection. From the moment I called and spoke with someone they were very kind and worked with my schedule to get my dog in quickly. They even reached out to my old Vet to obtain health records. I met with Dr. Radford and he was equally kind, thorough and explained another issue that my dog was having with her eyesight. No pressure to purchase anything or have additional tests! That’s never happened to me before. The techs were so nice & offered to show me how to do the first set of drops for my dog’s ear infection. I love that the office is small and has a warm, genuine feel. Bonus: they gave me $25.00 off my bill since I was a new client❣️

A big THANK YOU to Dr Bollenbeck for providing exceptional care for our Trooper during his invasive hip surgery on Monday. My whole family is thrilled that Trooper is on the mend and soon will be chasing squirrels and playing with balls in our yard! Trooper is recuperating well and we look forward to a full recovery! I don't have enough wonderful words about this clinic. They really care. They are very thorough, explain everything and answer all questions to the fullest extent. They check in after to make sure all is well. Their savings program is great! Definitely recommend. I absolutely trust them with my boys!

I am so grateful to have found Towne Animal Clinic! The vets here are THE best, especially Dr Radford. My sweet pup received the absolute best care right up to the day she passed. The personalized attention we receive here is beyond anything I have experienced anywhere. The moment I walk through the door, I feel so welcome. The front desk staff is kind and courteous. All the vets listen and help make a plan that best fits your fur baby’s situation. We recently welcomed a new pup into our family and will use Towne Animal for his care.

I have to say our experience in having our two very small dogs “fixed” was amazingly wonderful! Seriously from the booking our appointment through the follow up after the surgery. Staff, without exception, were lovely. Our DMV, Andrew Radford was excellent. I am very detailed and overly protective along with being a cautious person, but his demeanor was excellent and honest. There were a few extra details that occurred with my little one’s teeth, but he got it taken care of along with an extra step for one one of my boys. They healed exceptionally well. Not enough words to say how fabulous. We have switched Vets. The extra drive is worth it.

Towne Animal Clinic is fantastic! Thank you for taking us, as new clients, so quickly on a Saturday morning. Dr. Barker is warm, patient, and so very kind. She knew exactly what was wrong with my baby Genghis and the lab in the clinic confirmed her suspicion. We were off with medication in a little over an hour and became members of their service. I am so grateful to have been referred to Towne Animal clinic. It is so nice to feel like they are really a partner in keeping our family happy and healthy.

First appointment with Towne and this will now be my pups primary care. She came here for a spay and they did so good with her, she’s a high anxiety girl and she did wonderful with them. Dr. Fabrizi called me before and after her procedure to let me know how everything was going and to see if I have any questions and that is appreciated more than anything. It shows they care about your babies and yourself. they take the time to go over everything with you too once you pick them up as well and they show you everything. I used to take my dogs to another vet in leesburg and never again they seem to just want your money and they’re very quick to put dogs down. And after they put my dog down I got her medical records and the doctor maybe told me 25% of the info and she had 4 diagnosis and I was only told about one.At Towne they also went over different options for blood work, heart monitor, microchipping anything I might want while she’s getting spayed and not once did I feel like they were pressuring me into anything and making me feel bad for not knowing something. And they made it known it was okay to not get something added. Not once have I EVER been given an option and a breakdown of costs before anything was done at a vet before and I’ve always had multiple dogs in my life. The staff are friendly and you can tell it’s a good environment I cannot thank them enough for how good they were with my girl she’s my world and I feel confident bringing her back to see them again.Update you can review once: recently had another appointment with them and they are still fantastic. From making the appointment to leaving they are 10/10

The staff is Always so Wonderful with our animals. My Pug loves Dr. Radford, she wants Hugs from him whenever she sees him. I had to have brain surgery in September and the staff have been absolutely wonderful to me as well. You are treated like family here. I highly recommend all the Vets and Staff.

We were actually referred to Towne by pure chance because we missed an appointment with our usual vet and they didn't have any openings, and it was probably one of the best things that could have happened to us. While they only saw Slinky for four short months, everyone there was incredibly kind and compassionate as we figured out what was going on with her. Dr. Fabrizi was her main vet, and I could tell how much he cared not only for the patients, but their families as well. When we finally had to put her down, everyone was so caring, making sure they only brought in the doctor when we said we were ready, and giving us as much time as we needed to grieve (even though they were close to closing by the time we left). One of the women up front (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) even gave my mom a hug when we were leaving. (And personally, I really appreciated the candle asking for quiet in the lobby when someone was saying goodbye to their pet - it was just another way of yall showing us you genuinely cared).Thank you all so, so much for taking care of Slinky. She loved you, and so do we.

We love Towne! Dr. Radford is the best. He truly listens to us and cares genuinely about the well being of our dogs! In one visit he suggested and found more ways to help my dog than my past vet had in years. We switched vets awhile back and I can’t believe the difference here. They are able to schedule appointments and get your pets in for a visit in a timely manner, they have specialty equipment to take care of X-rays etc etc and prescriptions on-site, on top of just being kind people. Thank you to Dr. Radford and the rest of the team for being so caring, Knowledgeable and for listening to us. We are truly so thankful to have found this vet.

Outstanding Veterinary Hospital. I was so impressed with Dr. Len Rice when he was a vet at another practice many years ago. He was my vet for quite a few years and then he had to opportunity to purchase Towne Animal Clinic in Leesburg...too far from where I lived. Well, we moved and are much closer to this vet hospital, so I am very happy that Dr. Rice is one again my pet's vet. Dr. Rick is very thorough, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills with the pet parents.

I had to bring my cat to the vet this Saturday for an emergency. My regular vet is closed every other Saturday, so I had to find an emergency vet. I'm very happy I called Towne Animal Clinic. Our cat had a rare and unexpected reaction to a vaccine. He wouldn’t stop vomiting so we called Towne back - they asked how long it would take us to get there and said they’d be ready. True to their word the staff took Poe back right away and gave him fluids and medicine to treat the allergic reaction, then Dr. Barker came out and explained our options for future vaccinations. They didn’t charge us at all. Truly a place that cares about animals and will do anything to help. Poe is doing well and continuing to hide in various places out of protest for the two car rides we forced on him.
