Sitting in parking lot at Staples. Brought a calendar with sentimental value - family phptos each month (wife's mom, now deceased gave as a present 25 years ago) and stopped by to see if they could be copied to share at a family baby shower. That was a week ago and never heard back. Called today and they seemed to find the order and say stop by. Joanie (not only competent but pleasant) had to look a bit but found the pictures. As expected, only as good as one can do with color photos of 25 year old photo to paper conversions but I was pleased (and breathed a sigh of relief as the original calendar was still intact). When I told Joanie I had not paid she said - a week late, it is on us. Decided to buy a ream of copy paper on way out and G was at checkout, and carried box to my car. He too was a great employee. C Suite take note and let Joanie and G know they are by far your best asdet. In a w I rld where goods are commodities and prices transparent, service as I received from Joanie and G is the factor that keeps me coming back to Staples. Every store is unique but you won't go wrong stopping at the Leesburg store. Keep up the great work

Staples promotes their printing department in most stores except this one. The worker in the printing department stated today I would need to wait until Sunday to receive an enlarged copy of my picture because he was working alone but he had multiple lengthy conversations with specific customers.....he seemed to avoid any type of work outside of talking..their were two cars in the parking lot when I arrived..seriously how busy are..huge store with lack of productivity..what a waste of money and space.

Unacceptable product support. Purchased top-end office supplies which came with a 5-year satisfaction guarantee; product failed after fewer than three months of light use. Store staff point blank refused to replace the defective product.I have been shopping at this location for twenty years, and have never experienced customer service this abysmal.THIS is how you turn decades old loyal customers into Office Depot shoppers.

The staff here are far more knowledgeable and asked far better questions than I was expecting. I needed a headset with a microphone that wouldn't pick up background noise that I could wear all day for conference calls. I tried 4 different sets from Amazon, Best Buy, and Staples (without asking for help). None of them worked well. When I went to return the headset at Staples, the guy working there asked a bunch of details about what was wrong. As I was buying other stuff, he found me in the store and told me about a pair that was on clearance that he raved about, even gave me a warranty. The headset is as good as he said. Best Buy and Amazon just took returns and said nothing. I definitely appreciate the customer service here. It's great they accept old electronics for recycling too.

While not this store's fault, there has been a malfunction at the MD production center, and our holiday cards have been significantly impacted. There has been no communication or remedy created; I only know because of calling/messaging myself. In the least, an email should have been sent to affected customers . And there should be a warning message on the website.to inform other customers prior to placing their orders.

They kept delaying the processing/pick-up time of a friend's wedding program cards until the evening right before the scheduled reception. The business hours online claimed the closing time to be 9PM on weekdays. I showed up at around 8:30PM to pick the cards up only to find that they actually closed at 7PM on weekdays. The opening time the next day was far too late, my friend ordered and paid for program cards for nothing, and her brother's reception went programless.

Used this location for passport photos for 3 kids & 1 adult, spent over $60. When we went to have our passport paperwork processed, we were told that we could likely expect some, if not all, of the photos to be sent back because the scale of the picture was too small. We are waiting & crossing our fingers that they don't come back, but how completely frustrating to spend so much & not have them done correctly.

After my experience today I believe this location deserves five stars. They maintain the default functionality of a Staples location and I went there today to print documents and purchase a writing pad. I called ahead to ensure their printing services were online and the woman who received my call was very kind, upbeat, and helpful. I arrived and the printing process was easy and intuitive. I checked out with the writing pad I needed and the lady at the register was very upbeat and polite in the middle of a rainy, icy day. I left very satisfied.

Can’t quite understand if the store hours are posted, the store is not open during them. If it is a staffing issue, change the posted hours. It’s a waste of my time, gas and goodwill to drive all the way here to find no one has opened the store. 🙁

A decently organized, decently staffed store overall. The clearance section was stocked with multiple items that were still full price;not just stuff on the wrong shelf by accident, no, there are hooks stuffed FULL of full price merchandise. An employee also told me they can't price check anything that's clearance. You have to check out with the item to see its real price. Don't even bother looking in the clearance section.

Poor experience with the lady in the printing department. She wasn’t pleasant and had an indifferent attitude as I asked questions regarding printing from a Etsy file I purchased. In the middle of placing my order she stops to check out another customer which I didn’t mind but she could have at least excused herself. I was appalled by the level of customer service I was given.

I came here to ship a package using UPS and the first thing was that it was much more unnecessarily expensive than using USPS. Secondly, they do not handle the packages with care whatsoever. The product I was sending out was completely messed up by the time the other person received it. Extremely disappointing. Will not be shipping from here again.

We went there to print some copies and after paying we realized the receipt said $22.03 Express Guarant. We went back and the employee NEVER told us about this surcharge. I asked the employee where does it say here on the counter or ANYWHERE that there is a special fee for printing paper and the employee says “OUR CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT THE CHARGE” R U KIDDING ME?! I told her that you cannot assume that. This is ridiculous. Never coming here again. POSTAL CONNECTIONS IN LANSDOWNE CHARGES ME VERY CHEAP PER PAPER (instead of .75 it’s .49) AND NO 22 DOLLAR SPECIAL HIDDEN CHARGE. I’m going there next time.

Shipping here isn’t customer friendly. Unlike other staples they require you to purchase both the envelope (vs providing ups envelopes) over and above the shipping cost.
